Essa pesquisa foi conduzida em duas turmas do módulo Projetos em Francês do Curso de Francês para Iniciantes, que oferece aulas de francês para alunos da Escola Politécnica graças a uma parceria entre o Centro de Línguas da FFLCH-USP e a CRInt da Poli-USP. O objetivo de nosso trabalho era analisar e selecionar os gêneros orais apropriados no contexto de ensino do francês língua estrangeira para fins universitários, além de apresentar uma proposta de sequência didática em torno do gênero oral entrevista de trabalho.Para isso, partimos das orientações do Quadro Europeu Comum de Referência para as Línguas (QECR) e das propostas metodológicas de ensino do oral através dos gêneros elaboradas por Dolz & Schneuwly (1998). A aplicação das sequências didáticas do gênero entrevista de trabalho mostrou que o trabalho com os gêneros propicia a reflexão sobre os aspectos sociolinguísticos e pragmáticos do texto, além de favorecer a mobilização de estratégias e competências por parte dos aprendentes. / This research was conducted in different two groups of the Curso de Francês para Iniciantes, which provides French classes to students of the Escola Politécnica, thanks to a partnership between the Centro de Línguas FFLCH-USP and the CRInt-Poli-USP. The goal of this work was to analyze and select the oral genres appropriated in the context of French for Academic Purposes and to present a didactic sequence for the genre job interview. In order to do that, we chose the orientations of the Common European Framework of Reference and the methodological proposals elaborated by Dolz & Schneuwly (1998) for the oral genres teaching. The results showed that learners could benefit from the sociolinguistics and pragmatics aspects of the text, and from the strategies and competences they develop during the didactic sequence for the job interview.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Researches on English teachers of private language courses evolving issues related to the teaching education as well as to the teaching practice (Gervai, 1996; Chimim, 2003) and focusing on the constitution of these professionals identity have pointed out the lack of criteria explicitly defined for those teachers selection. As a consequence, unlike other teaching contexts, the teachers profile of private language courses comprises teachers distinctively qualified, being the formal education in Letras only a feature among others possible. Concerning this profile, along the study, I intend to: 1) investigate the role of the job interview while an instrument of English teachers selection at private language courses in Santa Maria, based on the interviewers conceptions on the genre; 2) identify the market equirements in relation to the English teachers profile required nowadays by the contexts investigated. Thus, I intend to demonstrate the criteria considered indispensable for the selection of a given candidate as stated by the interviewers discourse. The development of this study comes from the presupposition that, being taken as an instrument of English teachers selection, the job interview points to the real market needs, which are materialized in its participants discourse. Therefore, an analysis on the interviewers representations concerning the discourse genre job interview has allowed me to identify the topics discussed along the event, analyze the roles assumed by its participants, and define the English teachers profile usually absorbed by four private language courses in Santa Maria. / Pesquisas sobre professores de Inglês de cursos livres de línguas, envolvendo questões relativas à formação e prática docentes (Gervai, 1996; Chimim, 2003), com enfoque na constituição da identidade desses profissionais, têm evidenciado a inexistência de critérios explicitamente definidos para a seleção desses professores. Resultado disso é que, diferente de outros contextos instrucionais, o quadro docente da escola de idiomas compreende professores distintamente qualificados, sendo a formação específica em Letras apenas uma característica dentre as demais possíveis. Diante desse quadro, nesta pesquisa, proponho-me a: 1) investigar o papel da entrevista de emprego, enquanto instrumento de seleção de professores de Inglês, em cursos livres de línguas de Santa Maria, a partir das concepções de entrevistadores; e 2) identificar as exigências do mercado de trabalho em relação ao perfil do professor de Inglês atualmente requerido nos contextos investigados. Nesse sentido, pretendo explicitar os critérios considerados indispensáveis à seleção de determinado candidato, conforme atesta o discurso de entrevistadores. A realização deste estudo parte do pressuposto de que, tomada como instrumento de seleção de professores de Inglês, no contexto de cursos livres de línguas, a entrevista de emprego aponta para as reais necessidades do mercado, as quais encontram-se materializadas no discurso dos participantes desse evento. Nesse sentido, a análise das representações de entrevistadores sobre o gênero discursivo entrevista de emprego possibilitou identificar os tópicos discutidos durante a interação, analisar os papéis assumidos pelos seus participantes e, além disso, definir o perfil do professor de Inglês geralmente absorvido por quatro cursos livres de línguas de Santa Maria.

This thesis deals with the most common HR service which is usually outsourced - recruitment agencies. The first, theoretical part is to introduce the agenda and it consists of several chapters: outsourcing in HR (what do companies outsource and why), and furthermore recruiting agencies (what kind of agencies can be found in the Czech republic, their legal background, what kind of services do they offer), how can these agencies help agencies and job applicants, their pros and cons. The second part, which is based on interviews with job applicants, describes how people perceive recruitment agencies - what do they expect, what are their experiences, whether they use the service that agencies offer, what are their opinion about recruitment consultants etc. The research concludes with several suggestions for job applicants and for recruitment consultants. The diploma thesis deals with the personnel management practices of recruitment and selection of employees. The theoretical part provides a brief description of the development of human resources management and an outline of the constituent personnel management practices. The steps undertaken by an organisation in the process of recruitment of employees are described thoroughly, from identifying job openings till designing and publishing a job advertisement. The main methods of employee selection are mentioned, followed by a more detailed description of the selection interview. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the field of pre-primary education. It examines the current circumstances of recruitment and selection of pedagogical employees in selected kindergartens in Prague. It investigates which methods and techniques are used in these personnel management practices and it scrutinizes the factors that influence them. The results of the inquiry show that the recruitment and selection of pedagogues are executed on an adequate level in the selected schools. The schools use their internal capacities to perform these tasks and they apply a combination of methods.
