The methodology used was the case study, exploratory, using semistructured interviews. The results proved that all these APLs made gains, such as learning, trade relations, negotiation (larger scale and market power), market innovation, infrastructure and specialized services and relational ties. It was concluded that the clusters surveyed have satisfactory results, despite the distance between the entities involved and accompanying policies. / Este trabalho busca analisar os ganhos resultantes da cooperação dos Arranjos Produtivos Locais (APLs) Cerâmica Vermelha, APL Açafrão de Mara Rosa e o APL Lácteo de São Luís de Montes Belos. A metodologia utilizada foi a de estudo de caso, de caráter exploratório, usando entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os resultados obtidos provaram que todos estes APLs obtiveram ganhos, tais como: a aprendizagem, as relações comerciais, a negociação (maior escala e poder de mercado), inovação de mercado, infraestrutura e serviços especializados e os laços relacionais. Concluiu-se que os APLs pesquisados apresentam resultados satisfatórios, apesar do distanciamento entre os entes envolvidos e as políticas de acompanhamento.

The dynamic spatial location plays an important role in the production structure and together with the binding of education services is a form of competitive entry place, earning positive elements, important in the face of public policies applied at different scales. To take the first steps in this direction is to consider the service of education and, specifically, formal education offered by higher education as an element capable of transforming the space, being the starting point for this research. This form of organization more competitive and geographically concentrated institutions bringing benefits to local attractions for the allocation of other economic sectors such as trade, services and construction, showing that education in addition to being essential for the formation of citizen is also capable of contributing to local economic development and other sites connected in a network system. Given the above, this study aims to analyze the dynamics of the education sector as production of the geographical area of Vitoria da Conquista, on the assumption that Vitoria da Conquista constitutes a Local Productive Arrangement based on the consolidation of an educational center , and therefore promote a hegemony of the city of Vitoria da Conquista in relation to other counties in the southwestern region of Bahia. Thus, this literature theoretically based work and field research has brought aspects of empirical reality to be confronted with theories. The collection of data from institutions of higher education was organized after an intentional sampling for total establishments. Also interviewed staff members who are part of the process of urban growth as representatives of the city and related agencies to local businesses. To make the work possible, it was also necessary field survey on the proposed variables in the study through open interviews and questionnaires, survey of databases of IBGE, the Regional Museum of UESB, the Municipal Government of Victoria da Conquista, municipal planning agencies, and the Master Plan of the city, seeking to understand the process by which expertise is passing the city of Vitoria da Conquista e institutions of higher education with documentary information and testimonies of those involved. To finish it is interesting to note that before the elements that make up the sector of Higher Education of Vitoria da Conquista, one can say that the process of forming a Local Productive Arrangement is being organized by higher education, which here is designated Productive Arrangement Local Educational - APL.Edu/VC Vitoria da Conquista. / A dinâmica espacial local desempenha um papel importante na estrutura produtiva e juntamente com a aglomeração dos serviços de educação constitui uma forma de inserção competitiva local, que ganha elementos positivos, importantes, diante de políticas públicas aplicadas em diferentes escalas. Para dar os primeiros passos nessa direção é preciso considerar o serviço de educação e, especificamente, educação formal oferecida pelo Ensino Superior, como um dos elementos capazes de transformar o espaço, sendo o ponto de partida desta investigação. Essa forma de organização cada vez mais competitiva e que concentra espacialmente as instituições trazendo benefícios ao local, atrativos para a alocação de outros setores da economia como o comércio, serviços e construção civil, demonstrando que a educação além de ser primordial para a formação do cidadão também é capaz de contribuir para o desenvolvimento econômico local e de outros locais conectados em um sistema de redes. Diante do exposto, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a dinâmica do setor educacional como processo de produção do espaço geográfico de Vitória da Conquista, partindo da hipótese de que esta cidade se constitui em um Arranjo Produtivo Local com base na consolidação de um pólo educacional, e que promove, por conseguinte, uma hegemonia da cidade de Vitória da Conquista em relação a outros municípios da região Sudoeste da Bahia. Assim, a pesquisa bibliográfica fundamentou teoricamente este trabalho e a pesquisa de campo trouxe aspectos da realidade empírica para serem confrontados às teorias. A coleta dos dados junto às instituições de ensino superior foi organizada segundo uma amostragem intencional para o total dos estabelecimentos. Também foram entrevistados agentes que fazem parte do processo de crescimento urbano da cidade como representantes e órgãos vinculados ao comércio local. Para que o trabalho fosse possível, foi necessário também o levantamento de campo sobre as variáveis propostas no estudo, através de entrevistas abertas e questionários aplicados, levantamento dos bancos de dados do IBGE, do Museu Regional da UESB, da Prefeitura Municipal de Vitória da Conquista, órgãos de planejamento municipal, bem como ao Plano Diretor do município, buscando entender o processo de especialização pelo qual vem passando a cidade de Vitória da Conquista e e das instituições de ensino superior com informações documentais e depoimentos dos agentes envolvidos. Para finalizar é interessante ressaltar que diante dos elementos que compõe o setor de Educação Superior da cidade, pode-se afirmar que o processo de formação de um Arranjo Produtivo Local está sendo estruturado pelo Ensino Superior, o que aqui é designado de Arranjo Produtivo Local Educacional de Vitória da Conquista - APL.Edu/VC.
