The thesis entitled "Project design for implementation of renovation workplace" deals with the project management tools applied to project of setting up a limited liability company that deals with the renovation of motorcycle veterans. To help the future owner of the company fully clarify the aim and intent of the newly set up company a pilot project for the renovation of the Jawa 250/559 motorcycle also known as the "Panel" has been designed. The emerging company was tested in order to verify if it is able to compete in the industry. The reason for choosing the varnishing activity was that the top enamel and varnish tell potential buyers how well the machine was refurbished. The motorcycle lacquer accounts for 70% of the first impression of the motorcycle.

This study is focused on the development of effective antimicrobial surface treatment of wooden furniture and materials based on wood. The research was performed with acrylic dispersed water-borne and two-component acryl-urethane varnishes. Treatment of varnishes based on chlorhexidine, phthalocyanines and plant extracts and the effect of unfinished wood itself were tested for assessment of antimicrobial activity. The assessment of how safe water-borne varnishes which contain biocides for in-can preservation actually are, was also evaluated in the scope of this thesis. Testing of the antimicrobial efficacy was performed according to a standard routine method and the European and Japanese standards (Agar diffusion plate test, JIS Z 2801 and EN 15457). In addition, a new method testing the antibacterial activity under dry conditions simulating the contamination by microorganisms carried on dust particles was developed. Moreover, the method suitable for testing of photocatalytic active substances simulating the real use of products was described. The appearance and physical and mechanical characteristics were tested in the final treatment of varnishes.

Diploma thesis Automotive paint degradation by atmospheric and mechanical wear discusses the ways of wear and damage of car paints, including assessment of environmental impact. It deals with coating systems of vehicle body with focus on clearcoat layer. In the context of the topic, it explains the renovation method that restores the original clearcoat layer to the original condition. It statistically verifies the increase in gloss of clearcoat layer and its thickness loss.

The properties of the two surface finishes were studied in this work: the waterborne epoxy lacquer EPOX AQUA V_1301 and solvent-borne alkyd urethane lacquer Jachtlak S-1006 with the regards to their potential applications for the finishing of the wood surfaces of furniture designed for the utilization in public places. It has been found that the dry surfaces formed by these furnishes have physico-mechanical properties that are consistent with the standards, which establish possibilities of their application. Very good antibacterial properties of the formed films without the addition of any auxiliary antimicrobial agents to the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacterial strains were also determined. The entire tests were carefully described, and their results were discussed in the further text.

Cette thèse analyse les mécanismes de transformation et de construction d'appartenances territoriales. En partant de l'hypothèse que la plantation des cultures commerciales pérennes favorise l'ancrage des hommes, sont étudiés dans le cas des plateaux du Centre Viêt Nam les principes théoriques et pratiques allogènes incorporés à un territoire et à des populations autochtones. Le caféier, importé par les colons, ancré dans le territoire, conduit à la perte de repères symboliques et matériels des paysanneries autochtones mais aussi à l'appropriation politique et économique de ces espaces. Soucieux de contrôler des régions parfois rétives à la majorité nationale, L'État vietnamien dès son indépendance a favorisé l'arrivée et l'ancrage d'allochtones, désormais majoritaires. L'exploitation agricole et la conversion des représentations participent à la redéfinition de l'appartenance territoriale mais au prix de dégradations environnementales et d'une crise économique et sociale profonde.

This thesis deals with the problematics of varnish degradation due to maintanance of a car or more precisely due to washing of a car bodywork and searching for a gentle washing of a car. The first section of this thesis discusses the creation of a protection layer of the car bodywork or types of varnishing, particular layers of varnish and additional products enhancing the qualities of car varnish. Second part of thesis analyses the measuring and evaluation of the state of varnish layers and uses the results for valuation of estetical and functional advantages and disadvantages. In third part we deal with description and categorisation of types and technologies of car washing. Fourth part focuses on experimentation and comparison of varnish degradation due to selected types of car washing using tests simulating real conditions of regular service. Particularly we evaluate portal washing units and hand washing. Consequently we subjectively and objectively analyse all the information and finaly we project this information to time and economical perspective.

Darbo gale pateikiami gauti rezultatai bei suformuluojamos išvados. / The theses provides an overview of the engine types used for motorizing gliders, tendency and theoretical material. Additional drag due to engine and propeller blades were studied as well as straight and level flight and climb performance. The results and conclusions are given at the end.
