Fuzzy hodnocení investic - brownfield redevelopment / Fuzzy investment decision support for brownfield redevelopment

Brož, Zdeněk January 2013 (has links)
Nová metoda umožňuje zefektivnit proces analýzy a porovnávání alternativních investic a přesněji zpracovat velký objem informací. Ve výsledku tak bude zmenšen počet prvků množiny nejvhodnějších alternativních investic na základě hierarchie parametrů stanovených investorem.

Mikroelektronick© ÄasovÄ-prostorov© autentizaÄn techniky / Microelectronics Time-Space Authentication Techniques

Jaro, David January 2015 (has links)
This dissertation work focusses on using information about the location of the user during the authentication process on computer networks. With the growth of mobile computer devices over the last two decades the physical location of users is becoming one of the main issues for access management. This work researches existing solutions which are divided in to two groups related to the source of location information (SATNAV systems for example GPS and based on communication with active infrastructure such as GSM, Wi-Fi). This work shows the methodology for evaluating authentication data which use the principle of fuzzy logic. In comparison with binary logic it is possible to evaluate authentication data accurately. As a result of the authentication process the information is of a higher value, which can be taken into account when setting the levels of user privileges. An important aspect of working with location information is that the user is located in the same place and from where they are asking for access to the system. Solving this question could be linking user biometrics for example finger prints. This principle is used in two types of microelectronic authentication terminals which were developed in conjunction with this work. The first type of terminal uses a SATNAV receiver and an ISM wireless communication module as a source of location information. On the first type of authentication terminal newly developed authentication techniques were tested. The users biometrics are checked by finger print sensor with embedded processing. In the second type authentication terminal a Wi-Fi and GSM module were added for location purposes. In the conclusion of this dissertation the testing methodology of the data authorization and evaluation process of the second type of microelectronic authentication terminal is shown. This confirms the practicality of the suggested methodology and the time-space information in the authentication process.

Ratingový model pro interní hodnocení bonity zákazníků KORADO, a.s. / Rating Model for the Internal Assessment of the Creditworthiness of Customers

Vaňková, Leona January 2009 (has links)
The object of the following Diploma thesis was to design and test a simple and well-arranged credit tool – a Rating Model (further Model) which could be used as a preventative measure in credit policy. This rating model was designed in order to make the work of the Credit Risk Management sub-department and Rating Committee of KORADO more effective and at the same time to make more effective use of currently available internal and external data. Should the Company decide to use this Rating Model, a minimum of additional expenses would be incurred. The reader of this work will gain theoretical knowledge regarding financial analysis, credit management and fuzzy logic which is used in the calculation of a Total Rating. He/she will become acquainted with the major external agencies providing rating evaluations. As well, the reader may apprise the theoretical Rating model, including its practical use on four domestic and four overseas customers of KORADO. In conclusion there is an implementation of the Model, including a time schedule, an implementation team proposal as well as a budget of implementation and utilization costs.

Fazifikacija Gaborovog filtra i njena primena u detekciji registarskih tablica / Fuzzification of Gabor Filter for License Plate Detection Application

Tadić Vladimir 06 June 2018 (has links)
<p>Disertacija prikazuje novi algoritam za detekciju i izdvajanje registarskih tablica iz slike vozila koristeći fazi 2D Gaborov filtar. Parametri filtra: orijentacija i talasna dužina su fazifikovani u cilju optimizacije odziva Gaborovog filtra i postizanja dodatne selektivnosti filtra. Prethodno navedeni parametri dominiraju u rezultatu filtriranja. Bellova i trougaona funkcija pripadnosti pokazale su se kao najbolji izbor pri fazifikaciji parametara filtra. Algoritam je evaluiran nad vi&scaron;e baza slika i postignuti su zadovoljavajući rezultati. Komponente od interesa su efikasno izdvojene i postignuta značajna otpornost na &scaron;um i degradaciju na slici.</p> / <p>The thesis presents a new algorithm for detection and extraction of license plates from a vehicle image using a fuzzy two-dimensional Gabor filter. The filter parameters, orientation and wavelengths are fuzzified to optimize the Gabor filter&rsquo;s response and achieve a greater selectivity. It was concluded that Bell&rsquo;s function and triangular membership function are the most efficient methods for fuzzification. Algorithm was evaluated on several databases and has provided satisfactory results. The components of interest were efficiently extracted, and the procedure was found to be very noise-resistant.</p>

Virtualita a konstrukce nové vizuality / Virtuality and Construction of New Visuality

Hunčovská, Hana January 2015 (has links)
This dissertation focuses on the problematic of the use of specific virtual representational methods and their influence on the construction of the new visuality. The aim of this dissertation is to show how computer simulations and visualizations used in medical imaging change the way of our apprehension of the world. Nowadays, within academic circles we witness both optimistic and sceptic theories concerning the effects of integration of computer technology and human apprehension. In this work we would like to answer the question about the type of knowledge we gain through virtual visualizations and we would like to prove that virtual simulations don't necessarily have to be a threat but, on the contrary, by developing visual imagination they can support new, creative apprehension of reality. Key words Linear perspective, logic of database, narrative, rhizome, scopic regime, simulation, simulacrum, virtuality, vision, visuality, visualization
