Informační bubliny v prostředí sociální sítě Facebook / Filter bubbles on Facebook social network

Mudrová, Zuzana January 2019 (has links)
The media play an indisputable role in human life. Thus, we come across media communication daily in today's world. Online social networks have had a significant role in such communication over the past decade. The Facebook social network presents an example of such a phenomenon, which does not have a rival in terms of its size in the Czech Republic. It has rapidly become a communication media through which millions of people around the world consume various content. In recent years, this platform has been applying and continually adjusting its algorithm to provide users with personalized content. The personalized content is provided on the basis of the algorithm which evaluates what might be appropriate or interesting for people. From this point of view, this thesis called Filter bubbles on Facebook social network is examining the existence of a so-called filter bubble phenomenon. The information bubbles present information isolation in which people lack a diversity of information which would help people to get into an opinion diversification, and therefore to have an opportunity to have a new point of view about a certain phenomenon. Through the combined qualitative method of diaries and subsequent interviews, it explores how young people consume news content on this social network and, above...

Le vécu de la maladie cancéreuse : approche psychanalytique des enjeux psychiques. La pulsion d'emprise entre Eros et Thanatos / Experiencing cancer psychoanalytical approach of psychic issues : the instinct to master in relation to Eros and Thanatos

Roquand, Marie-Armelle 27 September 2017 (has links)
This research, based on the experience of cancer disease, in adult patients with solid tumors at deadly risk and potential trauma, studies the relevance of the concept of right of way in its drive joint Eros and Thanatos. It aims to inform clinical observation: the discrepancy between the satisfactory evolution of the disease and the subjective feeling pejorative patient and analyze the psychological issues, according to the theoretical and clinical speech (historical, medical, philosophical, psycho-oncology, psychoanalytic). The first part stresses the medical evolution, this social achievement, marked by deadly performances, contrasting with the current scientific. The concept of temporality is studied, those of the cancer disease and its treatment in relation to that of the subject. The second part addresses the influence of the field in the psychoanalytic discourse. Clinical and theoretical study of clinical situations shows the strength of the grip and drive its contrasting values in the psychological work of the patient, marked by the predominance of the representation of death. The third part describes the metapsychological conflict between the psychic instances, the body and cancer. The analysis of the drive and especially the anarchist impulse questioned the link between the drive and grip the life instinct not to mention tying the latter to the death drive. The relationship between bodily and the pliable medium is questioned. The assumption of the value of the grip is studied as a necessary development, temporary before acceptance by me of losses induced by cancer.

Strukturální změny somatických embryí jehličnanů během jejich zrání a konverze v rostliny uplatnitelné v krajinářské tvorbě

Pinkasová, Markéta January 2014 (has links)
Somatic embryogenesis is an attractive method of vegetative propagation of conifers. However, in many species of conifers are still problems in growing high quality cotyledonary somatic embryos. This is the reason for low quantity of viable plants. Somatic embryogenesis is an integrated process consisting of several consecutive steps. The right timing of individual steps and appropriate in vitro environment is very important to complete the whole process of somatic embryogenesis successfully. However, in many conifers is still necessary to examine the correct procedures and to create better conditions to achieve successfully grown plants. The aim of this thesis was to study the development of somatic embryos of conifers during the maturation and conversion into viable plants. We focused on the prevalence of abnormal cotyledonary somatic embryos created at the end stage of maturation and whether these somatic embryos have the potential to develop into viable plants. It was further found that if cotyledonary somatic embryos develop in the stage of maturation in a certain way, then it can not be changed the appearance or structure of the somatic embryos, thus encouraging the formation of meristem from which it began to develop a plant. Furthermore, in this work we tested the ability of embryogenic lines of Norway spruce (Picea abies) and silver fir (Abies alba) to start the process of maturation after 3 years of maintenance culture on proliferation medium.

