Detekce komplexů QRS s využitím vlnkové transformace / A Wavelet-Based QRS-Complex Detection

Kocian, Ondřej January 2009 (has links)
This project investigates methods of construction the wavelet-based QRS-complex detector. QRS-complex detection is very important, because it helps automatically calculate heart rate and in some cases it is used for compression ECG signal. The design of QRS detector can be made with many methods, in this project were mentioned and consequently tested only a few variants. The principle of designed detector used a wavelet-based decomposition of the original ECG signal to several frequency-coded bands. These bands are consequently transformed to absolute values and with the help of the threshold value are marked positions of assumed QRS complexes. Then are these assumed positions from all bands compared between themselves. If the position is confirmed at least at one nearby band, then is this position marked as true QRS complex. To increase efficiency of designed detector, two modifications were additionally mentioned. The first one, using the envelope of the signal, had rather negative effect on detectors efficiency. The second modification, using combined signal from three pseudoorthogonal leads, had reversely very good effect on detectors efficiency. In the end, the designed detector and all its modifications were tested on signals from CSE library (exactly on leads II, V2 and V6).

Automatické rozměření signálů EKG / Automatic delineation of ECG signals

Vítek, Martin January 2011 (has links)
This dissertation deals with QRS complex detection and ECG delineation. The theoretical part of the work describes basics of electrocardiography, QRS detection approaches, ECG delineation approaches, the standard CSE database and the wavelet transform theory. The practical part of the work describes designed methods of QRS complex detection and ECG delineation. The designed methods are based on a continuous wavelet transform, appropriate scales, appropriate mother wavelet, cluster analysis and leads transformation. The introduced algorithms were evaluated on the standard CSE database. The obtained results are better, than directly comparable results of other methods and accomplished given database criteria. The robustness of designed algorithms was successfully tested on CSE database signals modified by compression and filtering. The proposed ECG delineation algorithm was successfully used as a tool for evaluation of diagnostic distortion of ECG signals modified by compression.

Detekce akutní ischemie v EKG signálu pomocí specifických svodů / Detection of acute ischemia in ECG signals using vessel-specific leads

Lysák, Karel January 2016 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with methods for detection of myocardial ischemia in the ECG signal. There is explained the principle of spreading of electrical activity through the heart muscle and its manifestations on the ECG. There are also mentioned the causes of myocardial ischemia and various methods of its detection in the ECG signal. In great detail there is explained the process of implementation of the two selected detection methods of myocardial ischemia in MATLAB. These methods are tested on the data from The PTB Diagnostic ECG Database. Finally, there is the presentation of detection results on used data and overall assessment of created algorithms.

Bellido Caffo, Sandra Paola, Olarte Núñez, Mónica Andrea 23 August 2020 (has links)
The objective of this research is to study if there is a relationship and of what type between the Inbound Marketing strategy in social media and the online purchase decision. This study is relevant because it will allow us to verify that Inbound Marketing actions are positively related to the decision to buy online in department stores in the fashion sector. The actions to be considered for the research are the following: attraction, conversion, lead generation, lead tracking and finally, loyalty. The target audience for the study are women who make purchases online, are between 18 and 30 years old and reside in the city of Lima. 250 surveys will be considered to the target audience, these based on the structured questionnaire with 20 questions. / Trabajo de investigación

Probe Modules for Wafer-Level Testing of Gigascale Chips with Electrical and Optical I/O Interconnects

Thacker, Hiren Dilipkumar 10 July 2006 (has links)
The use of optical input/output (I/O) interconnects, in addition to electrical I/Os, is a promising approach for achieving high-bandwidth, chip-to-board communications required for future high-performance gigascale chip-based systems. While numerous efforts are underway to investigate the integration of optoelectronics and silicon microelectronics, virtually no work has been reported relating to testing of such chips. The objective of this research is to explore methods that enable wafer-level testing of gigascale chips having electrical and optical I/O interconnects. A major challenge in achieving this is to develop probe modules which would allow high-precision, temporary interconnection of a multitude of electrical and optical I/Os, in a chip-size area, to automated test equipment. A probe module would need to do this in a rapid, step-and-repeat manner across all the chips on the wafer. In this work, two candidate probe modules were devised, batch-fabricated on Si using microfabrication techniques, and successfully demonstrated. The first probe module consists of compliant electrical probes (10^3 probes/cm^2) fabricated alongside grating-in-waveguide optical probes. The second module consists of micro-opto-electro-mechanical-systems (MOEMS)-based microsocket probes (10^4 probes/cm^2) to interface a chip with polymer pillar-based electrical and optical I/Os. High-density through-wafer interconnects are an essential attribute in both probe substrates for transferring electrical and optical signals to the substrate back-side. Fabrication and characterization of metal-clad, metal-filled, and polymer-filled through-wafer interconnects as well as process integration with probe substrate fabrication are described and numerous possible redistribution schemes are explicated. Chips with optical and electrical I/Os are an emerging technology, and one that test engineers are likely to encounter in the near future. The contributions of this thesis are to help understand and address the issues relating to joint electrical and optical testing during manufacturing.

Analýza experimentálních EKG / Analysis of experimental ECG

Mackových, Marek January 2016 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the analysis of experimental ECG records drawn up in isolated rabbit hearts and aims to describe changes in EKG caused by ischemia and left ventricular hypertrophy. It consists of a theoretical analysis of the problems in the evaluation of ECG during ischemia and hypertrophy, and describes an experimental ECG recording. Theoretical part is followed by a practical section which describes the method for calculating morphological parameters, followed by ROC analysis to evaluate their suitability for the classification of hypertrophy and at the end is focused on classification.
