Kineski vrt – Arhitektura i kultura vrta u kineskoj tradiciji / The Chinese garden – Architecture and Culture of Garden in Chinese Tradition

Prica Ivana 25 June 2014 (has links)

Tema disertacije, Kineski vrt – arhitektura i kultura vrta u kineeskoj
tradiciji i njena naučna pripadnost određeni su i uslovljeni
konceptualnom razlikom između evropskog i kineskog vrta. Ova razlika
ukratko glasi: evropski vrt se pretežno sadi, dok se kineski vrt
konsekventno gradi. Glavni predmet umetnosti građenja kineskog vrta
je jedinstvena artikulacija prostora koja podrazumeva izražajna
sredstva arhitekture ali i učešće gotovo svih elemenata koji su se
ikada razvili u kineskoj kulturi. Istraživanje obuhvata analizu
istorijskog razvoja, filozofsko – teorijske osnove estetike vrta,
morfologiju i tipologiju arhitektonskog prostora kao i analizu većeg
broja sačuvanih vrtova Ming i Ćing perioda.
/
This thesis aims to provide deeper insight into the art of landscaping as the
set of ideas and practices that governs Chinese traditional architecture. It is
based on multidisciplinary research on historical, cultural, philosophical and
artistic aspects of garden design. Examination is directed toward broadening
of domain knowledge as to create the base for different approach to what is
generally perceived as modern architecture. Theoretically and empirically it
suggests the importance of the articulation of site over the building design.
Each chapter explores different facts of the relationship between site and
architectural object.

Model primene lin sistema u maloprodaji trajnih potrošnih dobara / Lean system application model in durable goods retail

Grabež Sanja 28 September 2016 (has links)

neizvesnija, a asortiman širok. Veoma važan faktor koji je deo ovog
modela jeste uticaj povećanja znanja zaposlenih o lin alatima i
kulturi u samoj organizaciji.
/
The subject of this disertation is how to define model of lean system
application in durable goods retail with the focus on optimisation of primary
activities i.e. product flow from suppliers till customers. The basic idea is to
define model of lean application in the processes of the products with stable
and predictable demand that are offered from shop stock, till the products
with the oposite logic that are sold from samples and catalogues, without
stock in retail, and where demand is highly unpredictable and assortment
wide and variable. Very important factor which is part of this model is how to
increase knowledge and acceptance of lean tools and culture within the
organisation.

"Simbolika likovne umetnosti Roma i evropski sistem kulturnih vrednosti" / "Symbolics of Roma’s Fine Arts and European System of Cultural Values"

Tairović Zoran 17 March 2015 (has links)

