The use of cassava wastewater is quite wide due to the facility of obtaining and the amount of nutrients and waster which characterize a natural fertilizer, mainly NPK elements. So, this study aimed to evaluate the influence of cassava wastewater application in the development as well as the macronutrient present in the maze hybrid AG-1051 and the soil chemical properties changes. The experiment was set up with two soils of different textures (sandy and medium textured) in 10-liters pots of soil in a protected environment. The doses of cassava wastewater were determined according to the requirements of K for maize crop and the treatments consisted of four doses of cassava wastewater ( 0; 11.2; 22.4; 44.8 m3 h-1). The treatments were arranged on an entirely randomized design with eight replications, in a factorial scheme of 4 x 2, in which four was the cassava wastewater doses and two soil types, totaling 64 experimental units. After 42 days the plants were harvested and determined the height and fresh weight. After drying the material in a over until constant weight, the dry matter, which after grinding in the Wiley mill and prepared the extracts analytical determinations of nutrients (N, P, Na and K), was carried out. Soil samples were collect in the pots of 3 L, which was mixed and dried in the air to perform the analysis of available P, K, Na, Ca, Mg, CE and pH on saturated paste extract. The results show significant effect for the doses of cassava wastewater for height and fresh and dry matter of shoots, as well as phosphorus and potassium. In contrast, the other variables were not effected. It was also observed changes in the chemical structure of soil, the elevation of pH, CE and studied the levels of cations, especially potassium. / A manipueira é um resíduo líquido extraído das raízes de mandiocas durante a prensagem para a fabricação da farinha. Sua utilização é bastante ampla pela facilidade de obtenção do resíduo e quantidades de nutrientes que caracteriza como fertilizante natural, principalmente os elementos NPK. Assim, o objetivo desse estudo foi avaliar o desenvolvimento bem como os teores de macronutrientes presentes no milho híbrido AG- 1051 e as modificações ocorridas nos atributos químicos do solo. O experimento foi conduzido com dois solos de texturas distintas em vasos de 10 L de solo em ambiente protegido. As doses foram determinadas de acordo com a necessidade de K para a cultura do milho e foram equivalentes a: 0, 11,2; 22,4; 44,8 m3 ha-1. Constituiu-se fatorial 4 x 2 com quatro doses de manipueira, dois tipos de solo e oito repetições, totalizando 64 unidades experimentais. Após 42 dias realizou a colheita das plantas, determinou-se a altura e massa fresca. Após secagem do material em estufa até atingir peso constante determinou-se a massa seca, que após trituração no moinho de facas tipo Wiley e preparados os extratos específicos. Realizaram-se determinações analíticas dos nutrientes: N, P, Na e K. Para o solo, foram coletadas amostras nos vasos de 3L, misturado e secados ao ar para realizar as análises de P disponível, K, Na, CEes, Ca, Mg e pH no extrato da pasta saturada. Os resultados demonstram que houve efeitos significativos para as doses de manipueira para altura e massa fresca e massa seca da parte aérea, bem como os teores de fósforo e potássio; o mesmo não ocorrendo com as demais variáveis. Também foi observado modificações na estrutura química do solo, com a elevação do pH, da CEes e dos teores de cátions estudados, principalmente, o potássio.

