Kränkande behandling är något som inte borde få ske men ändå gör det. En del studier visar att det förekommer redan i förskolan, men att det inte är lika lätt att urskilja som den bland äldre barn och ungdomar. Kränkande behandling sker ofta i det fördolda utan att lärare eller pedagog är närvarande, så för att motverka att det sker måste man arbeta förebyggande och introducera den typen av dialog redan i tidig ålder. Det här arbetets mål är att visualisera ett bildmaterial som kan tillämpas i samtal mellan barn och förskollärare vid en sådan dialog och fungera som ett stöd att prata om svåra saker.Examensarbetet i Informationsdesign - Informativ Illustration är uppdelat tre delar: Inledning: här definieras arbetet och förklarar begrepp förklaras som nämns i rapporten. Teoridel: vilken presenterar tillämpade teorier och tidigare forskning som varit ett fundament i gestaltningsprocessen av bildmaterialet. Här förklaras hur t.ex. gestaltlagarna kan tillämpas för att skapa betydelse i bildens komposition, hur man med hjälp av visuellt narrativ och visuell retorik kan berätta samt påverka med bild. Metod och gestaltningsdel: här redovisas resultat från utprovning samt intervjuer med förskollärare och barn i förskolan som fått testa bildmaterialet. Denna del innehåller även skisser över de olika stegen i designprocess t.ex. karaktärsdesign, bildmaterialets uppbyggnad samt slutresultat. Syftet med arbetet har också varit att undersöka när en bild blir för jobbig att prata om? Många av de bilderböcker och samtalsunderlag (med bild) vi möts av idag har ofta ett lyckligt slut eller konfliktupplösning och starka klara färger. I arbetet ville jag undersöka hur det tas emot om man istället försöker gestalta hur det känns att vara ensam och utsatt på riktigt. Och forma uttrycksfulla, känslomässiga karaktärer och använda dramatiska, dovare färgtoner för att verkligen peka på problemet. Detta fick varierade mottagande av målgruppen, men öppnade flera dörrar för vidare forskningsmöjligheter kring barn och bildspråk.Det slutliga gestaltningsförslaget i arbetet resulterade i en barnbok dvs. en kortare bilderbok som bifogas i arbetets bilagor. / Bullying is something that should not happen but still does. Some studies show that it already exists in preschool, but that it is not as easy to distinguish as it is among older children and adolescents. Bullying often occurs in the hidden place without the presence of a teacher or educator, so in order to counteract that, one must work preventively and introduce that type of dialogue at an early age. The goal of this work is to visualize a visual material that can be used in conversations between children and preschool teachers in such a dialogue and act as a support for talking about difficult things.This thesis work in Information Design - Informative Illustration is divided into three parts (Introduction, Theory, Method and design part). Introduction: Here the work is defined and explains concepts in the report. Theori: which presents applied theories and previous research that have been a foundation in the design process of the visual material. Here it is explained how e.g. The gestalt pricnicples can be applied to create meaning in the composition of the image, how to tell and influence with image with the help of visual narrative and rhetoric. The Method and the design part are presented here from the results of the test and interviews with preschool teachers and children who were given the test material. This section also contains sketches of the various steps in the design process e.g. character design, the structure of the visual material and the end result. One purpose of the work has also been to investigate: when does an image becomes too difficult to talk about? Many of the childrens books and conversation material we meet today often have a happy endings or conflict resolutions and strong bright colors. In the work, I wanted to investigate how it is received if you try to portrait in pictures how it feels to be alone and exposed, by using expressive, emotional characters and dramatic, blurry color tones to really point to the problem. This received varied reception from the target group, but opened several doors for further research opportunities around children and imagery.The final design proposal in the work resulted in a children's book ie. a shorter picture book attached to the work's appendices.
