Konstrukční uspořádání zadní části rámu vozidla Formule Student / Formula Student Chassis Rear Part Design

Hajer, Václav January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with description of the design of the rear of the vehicle structure of Formula Student processed by using a 3D CAD system. Formula have to fulfill all requirements Formula Student rules. The requirements and rules are given by building of engine and other considered engine components. The final version of the design of the rear part is assembled with the supplied front and the computational model is created to simulate the torsional stiffness of the FEM system. Another analysis model is created for a foreign supplied frame construction. Both of these frames are in terms of torsional stiffness evaluated and mutually compared. There are also mentioned selected Formula Student rules and overview of the formula frames and their overview.

Výpočtová analýza napjatosti turbinové lopatky / Computational analysis the state of stress of turbine blade

Klement, Jan January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis continues to the Ing. Damborský work and deals with strain-stress and dynamic analysis of the steam turbine blade. This blade is part of the last row of low pressure level of steam turbine. Computational analysis has been performed in first part using FEM. After that follows a modal analysis for the blade without residual stress as well as for the blade affected by heat treatment. Main goal is to obtain whether the state of stress is in the crack initiation area is influenced by thermal treatment. This problem was solved by computational simulation in commercial software Ansys 11.0.

Modifikace adaptéru na kukuřici na sklopnou verzi / Hinged adapter of corn header

Řezníček, Milan January 2012 (has links)
The master’s thesis contains a plan of hinged adapter for cord header Cornpower 8-75 of the BISO Schrattenecker Company. The adapter is designed for threshing machines New Holland. The thesis includes a comparison of the mechanisms used by competitors. Further it contains design of the entirely different mechanism, its kinematics solution of the hydraulic circuit and calculating of the strength using FEM method, including calculation of contacts. The drawing documentation is done in Catia V5 and strength calculations in NX-Ideas and Marc 2010.

Návrh nové evoluce trubkového rámu vozidla Formule Student / Formula Student Tubular Frame New Evolution Design

Slimařík, Dušan January 2012 (has links)
Design of new evolution steel welded tubular frame specified for Formula Student series is the main goal of this thesis. In the first instance, type of frame designs is described. Next part of thesis is devote to rules, which must be respected in designing of new evolution of tubular frame. In main part, construction design and calculations of torsional stiffness using MKP analysis are mentioned. Interesting point of this work is located at penultimate part, which deals with preparation of tubular frame production. This is integral part of the construction process at all. Thesis ends with project summary.

Deformačně napěťová analýza proximálního femuru s dříkem endoprotézy a zlomeninou / Stress analysis of proximal femur with the stem of the prosthesis and the fracture

Kalová, Miroslava January 2012 (has links)
This work is focused on a solving of problems regarding a total hip replacement with a fractured femur. The fracture is located in the distal end of the total joint replacement stem and the fracture is spreading in the proximal direction on the boundary of the bone and cement. A proximal part of femur is reinforced by fixing tape. There is also briefly described how computer models were carried out. Furthermore a stress - strain analysis of solved system has been performed in this work. The solution was realized using the finite element method in computational program ANSYS Workbench. Different variants with change of a fracture range and number of fixing tapes were considered during the solving. Stress - strain analysis shows that due a application of fourth fixing tape occurs lowering of main stresses values in the femur in fracture region. Simultaneously occurs a reduction of Equivalent stress values on a distal part of stem.

Energetická bilance tvarů kmitání lopatky poslední řady parní turbíny / Energy balance the blade of the last stage steam turbine

Horák, Petr January 2012 (has links)
Created methodology for calculating the potential deformation energy parts is described in this thesis. Calculation method uses the outputs of modal analysis, which is performed using computational modelling. The potential deformation energy parts are calculated for three cases. Two benchmark problems and one case of blade model. Blade geometry is received by 3D scanning and reconstruction of given specimen. Results of the potential deformation energy parts calculations are analyzed and conclusions are formulated.

Komplexní strukturální analýza kompresorového kola s využitím MKP / Comprehensive structural analysis of compressor wheel using FEM

Chromek, Lukáš January 2012 (has links)
This thesis explores the utilization of FEM software ANSYS in the analysis of the real blade wheel of a radial compressor used in small turbine aviation motors. This apparatus is made by První brněnská strojírna a.s., and its detached site in Velká Bíteš where it has the aviation engineering division. The aim of this thesis is a comprehensive blade wheel analysis composed of several steps. These steps include static and elasto-plastic strength analysis, which describes stress distribution and its assessment from the perspective of boundary conditions of elasticity during the use of the Hooke and the non-linear model of the material. Another step is dynamic analysis; in this case modal analysis, which describes the frequencies and its waveforms. The last part of the thesis contains thermal analysis while considering stationary and non-stationary thermal field. The analysis is then transformed into thermal-stress coupled analysis, which describes stress distribution resulting from thermal expansion of the material. The thesis follows the process of calculation simulations that are used during the design of a real impeller, thus before the creation of a prototype that undergoes real experiments.