The county is mainly agricultural and approximately 50% of farms are in the Rio Marrecas basin, which is the only supply source in the municipality of Francisco Beltrão / PR. The case study of properties in Green Water community was conducted throughout the year 2014-2015, with visits and application of questionnaire and interviews in 25 properties that are part of the Watershed Green Water ATER group. This study aimed to carry out a diagnosis of the current rural sanitation situation, analyzing the generation, treatment and disposal of liquid animal waste, household waste liquid and the solid waste in the watershed Green Water. The activities carried out in the watershed predominate in cattle milk and cereal production, and these activities are not managed properly cause serious environmental impacts. Home-based recyclable solid waste of all properties are directed to the selective collection which is held by the municipality every sixty days in the communities. Liquid waste from the dairy production activity and are cut by 32% referred to esterqueiras and later used as fertilizer in agriculture. All activities in the watershed directly interfere with the environment we live in, so the worry of making a diagnosis of the sanitation situation in the watershed Green Water, so that future actions can be taken to reduce caused environmental impacts and improve the quality of life of the residents of Green water community and also to improve the quality of the water that serves to capture the city of Francisco Beltrão / PR / A microbacia da Água Verde situada no município de Marmeleiro, localizada no Sudoeste do estado do Paraná tem as principais nascentes do rio Marrecas localizada na Comunidade Água Verde. O município é essencialmente agrícola e aproximadamente 50% das propriedades rurais encontram-se na bacia do Rio Marrecas, sendo esse o único manancial de abastecimento do município de Francisco Beltrão/PR. O estudo de caso de propriedades na comunidade Água Verde foi realizado no período de 2014 a 2016, com visitas e aplicação de questionário e entrevistas em 25 propriedades que fazem parte do grupo ATER da microbacia Água Verde. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo realizar um diagnóstico da situação atual do saneamento básico rural, analisando a geração, o tratamento e a destinação final dos resíduos líquidos de animais, resíduos líquidos domiciliares, bem como os resíduos sólidos domiciliares na microbacia Água Verde. As atividades realizadas na microbacia predominam na bovinocultura de leite e produção de cereais, sendo que estas atividades se não manejadas corretamente causam sérios impactos ambientais. Os resíduos sólidos recicláveis domiciliares de todas as propriedades são encaminhados para a coleta seletiva que é realizada pelo Município a cada sessenta dias nas comunidades. Os resíduos líquidos oriundos da atividade de bovinocultura de leite e corte são em 32% encaminhados para esterqueiras e posteriormente utilizados como fertilizante na lavoura. Todas as atividades realizadas na microbacia interferem diretamente no ambiente em que vivemos, por isso a preocupação de realizar um diagnóstico da situação do saneamento na microbacia Água Verde, para que ações futuras possam ser realizadas para diminuir os impactos ambientais causados e melhorar na qualidade de vida dos moradores da comunidade Água Verde bem como também de melhorar a qualidade da água que serve de captação para o Município de Francisco Beltrão/PR

Hodnocení radiační zátěže pacientů a možnost vzniku a řešení radiačních mimořádných událostí na oddělení nukleární medicíny Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. / The evaluation of radiation burden of patients and the possibility of radiation emergence and management of emergencies at the nuclear medicine department of the Hospital České Budějovice, PLC

The aim of my thesis was to evaluate radiation consequences in patients, and to evaluate unusual occurrences stemming from radiation at the department of nuclear medicine in hospital Ceske Budejovice. In the theory part, I worked with professional literature, applicable laws and internal documentation provided by the department of nuclear medicine in hospital Ceske Budejovice Plc The thesis reacted to the need of the department of nuclear medicine (dept. NM) in hospital Ceske Budejovice to evaluate the optimisation of doses for the patients and set local diagnostic levels. Different organisations worldwide deal with the question of optimising radiation protection, and their recommendations and standards are used in the Czech Republic. For this purpose, it is necessary to know the real activity of radiopharmaceuticals applied in each examination and to conduct a forecast resulting in effective doses also based on CT scans. The thesis also evaluates the occurrence of special radiation events really experienced at the department of NM (nuclear medicine) in the hospital mentioned above, the reasons for these events happening and precautions preventing them from happening in future. The owner of the permission for this activity, meaning the use of the source of ionizing radiation, has the duty to keep all documentation and paperwork in accordance with the law regulating nuclear power, abide by the rules of good practices and the real state of allowed practice. The occurrence of unusual events is closely connected with the documentation - internal emergency plan and monitoring program. (Law 263/2016) Therefore, it was recommended to compare these to the actual state and to review them based on the facts found. The values of applied activities and effective doses found were compared to the values published in the last report from UNSCEAR in 2016 and national referential values published in the bill about radiation protection no 422/ 2016. All results were inputted into tables and graphs. It was found that the applied activities at the department of NM in hospital Ceske Budejovice are in agreement with the values presented in UNSCEAR report and that they are lower than the national referential levels, which shows that there is optimised state of radiation protection for patients. The occurrence of concrete unusual radiation events at the department of NM in hospital Ceske Budejovice and their analysis revealed certain shortcomings in the process and the absence of security elements needed while holding radioactive liquid waste in storage at the hospital. It was necessary to find and implement such precautions, which will prevent similar type of events in future. The thesis will be handed in to the person tending to the radiation protection for the use of evaluation and providing the protection at the department of NM at the hospital Ceske Budejovice and to enable the documentation to be completed for the allowed activity.