Proces tranzicije i projekti modernizacije u
većini postsocijalističkih društava u Evropi,
samim tim i na Balkanu, realizovani su u formi
deformisane imitativne modernizacije ili
kontramodernizacije. Romi su i dalje
periferija, ali ovoga puta Evropske unije. Pred
njima je neizvesna budućnost u liku alternativa:
perspektiva postmodernog totalitarizma sa
tehnokratskom diktaturom, ili formiranje
čovečanstva kao zajednice ravnopravnih
građana i naroda u duhu modela socijaldemokratske
globalizacije sveta sa respektom
bogatstva kulturnih različitosti sveta, sa
globalizacijom razumevanja i solidarnosti među
narodima Dakle, i na nama savremenicima je
velika odgovornost kakav će oblik, lik i suštinu
imati budućnost čovečanstva – da li će se ono
razvijati u ključu humanizacije društva i
emancipacije čoveka, ili pak novih oblika
socijalnog, političkog i kulturnog porobljavanja.
Upravo iz tog razloga, izučavanje specifičnosti
stvaralaštva Roma u kontekstu evropskog
sistema kulturnih vrednosti ima veliki značaj.
U savremenom svetu, Romi kao etnička grupa
sve češće postaju predmet interesovanja
naučnih istraživanja. „Simbolika likovne
umetnosti Roma i evropski sistem kulturnih
vrednosti” pokazuje se u današnje vreme krajnje
interesantnom temom istraživanja, s obzirom na
njen teorijski i na praktični aspekt. Reč je o umetnostje u svojoj formalnosti dugo vremena
bivala mimikrijska, zahvaljujući simboličkoj
vrednosti njenih artefakata. Mi je
multidisciplinarnim uvidom sagledavamo u
obrisima.
dimenziju kulture, a kulturna tradicija Roma
podvrgnuta je IRONIZACIJI I
VULGARIZACIJI od strane većinske i drugih
manjinskih zajednica. Romska kultura,
artefakti, umetnici formalno su nevidljivi i
nemaju prepoznatljivost u društvu. Ovaj rad je
doprinos osvetljavanju aspekta valorizacije
romskog kulturnog korpusa.
/
Transition processes and modernization projects
in most post-socialist societies in Europe,
including Balcans, have been realized in the
form of deformed imitative modernization or
counter-modernization. Roma people are still at
periphery, but this time at the periphery of
European Union. They are facing uncertain
future, with alternatives of postmodern
totalitarianism with technocratic dictature, or
humanity as community of equal citizens and
ethnic groups in the spirit of social-democratic
globalization, with respect for cultural
differences and understanding and solidarity
among nations. Contemporaries bear
responsibility for what form and essence the
future of humanity will have – whether it will
develop in the course of humanization of
society and emancipation of people, or its
develepment will be directed toward new forms
of social, political and cultural oppression.
Therefore, the researh of specificity of Roma’s
creative work in the context of European system
of cultural values is of great importance.
In contemporary world, Roma people as ethnic
group are becoming the subject of scientific
research more and more frequently. „Symbolics
of Roma’s fine arts and European system of
cultural values“ turns out to be very interesting
topic for studying, considering its theoretical
and applied aspects. This thesis is
interdisciplinary study with both theoretical and
broader cultural relevance, for this topic yields
the possibility for the analysis and dialog of
different culturological value dimensions which
are built in centuries-long history of Europe.
Study deals with a „specific illumination“ of
unlit aspects of Roma people and the field of
fine arts, their possible history, developmental
paths and actuality. Today, this issue is
significant for plenty of reasons, since this
problem is shadowed by many ephemeral studies which yielded modest results. This work
is based on scientific analytical-synthetic
paradigm. The main research problem addressed
in this study is the question: whether the
symbolics of Roma’s fine arts exists in the
European system of cultural values, or whether
symbolics of Roma’s art reflects in European
culture. Descriptive, hermetical and
comparative historical methods were used in the
study under the framework of synchronic and
diachronic approach. Because of the specificity
of the research subject, thought experiment was
used as well, as logical principle of aesthetical
analysis.
In this research, aesthetical discussion, evidence
of visible and invisible Roma’s art has been
developed, as well as evidence of elements of
symbolics in the fine arts of Roma people in the
context of European system of cultural values.
Roma’s fine art has been mimicric for a long
time, because of the symbolic value of its
artefacts. Using multidisciplinary approach, we
recognize its contours. Its corpus has been
detained in national notions, by avoiding label
Romani. Roma’s identity, as well as their image
in Serbia and Europe, has been reduced to this
marginalized cultural dimension, and Roma’s
cultural tradition has been exposed to
ironization and vulgarization by national
majority and other national minorities. Roma’s
culture, artefacts, artists are formaly invisible
and unrecognized. This work contributes to
illumination and valorization of Roma’s cultural
corpus.

Šenkýřová, Martina January 2011 (has links)
Keywords: Regional history, project methods, baroque and baroque culture Abstract: The thesis deals primarily with the baroque era of Lysá nad Labem regional history and its application in the educational project at the secondary level of a primary school. The first part of the Diploma thesis contains a short overview of regional literature concerning Lysá as well as pedagogic literature suitable for project training. There is an overall characteristic of the Baroque era in the Czech lands with the focus on how it was expressed in art, religion and thinking of people back then and how it influenced the landscape formation. The emphasis is placed on the Baroque era of Lysá nad Labem. Its history is being described along with the history of the most influential family in the area the Sporcks. All of the baroque monuments in the town and its surroundings are described in order for the theoretical part to be complete and with respect to their possible application in the project training. I have also explored the significance of regional history and project training. Now turning to the practical part of the Diploma thesis. By means of a project that was executed as a part of the History instruction at the Lysá nad Labem primary school, I attempt to prove the value and suitability of such project training for...

