During its publishing, the periodical was dinamyze as a instrument of articulation of MFPA in a time of strong debate for a amnesty law for political prisoners and exiled, throughout the Brazilian military dictatorship, from 1964 to 1988. Its editorial line had a focus on the approval of the Amnesty law, with the particularity to present the theme under a feminine view, but not feminist one. The project its about its editorial line and the communication and action net that it is build around the periodical, and still analyze its propositions, strategically and its differentials dimensions of amnesty existents in the groups that formed the campain for amnesty / O objetivo deste projeto é analisar a trajetória do Movimento Feminino pela Anistia de São Paulo, a partir do seu boletim Maria Quitéria, publicado entre 1977 e 1979. No decorrer de sua publicação o boletim foi dinamizado como um instrumento de articulação do MFPA em pleno momento de reivindicação de uma lei de anistia para presos e exilados políticos, na vigência da ditadura militar brasileira, de 1964 até 1988. Sua linha editorial era voltada à aprovação da lei de Anistia, com a particularidade de apresentar o tema sob a ótica feminina, e não feminista. Trata-se de refletir sobre a linha editorial e a rede de comunicação e ação que o constituía e analisar a natureza de suas propostas e estratégias e as diferentes nuances existente sobre anistia no interior do movimento por anistia
