Vyhodnocení úrovně reprodukce, odchovu a mléčné užitkovosti koz

Julina, Šimon January 2018 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the level of reproduction and kid rearing of the selected goat herd and to evaluate the milk production of the herd. The practical part of the thesis evaluates the results achieved on a selected family farm with goat breeding. In the period 2015-2017, the total dairy yield of the herd was recorded. In 2017, the level of reproduction and kid rearing was also monitored. The detected values are then compared to the average data achieved in performance testing in the given years and the results of foreign studies on a similar topic. Herd fertility was rather average and reached 136 %. The percentage of kids reared by 1 goat was 112 %. Dairy production per 1 goat for lactation was rather below average, it was 437 kg in 2015, 414,4 kg in 2016, and 347,2 kg in 2017. The percentage of fat, protein and lactose content was comparable to performance testing values. In the end of the thesis several modifications are suggested to improve the organisation of goat breeding on the farm.

Složení kolostra a mléka ve vztahu k biochemickému profilu krve u koz

Korbélyiová, Lenka January 2019 (has links)
The main topic of this thesis was to study changes of goat colostrum and milk during lactation and the context of their composition and biochemical parameters of goat blood. The literature review summarizes the basic information about goat milk, its production, factors which determine its quality and how nutrition affects the composition of goat's milk. The practical part of this work is devoted to the evaluation of the goat colostrum and milk composition and its comparison to the lactation phase and to the biochemical tests of the blood of these animals. For the purpose of this study, 15 white shorthair dairy goats were monitored for 30 days, colostrum and milk samples were collected nine times and blood was collected three times for biochemical profile evaluation. Fat, protein, lactose, fat free solids, somatic cell counts and electrical conductivity were determined in colostrum and milk samples. These results were compared and found similar with the values from other studies and a similar progress of lactation was observed. Furthermore, the correlation coefficients between colostrum / milk parameters and the values of biochemical examination of goat blood were calculated. The results of interrelationships of blood biochemical parameters and colostrum / milk composition do not confirm the unequivocal relationship between biochemical blood parameters and colostrum / milk composition. Given the large number of factors that may affect both colostrum and milk composition and the concentration of biochemical parameters of blood plasma, further research focused on the relationship between these indicators in dairy goats would be appropriate.

Thermo-mechanical reliability of 3-D interconnects containing through-silicon-vias (TSVs)

Lu, Kuan Hsun 02 February 2011 (has links)
This dissertation focuses on one of the most active research areas in the microelectronics industry: Thermo-mechanical reliability of 3-D interconnects containing through-silicon-vias (TSVs). This study constitutes two parts: 1. Thermal stress measurement on TSVs; 2. Analyses on thermo-mechanical reliability of TSVs. In the first part, a metrology for stress measurement of through-silicon-via (TSV) structures was developed using a bending beam technique. The bending curvature induced by the thermal expansion of a periodic array of Cu TSVs was measured during thermal cycles. The stress components in TSV structures were deduced combining the curvature measurement with a finite-element-analysis (FEA). Temperature-dependent thermal stresses in Cu TSVs and in Si matrix were derived. In the second part, the reliability issues induced by the thermal stresses of TSVs were analyzed from several aspects, including the carrier mobility change in transistors, the interfacial delamination of TSVs, and thermal stress interactions between TSVs. Among them, the mobility change in transistors was found to be sensitive to the normal stresses near the Si wafer surface. The surface area of a high mobility change was defined as the keep-out zone (KOZ) for transistors. FEA simulations were carried out to calculate the area of KOZ surrounding TSVs. The area of KOZ was found to be mainly determined by the channel direction of the transistor as a result of anisotropic piezoresistivity effects. FEA simulations also showed that the KOZ can be controlled by TSV geometry, material selection, etc. Interfacial delamination of TSVs was found to be mainly driven by a shear stress concentration at the TSV/Si interface. Crack driving force for TSV delamination was calculated using FEA simulations, which take into account the magnitude of thermal load, TSV geometry, TSV materials, etc. The results provided a design guideline to improve the TSV delamination problem. In the last, the stress interaction among TSV arrays was examined using a bi-TSV model. In the Cartesian coordinate system, thermal stresses can be intensified or suppressed between TSVs, depending on how TSVs are located. Further analyses suggested that the area of KOZ and the TSV-induced Si cracking can both be improved by optimizing the arrangement of the TSV arrays. / text

Porovnání reprodukce koz na ekologické a konvenční farmě / Comparison of the reproduction of the goats on the ecological and the conventional farm

PRAVDOVÁ, Lenka January 2011 (has links)
The aim of my diploma thesis is comparison and evaluation of reproduction of goats on an eco-farm and on a conventional farm. Measures of reproduction of observed herds were assessed in the years of 2009 and 2010 on an eco-farm Hana Langová and on a conventional farm Bára Schneedorferová. On an eco-farm, a herd of 20 does was observed. Crossbreeds of White shorthaired goat, Brown shorthair goat, Boer goat and Anglo-Nubian goat; all bred with a White shorthaired buck and a Boer buck. On a conventional farm, a herd of 24 White shorthaired does and two crossbred does of White and Brown shorthaired goat was observed in 2009. In 2010, only 18 does were observed. In both years the does were bred with two Brown shorthair bucks. The measured results were compared with milk efficiency results between the two years and also between the farms. In both years, higher fertility was discovered on an eco-farm. On a conventional farm, very low fertility was observed in 2009 (116 %). On the other hand, fertilization was higher than on an eco-farm in both years. Very big difference was also observed in the ratio of male kids, which was in both years higher on a conventional farm, where all the bred animals (apart from one) are hornless. Reproduction is to a high extent influenced by external environmental factors and to a very small extent by genetics. A whole range of possible effects was omitted from the observations, however, the main ones were noted. Of all the observed measures of reproduction, the only one which could be substantially influenced by the breeding method is fertility.

Vyhodnocení mléčné užitkovosti vybraného chovu koz

KRAPKOVÁ, Adéla January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to asses the effect of various factors on the milk production and its content in regard to goat's milk in the years 2015 to 2017. The evaluation was conducted on goat farm Richmond Stars in Chotětov. The farm currently accommodates 31 goats of the white shorthaired breed. They are still opting for the one rectangular space solution. The feeds consist of bulk fodder, silage, hay and grass (pasture during summer). The feed composure is the same throughout the whole year. The water supply system consists of water containers with manual refill. The goats are divided into groups based on their age. Milking takes place twice a day. The data on milk production was processed using Microsoft Excel and Statistica. When comparing the overall milk productivity with the average of Czech Republic, there were statistically significant differences found in the fat content in the year 2016, in the protein content in years 2015, 2016 and 2017, in the lactose content in the year 2015. In all cases, the Richmond Stars farm was the one with better score. Other results were evaluated as inconclusive and therefore no statistically significant difference was found. When considering the impact of the goat's age on the milk productivity and the goat's milk content, there was a statistically conclusive impact in the productivity (milking) itself as well as in the fat content. When observing the impact of the father-line on the productivity level and the milk content, there was a statistically conclusive result only in the fat content. When evaluating the impact of the period of birth on the milk productivity and milk content, there was a statistically conclusive impact on the fat and lactose content. All other results, specifically the productivity (milking), were evaluated as inconclusive and therefore were not statistically significant for the purpose of evaluation of the milk productivity characteristics.