Intimita a samota v díle Chrétiena de Troyes a v dvorském románu českém / Intimacy and solitude in Chretien de Troyes' works and in the Czech courtly romance

Šorm, Martin January 2015 (has links)
(in English): Intimacy and solitude in Chrétien de Troyes' works and in the Czech courtly romance The thesis studies some literary images of interiority, profound emotions and thougts, solitude and the need for privacy as these are depicted in the romances of Chrétien de Troyes and in the works of his continuators (namely those connected with the Tristan romances). They are interpreted as an expression of the medieval poets' effort to influence their public, to cultivate and to present some interesting subjects and important questions in the guise of a fictional story. There are striking descriptions of the unbalance between solitude and social duties, positive or negative evaluation of human solitude (always depending on the narrator's intention), or symbolical objects from the intimate sphere used as manifest means of political representation. Optimalizace růstu explantátové kultury Juniperus virginiana / Optimization of the growth of plant tissue culture of Juniperus virginiana

Damborská, Vendula January 2015 (has links)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacognosy Student: Vendula Damborská Supervisor: PharmDr. Marie Kašparová, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: The Optimization of the growth of the plant tissue culture of Juniperus virginiana The main goal of this diploma thesis lies in the optimization of cultivation medium composition for the tissue culture of Juniperus virginiana (varieties 'Hetzii', 'Glauca', 'Grey Owl'). The best results of all tested media were achieved by using Schenk and Hildebrandt medium with an addition of α-NAA (3.0 mg.l-1 ), kinetin (0.2 mg.l-1 ) and ascorbic acid (15.0 mg.l-1 ). The cultures were cultivated at the temperature of 25 řC and light period of 16 hours light/8 hours dark. The growth curve for the tissue culture of Juniperus virginiana 'Glauca' was set for 2 different cases: with and without the addition of phenylalanin (biogenetic precursor of phenylpropans biosynthesis). The maximal growth was reached on 35th day of the cultivation in both cases, phenylalanin increases the growth rate by 29.65 %.

Sekundární metabolity explantátové kultury Trifolium pratense L. / Secondary metabolites of plant tissue culture of Trifolium pratense L.

Novotná, Hana January 2015 (has links)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacognosy Candidate: Hana Novotná Supervisor: PharmDr. Marie Kašparová, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Secondary metabolites of plant tissue culture of Trifolium pratense L. Explant cultures are perspective sources of secondary metabolites. Nevertheless production of flavonoids and isoflavonoids by the suspension culture of Trifolium pratense L. is not high. Elicitation is one of the methods used to enhance the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites. Elicitation induces physiological changes, stimulates defensive or stress-induced reactions in plants and subsequently triggers the synthesis of secondary metabolites. The objective of this study was to observe the influence of two elicitors - abscisic acid and ascorbic acid - on the production of flavonoids and isoflavonoids by the Trifolium pratense L. suspension culture (Sprint variety). The culture was cultivated in Gamborg medium to which 2 mg.l-1 of 2,4- dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and 2 mg.l-1 of 6-benzylaminopurine were added, at the temperature of 25 řC and 16 hours light / 8 hours dark period. The best elicitation effect of abscisic acid on the production of flavonoids and isoflavonoids was observed after a 6-hour application of the highest 500 µmol.l-1...

Sídelní struktura areálu kultury nálevkovitých pohárů na polykulturním sídlišti ve Velkých Přílepech / Residential structure of the area of a Funnel beaker culture at multiculture settlement at Velké Přílepy.

Juřinová, Šárka January 2015 (has links)
in English The submitted thesis adresses the processing of material culture from the archaeological excavation in Velké Přílepy (district of Prague-west), where the settlement of Funnel Beaker culture was uncovered. The study is a sequel to my bacheolor's thesis (defended in 2010) which evaluated only one part of the excavated settlement and significantly improves its corpus of finds. Therefore there is now a complete analysis of the whole widespread settlement area in an open position without any fortification. Close to sixty structures were documented and dated (based on ceramic analysis) to the Siřem and Salzmündphase of Funnel Beaker culture on this researched area. Thanks to the excavation, an exceptionally rich collection of ceramic production from the Early Eneolithic period (10 105 pieces altogether) exists. Other settlements belonging to the Funnel Beaker culture in the vicinity of Velké Přílepy are also considered in this thesis. Together with this settlement, they create a unique area of settlements of the aforementioned culture.
