Arbetsmiljön på Högskolan i Borås : En fallstudie / Work Environment at the university college of Borås : A case study

Khatumba, Muhamad, Ergül, Patrik January 2011 (has links)
Program: Kandidatutbildning i företagsekonomi

A utilização de audiências públicas no Judiciário: o caso da efetivação das políticas públicas de saúde / The use of public hearings in the Judiciary: the case of public health policies

Ricardo Cesar Duarte 30 May 2016 (has links)
In the context of the expansion of judicial protagonism (especially on the aspect of judicialization of public policies), this research aims to study the Supreme Court public hearings and the effects on social rights awereness. The goal is to verify if the public hearings regarding \"judicalization of health,\", \"Mais Médicos\" program and \"admission to differences classes in the SUS\", were able to create a pattern of the Judiciary acting in cases involving control of public health policies satisfactorily. The research compreends the analysis of theoretical works on the judicialization of conflicts, case studies involving the effectiveness of health and is divided in four parts. On the first chapter the analysis will be on the methodological limits of traditional positive law, in the context of the expansion of the judicial role and neoconstitutionalism rise. On the second, the analysis will be on the role of the public hearing at the Supreme Court level. The emphases is critically pointing the institute\'s institucionalization as a democratic channel of dialogue with civil society, stressing that its use is discretionary, timely and selective. In the third chapter, given the difficulties inherent to the application of the right to health and the limited nature that the public hearings have taken by the Supreme Court, we will analyze the effects of public hearings in creating what we might call \"judicial policy of health\" . Finally, in the fourth chapter, we will point to ways to overcome the compensatory and individualistic logic of the application of the right to health through the promotion of a true judicial dialogue with civil society.

Degradace lakovaných dílů v důsledku působení chemických sloučenin / Degradation of painted components due to chemical compounds exposure

Vodák, Martin January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with level of degradation of coating layers of car body by contact with chemicals in agreed time periods. First part is focused on surface pre-treatment and coating process in automotive industry. Description of coating materials is following. The last point of first part is focused on alternative coating technology – powder coating what is raising in customers´ focuses because of higher repeatability of powder cloud. The experiment is focused on coating degradation influenced by seven types of chemicals (petrol, diesel, AdBlue, washer fluid, salt liquid, Coca-Cola, alcoholic liquid) what car users meet every day. Testing samples were two bonnets. One was localized inner and another outside. Degradation of coating layer thickness was a long-time term and we measured connection between time of contact and used chemical. Based on such results we were able to determinate level of damage.

Studium bariérových vlastností laků pro ochranu fotografií / Barrier properties of varnishes for protection of photographs

Lokotschová, Radka January 2013 (has links)
In this diploma thesis the basic principles of inkjet print, ink composition, print media and degradation mechanisms of ink dyes are summarized. The thesis deals with study of varnish barrier properties in coloured inkjet prints. Permeability of water vapour and oxygen (parts of atmosphere) depending on different coatings are tested there. In addition the influence of ozone on degradation of dyes was studied, while ozone was permeating through barrier varnish layer of inkjet print. Ozone plays an important role in degradation processes of the inkjet prints and it also causes a gas-fading. Concentrations of acting ozone were established by iodometric titration. Simultaneously kinetics of degradation of Orange 7 was studied on indicator papers.

Chování lakových kompozitů v různých environmentálních podmínkách / Behaviour of varnish composite in various environmental condtions

Kadlec, Michal January 2011 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of test samples of paint-filled micronized mica and analysis of electrical properties of insulating material values in different environmental conditions. For this purpose, it was created five sets of composite paint primers with different ratio of mica. Samples were gradually exposed to the environment relative humidity of 0%, 33%, 55%, 65% and 75%. For each environment with a defined moisture characteristics were observed in samples exposed to the temperature of 20 to 50 ° C. The diploma paper analyzed the influence of the mass implementation of mica in each set of samples and placed on the surface structure of samples.

Fishers and fish traders of lake victoria : colonial of fish and the development of fish production in Kenya, 1880-1978

Opondo, Paul Abiero 02 1900 (has links)
The developemnt of fisheries in Lake Victoria is faced with a myriad challenges including overfishing, environmental destruction, disappearance of certain indigenous species and pollution. All these problems can be located within the social, economic and political systems that exists today and in the past. This thesis, ‘Fishers and Fish Traders of Lake Victoria : Colonial Policy and the Development of Fish Production in Kenya, 1880-1978’, argues that the Luo fishers had their own indigenous techniques of fishing, modes of preservation and systems of management that ensured sustainable utilisation of fisheries. The thesis examines the role of the Luo fishers in the sustainable usage of the Lake Victoria fisheries. The British colonial settlers came up with new policies of plantation and commercial farming, taxation and forced labour, all of which encouraged the Luo fishers to partially break with their pre-colonial systems and create new ways of responding to the demands of the colonial state. The study argues that the coming of colonialism and its attendant capitalism introduced new fishing gear as well as new species, such as mbuta, that were inimical to the sustainable utilisation of the Lake Victoria fisheries. The colonial regime also introduced new practices of fisheries management such as scouts, licensing, closed seasons and the numbering of boats, practices geared towards ensuring the commercial production and development of the fisheries. This commercialisation led to cut-throat competition between Asian, European and African fish traders. The coming of independence in 1963 brought some changes, such as the provision of credit facilities, new technology, and attempts by the new African government to more effectively control and manage the fisheries. However, not much changed in terms of policy objectives, and most of the colonial policies remained unchanged. New industries were established around the fisheries, but most remained in the hands of Asians and a few African middlemen. The small-scale fishers continued to struggle against the commercialisation of fishery production, remaining voiceless and marginalised. The study recommends an all inclusive participatory approach to solve the problems currently affecting the Lake Victoria fisheries. / History / DLITT (History)

Mirat, Olivier 25 September 2013 (has links) (PDF)

Langoron: Music and Dance Performance Realities Among the Lak People of Southern New Ireland, Papua New Guinea : a thesis submitted for the Victoria University of Wellington in fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy

Wolffram, Paul January 2007 (has links)
This thesis seeks to describe the indigenous realities, meanings, and perspectives that are central to the music and dance practices of the Lak (Siar) people in Southern New Ireland, Papua Now Guinea. The insights recorded here are those gained through the experience of twenty-three months living in Rei and Siar villages as a participant in many aspects of Lak social life. The music and dance practices of the region are examined in the context of the wider social and cultural setting. Lak performance realities, are indivisible from kinship structures, ritual proceedings and spirituality. By contextualising Lak music and dance within the frame of the extensive and socially defining mortuary, rites my intention is to show how music and dance not only reflect but also create Lak realities. By examining the ethnographic materials relating to music, dance and performance in the context of mortuary sequence broader elements of Lak society are brought into focus. In these pages I argue that Lak society is reproduced literally and symbolically in these performances.
