Esta pesquisa é uma sistematização da carreira do arquiteto e funcionário público Geraldo Vespaziano Puntoni, tendo como pano de fundo sua atuação como funcionário do Estado no Departamento de Obras Públicas (DOP), no qual trabalhou de 1960 a 1990. Além do DOP, o arquiteto foi comissionado para cinco outros órgãos e companhias públicas, FECE - Fundo Estadual de Construções Escolares, CECAP - Companhia Estadual de Casas para o Povo, CESP - Centrais Eléctricas de São Paulo, EMURB - Empresa Municipal de Urbanização, e IPESP - Instituto de Previdência do Estado de São Paulo onde foram possíveis diversas experiências e expressões arquitetônicas e urbanas. A partir da pergunta: Qual é a função do arquiteto na construção do país, do estado e da cidade, escolhi um profissional que, de seus sessenta anos de trabalho, dedicou metade à elaboração de projetos e obras em órgãos públicos do estado de São Paulo. Esta pesquisa retrata o trajeto deste homem e profissional público. A ideia é avançar na compreensão das políticas públicas urbanas desta época e investigar o quanto destas posturas influenciaram e foram influenciadas pelo arquiteto Geraldo Vespaziano Puntoni. O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar a história desses órgãos e relacionar a trajetória do arquiteto Geraldo Vespaziano Puntoni com os aspectos mais relevantes da cultura e do imaginário moderno em São Paulo. O levantamento, a organização e a restituição de sua obra, característica da arquitetura brasileira contemporânea, tem como intuito contribuir para o avanço na reflexão acerca da profissão e do seu papel na constituição do espaço urbano nas décadas em questão. / This research is a systematization of Geraldo Vespaziano Puntoni\'s carrier as an architect and public servant, having as a background his work on the Department of Public Building (DOP), where he stayed from 1960 to 1990. Beyond DOP, the architect was commissioned to work in five others institutions and companies: Educational Buildings State Fund (FECE), State Company of Houses for the People (CECAP), São Paulo Electrical Centers (CESP) and Municipal Company of Urbanization (EMURB) and Welfare Institute of São Paulo (IPESP). During his stay at those institutions, the architect had several experiences and was able to try many different architectural and urban expressions. Starting with the question \"What is the architect\'s role in the development of a country, state and city?\", I chose a professional that dedicated half of his 60 years of work to the elaboration of projects for public institutions in São Paulo. This research shows the story of a man and public servant. The idea behind it is to explore the realm of public politics of the studied period and investigate just how much of this scenario influenced and have been influenced by the architect Geraldo Vespaziano Puntoni. The main objective of this work is to study the story behind those institutions and relate it to the architect\'s story, along with the most important aspects of the culture and modern imaginary of São Paulo. The gathering of data, organization and restitution of the architect\'s work, known for being embedded with characteristics of modern Brazilian architecture, helps to enrich the discussion about the role of the professional and its relation to the development of the urban space in the studied decades.

This was a qualitative research based on systems thinking new paradigm, consisting of three steps: literature review, data collection and content analysis of the reference materials with new systemic paradigm. Data collection was performed individually with a young participant in a Career Program in Logistics in a midsize company. We performed an initial interview, three meetings, in which we used the following instruments: Biography, Timeline, Genoprofissiograma and Cultural Map Networks and a final meeting in which the participant re-visited the result of each instrument worked and described the perception which had in making each of the instruments. The results showed that the instruments used under the gaze of the systemic point of view were crucial in expanding and embracing the participant about his personal and professional history, bringing many benefits reported by participants in the fifth and final meeting. The research also showed that the values, education and broadcast models in the family relationships were important factors in the choice and professional journey of participant. Furthermore, especially in the biography and Cultural Map Network, the role of the social network was significant choice in building his career / Este trabalho teve como objetivo compreender os benefícios que instrumentos advindos da pratica sistêmica tem num processo de Consultoria de Carreira. Tratou- se de uma investigação qualitativa com base no pensamento sistêmico novo paradigmático, composta de três etapas levantamento bibliográfico, coleta de dados e analise do conteúdo dos materiais com o referencial sistêmico novo paradigmatico.Essa coleta foi realizada com uma jovem, participante de um Programa de Carreira em Logística em uma empresa de médio porte. Foi realizada uma entrevista inicial, três encontros, nos quais foram utilizados os instrumentos Biografia, Linha do Tempo, Genoprofissiograma e Mapa de Redes Culturais e um encontro final em que a participante re-visitou o resultado de cada instrumento e relatou sua percepção sobre cada um deles. Os resultados mostraram que os instrumentos utilizados pela Abordagem Sistêmica Novo-Paradigmática foram determinantes na ampliação e apropriação da participante sobre sua hist6ria pessoal e profissional, trazendo muitos benefícios, relatados no ultimo encontro. A pesquisa mostrou também que os valores, a educação e os modelos transmitidos na relação familiar foram fatores preponderantes na escolha e na jornada profissional da participante. Na Biografia e no Mapa de Redes Culturais, o papel da rede social mostrou-se significativo na construção da escolha de sua carreira

Devido às mudanças e custos necessários para a implantação da nova tecnologia, as emissoras acabam por não explorar plenamente as possibilidades de interatividade. Assim, para que o usuário tenha acesso a uma experiência avançada e agradável, é necessário otimizar a produção de conteúdo interativo e diminuir seus custos. Para isto, novas soluções capazes de prover uma maior automação na produção de conteúdo interativo devem ser investigadas. Neste contexto, este trabalho propõe um sistema para detecção de objetos durante a produção de cenas de vídeo, capaz de capturar objetos e associar a captura a metadados relacionados durante filmagens, em estúdio de gravação ou mesmo em eventos ao vivo. A informação capturada é entregue de forma estruturada, na chamada linha do tempo de objetos, a qual pode ser manipulada durante todos os estágios de edição do vídeo, bem como na criação de conteúdo interativo. / Recently, TV Broadcasters have been concerned on how to adapt their workflow in order to produce and deliver high quality interactive content in the Digital TV environment. Due to the changes and costs needed for the deployment of this new technology, broadcasters do not fully explore the possibilities of interactivity. Therefore, in order to provide users an enhanced and pleasing user experience, they are required to optimize the production of interactive content and lower its costs. For this reason, new solutions able to provide a higher level of automation for interactive content production must be investigated. In this context, this work proposes an object detection method able to capture objects and related metadata during video shooting in a recording studio or even on a live event. Captured information is delivered in a structured manner, the so-called object timeline, which may be handled throughout the stages of video editing as well as during the creation of interactive content.