Využití kultivačních médií pro množení banánovníku metodou in vitro

Kadlecová, Eliška January 2016 (has links)
This work deals with characterization of Musa genus, in vitro cultivation of banana plants and micropropagation of three chosen Kluai Namwa cultivars. Theoretical part comprises of genus Musa taxonomy and particular groups in this genus, then description of all the parts of banana plant, origin of banana growing and cultivars. The world most important cultivars were chosen and described together with their occurence. This chapter includes description of importance and different usage of bananas and world banana trade, too. There can be found overview of the most important pests and diseases of banana plants, ways of multiplication and advantages and difficulties of breeding. The part named Banana plant in vitro deals with specific uses of different aseptic cultures of bananas, it describes some of used practises and their risks. This chapter focuses mostly on micropropagation of banana plants, from establishing the culture to weaning and planting to the field. Third and last part describes the experiment with multiplication of three banana cultivars from Kluai Namwa group (ABB). This experiment took place at Thai university in the year 2015. The goal was to evaluate the suitability of four different cultivation media for individual cultivars and to suggest the best medium for multiplication. Two solid MS media were tested (one with the BA concentration 3 mg.l -1 , the second with 5 mg.l -1 BA) and two liquid MS media with the same concentrations of BA. As the best medium for all three cultivars it turned out to be the liquid one with 5 mg/l BA. But even when this media was used the proliferation of new shoots was low. As the solution the use of fructose as source of energy and multiplication in TIS were sugested.

Prostory odjinud / Spaces from Elsewhere

Stojčevski, Dragan January 2017 (has links)
The dissertation thesis deals with a specific type of creation of space, that the author tries to define as scenographic installation. In the first chapter, Space as Medium, the author maps work with space of a variety of artists who inspired him in his own research. He deals with scenography in contemporary theatre, installation in visual arts, creation of exhibitions in museums as well as with art projects in public spaces and creation of contemporary monuments. The author comes to the conclusion that the scenographic installation is a particular type of scenography that appears in site-specific projects, in environmental and immersive theatre. He also defines the scenographic installation as an independent artistic genre, similar to installation in the visual arts. He specifies this genre by its performative and narrative qualities. The author sees the conection of the space with spectator as participant as another of its distinguishing features. The research is divided into three parts, where the author points out some of the important spatial characteristics of scenographic installation. In the first part The Re-contextualization of Space, he describes his experience with authorial site-specific project In S(p)ite of Fire and his scenographic work on environmental theatre Oresteia. He describes how a scenographic installation can transform public space and put it in another context as a part of site specific projects and environmental theatre. In the second part The Phenomenon of Relocation, the author discusses the creation of scenographic installations in exhibition spaces of a museum. He is interested in the ability of scenographic installation to re-interpret the artifacts exhibited in museums. He provides his experience with authorial projects Pergamon Set and Room, produced inside of museums. In the third part The Spatial Simulation, he explores scenographic installation within the phenomenon of simulation in space in theatres and galleries. He bases his findings on his scenographic work on King Stag and Experiment Mice Paradise performances and on his authorial project You Are Unique You Do Not Exist, produced in a gallery. He comes to the conclusion that scenography alone, without actors, can make a performative space in which the spectator is the main driver and that it can exist as a separate genre, outside of the context of theatre. At the end of his research the author describes relations and roles of the spectator in scenographic installation.

GENERATIVNÍ MNOŽENÍ TERESTRICKÝCH ORCHIDEJÍ METODOU IN VITRO / GENERATIVE PROPAGATION OF SELECTED TERRESTRIALS ORCHIDS OF METHOD IN VITRO

KYNCL, Jiří January 2012 (has links)
We studied asymbiotic and symbiotic propagation of terrestrial orchids. There wasn´t found statistical effect of organic nitrogen in the form of pepton for examined species of orchid in the asymbiotic propagation. There wasn?t confirmed the positive effect of microelements and addition of carbohydrates (sucrose, glukose and maltose) on the germination of Habenaria dentata. Effects of various iron salts weren´t striking to stimulate seed of Cypripedium calceolus. The effect of different isolates of mycorrhizal fungi in the symbiotic propagation wasn´t statistically proven on investigated species of orchids. The effect of examined substrates (Akadama, volcanic sand and substrate Lukscheiter Orchid) wasn´t statistically confirmed on growth of species Spiranthes odorata and Bletilla striata, when seedling of them were moved to ex vitro conditions.

Vliv skladovacího média, teploty a času na uchovávání vzorků trusu pro následnou detekci vybraných zoonotických protist pomocí PCR metod / Effect of storage media, temperature, and time on preservation fecal symples containing selcted zoonotic protist for PCR analysis

HAVRDOVÁ, Dita January 2014 (has links)
Resting stages of parasites are very well resistant to adverse effects of the external environment. They have the ability to survive for long periods and to accommodate to such effects. One of the accurate methods for detection of C. parvum and E. cuniculi is PCR. As the most appropriate storage medium for the droppings collected in the field is recommended RNA later and 2,5 % potassium dichromate. Samples fixed in this way may be stored at temperatures ranging from -20 to 21 °C, event if there is no possibility of storing them in a refrigerator.
