Como elemento do movimento feminista ? sujeito pol?tico das mulheres ?, a autonomia, se estabelece de forma din?mica, avan?ando e retrocedendo a partir da conjuntura s?cio-hist?rica que se inscreva e, assim, da correla??o de for?as que se constitui com o grupo das mulheres. Dessa forma, para este trabalho foi necess?ria ? tomada do feminismo em seu atual processo, o qual configura a transi??o do per?odo de ?onguiza??o? das organiza??es feministas (1980 a 2000), cujo se discute a relativa perda de autonomia diante da alian?a como Estado e depend?ncia ?s ag?ncias de fomento, para o per?odo atual, que retoma discursos e pr?ticas aut?nomas por meio de grupos e suas militantes. Para tanto, esse estudo se fundamenta na investiga??o do feminismo aut?nomo das jovens mulheres, as caracterizando como outra proposta radical e de inser??o pol?tica para esse per?odo. O objetivo, ent?o, esteve em analisar a capacidade organizativa dos coletivos aut?nomos feminista em Natal/RN, a partir do conhecimento sobre a estrutura e din?mica de um grupo e a compreens?o da consubstancialidade sexo, ?ra?a?/etnia, classe para o processo de organiza??o. Contou com a participa??o do Coletivo Aut?nomo Feminista Leila Diniz. Este se encontrava em transi??o organizativa, encerrando suas atividades como ONG e partindo para milit?ncia aut?noma. A fim de atingir a objetiva??o ent?o proposta, foi realizada revis?o bibliogr?fica das categorias, feminismo, autonomia, patriarcado, consci?ncia militante feminista e coletivo total; pesquisa documental referente ao Coletivo; observa??es participantes no interior de suas reuni?es; e uma oficina tem?tica com algumas militantes do Coletivo Aut?nomo, onde se produziu imagens e discursos. A materializa??o desses instrumentais proporcionou ? pesquisa uma an?lise quanto aos elementos que constituem as jovens feministas e as organiza??es aut?nomas contempor?neas, tendo em vista as experi?ncias m?ltiplas e a diversidade de mulheres que configura o sujeito [a sujeita] feminista como coletivo total. Assim como, a tomada de uma consci?ncia militante feminista pelo grupo pesquisado expressou a necess?ria apropria??o de si, em combate ? feminilidade patriarcal, ?s naturaliza??es hier?rquicas que marcam o sexo das mulheres e o reconhecimento como classe de sexo para organiza??o aut?noma feminista pela liberta??o das mulheres. / The notion of autonomy arises in feminism as theory and action for horizontal and building self-appointed women in the project of social transformation. As part of the feminist movement - political subject of women - the autonomy is established dynamically, back and forth from the socio-historical context that sign and thus the correlation of forces that is with the women's group . Thus, for this work it was necessary to feminism take on your current process, which set the transitional period of "onguiza??o" of feminist organizations (1980 to 2000), which discusses the relative loss of autonomy before the alliance as State and dependence on development agencies, for the current period, which incorporates discourses and practices through autonomous groups and their militants. Therefore, this study is based on research of autonomous feminism of young women, characterized as another radical and political integration proposed for that period. The aim then was to analyze the organizational capacity of autonomous feminist collective in Natal/RN, from the knowledge of the structure and dynamics of a group and understanding the consubstantiality gender, 'race'/ethnicity, class for the process organization. And with the participation of the Coletivo Aut?nomo Feminista Leila Diniz. This was in organizational transition, ending his career as ONGs and leaving for autonomous militancy. In order to achieve the so-objectification proposal, literature review was performed of the categories, feminism, autonomy, patriarchy, feminist activist conscientiously and collective; documentary research relating to the Group; participant observations within their meetings; and a themed workshop with some militants Autonomous Collective, which was produced pictures and speeches. The materialization of these instruments provided research analysis on the elements that constitute the young feminists and contemporary autonomous organizations, in view of the multiple experiences and the diversity of women who configures the subject [the subject] while feminist collective total. As well as taking a feminist militancy conscience expressed by the group studied the necessary re-appropriation of each other in combating patriarchal femininity, the hierarchical naturalizations marking the sex of women and the recognition as sex class for feminist autonomous organization for women's liberation.

Esse trabalho resulta de uma pesquisa de mestrado realizada por uma estudante do Programa de Pós Graduação em Psicologia da UFPE. Buscou-se problematizar questões que referenciaram a chegada e participação de mulheres jovens no movimento feminista brasileiro. Foi resgatada a trajetória de um novo sujeito político do feminismo, as jovens feministas - com foco na atuação das militantes nordestinas. As jovens feministas apresentaram-se publicamente como um segmento do movimento feminista em 2005, no X Encontro Feminista Latino Americano e do Caribe. Desde então participaram e promoveram atividades nacionais através da Associação Brasileira de Jovens Feministas (ABJF), como também atividades locais em diferentes estados do país. Por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas foram entrevistadas quatro jovens nordestinas; duas pernambucanas, uma paraibana e uma cearense. Através dos percursos apresentados pelas próprias jovens, problematizou-se questões relacionadas à geração e ao território que marcaram a atividade política destas. A partir das entrevistas foi possível observar que as jovens feministas tencionam internamente o movimento feminista apresentando pautas da juventude, enquanto no movimento de juventude, apresentam pautas feministas. As jovens colocam em xeque o status e a legitimidade de se fazer política, desestabilizam lugares e propõem debates geracionais. / This work is based on the principle that academic researches should not assume unbiased postures, but politically situated. This research is characterized by the feminist perspective of science as well as qualitative science. This work results from a research performed by a student of the Graduate Studies Program in Psychology UFPE. The purpose of the work was to discuss the beginning of participation of young women in the Brazilian feminist movement. The trajectory of a new political subject of feminism, the young feminists - focusing on the action of militants from the Northeast - was recuperated. The young women feminists presented herself publicly as a segment of the feminist movement in 2005 on the X Feminist Conference of the Latin American and the Caribbean. Since then they participated in national activities and also promoted by the Brazilian Association of Young Feminists (ABJF) as well as local activities in different states of the country. Through semi-structured interviews were interviewed four young people from the Northeast of Brazil, two from Pernambuco, one from Ceará and one from Paraíba. Based on the pathways presented by each participant, it was discussed issues related to the generation and territory that marked the political activity from them. From the interviews it was observed that young feminists tend to cause internal tension in the feminist movement, introducing the agenda of youth movement, and in the youth movement, presenting feminist movement agenda. The young women put in check the status and legitimacy on the ways of making politics, destabilizing the structures and proposing generational debates.
