The content of the thesis is a technical report to the construction technology project, studies of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building. technological regulation for horizontal and vertical monolithic structures, quality control and testing plan for the production of vertical and horizontal monolithic structures, OSH plan. In the appendix of my diploma thesis I processed drawings of construction equipment, itemized budget of the building, object budget according to THU, time plan of construction, dimensions of construction machines, laying plan for system formwork on standardized floor of multifunctional house.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the technological project of the multifunctional building DASS in Martin. It is a two-storey building that will serve for the needs of DASS company. The diploma thesis assesses the building as a whole and focuses on selected technological processes. The work consists of the technical report, study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, technological regulations for monolithic reinforced concrete horizontal structures and for vegetation flat roof, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, design and assessment of lifting mechanism and control-test plans for structures from technological regulations. Furthermore, a time and financial plan is developed. Than staff balance and a schedule of selected technological processes of the main building is processed. At the same time a construction site project, a health and safety plan, a noise study and LEED 2009 CORE & SHELL are prepared for the construction of a multifunctional building. The work is further supplemented by a specialization focused on the analysis of the contribution of green roofs on energy efficiency of buildings.

В работе на основе анализа возможности применения облачных технологий при оценке качества строительных конструкций решены следующие задачи: проведен анализ состояния строительного рынка на сегодняшний момент, рассмотрена методика оценки качества строительных конструкций, изучены особенности облачных технологий в контексте их применения на строительном рынке, разработана методика, позволяющая контролировать качество и своевременность поставки бетона на строительную площадку. Научная новизна результатов магистерской диссертации состоит в возможности использования предложенных облачных решений при проектировании реальных строительных объектов, а также при контроле состояния строительных площадок. Практическая значимость результатов магистерской диссертации состоит в возможности использования разработанных подходов в учебном процессе студентов-будущих строителей, подготовка которых в условиях цифровизации строительной отрасли должна быть ориентирована на овладение цифровыми технологиями. / Based on the analysis of the possibility of using cloud technologies in assessing the quality of building structures, the following tasks were solved: the analysis of the state of the construction market at the moment was carried out, the methodology for assessing the quality of building structures was considered, the features of cloud technologies were studied in the context of their application in the construction market, a method was developed that allows control the quality and timeliness of delivery of concrete to the construction site. The scientific novelty of the results of the master's thesis lies in the possibility of using the proposed cloud solutions in the design of real building objects, as well as in monitoring the state of construction sites. The practical significance of the results of the master's thesis lies in the possibility of using the developed approaches in the educational process of students-future builders, whose training in the context of the digitalization of the construction industry should be focused on mastering digital technologies.

Предмет исследования – технические исследования системы сборно-монолитных каркасных конструкций Китая и Российской системы конструкций «Рекон». Научная новизна выполненного исследования заключается в следующем: проанализировано развитие сборно-монолитных систем в Китае и некоторых других странах, а также подробно проанализирована китайская сборно-сборочная каркасная система и российская система «Рекон»; оптимизация методов соединения сборных элементов может значительно повысить эффективность строительства и устойчивость здания, а также уменьшить трудности при строительстве; на основе сравнительного анализа сборно-монолитных систем предлагается стратегия оптимизации узлов сопряжения конструкций. Дальнейшее развитие результатов ВКРМ возможно в разработке новых организационно-технологических и конструктивных решений, обеспечивающих повышение эксплуатационных качеств несущего остова сборно-монолитного гражданского здания, оптимизированные методы узловых соединений для сборных элементов, снижение затрат на строительство. / The object of the study is prefabricated monolithic housing construction systems in China and Russia. The subject of the research is technical studies of the system of prefabricated monolithic frame structures in China and the Russian system of structures “Rekon”. The scientific novelty of the research performed is as follows. - the development of prefabricated monolithic systems in China and some other countries is analyzed, and the Chinese prefabricated frame system and the Russian Recon system are analyzed in detail: optimizing methods for connecting prefabricated elements can significantly improve construction efficiency and building stability, as well as reduce construction difficulties; based on a comparative analysis of prefabricated monolithic systems, a strategy for optimizing structural interface nodes is proposed. Further development of the results of VCRM is possible in the development of new organizational, technological and design solutions that provide: improving the performance of the load-bearing frame of a prefabricated monolithic civil building; optimized methods of nodal connections for prefabricated elements; reduction in construction costs.

Сборно-монолитные здания – распространенный вид строительства на сегодняшний день. Сборно-монолитные здания появились в России в 1970-х годах и в Китае в 1990-х годах. В данной работе сравнивается распространенная китайская модель строительства, имеющей стеновую конструктивную схему, с наиболее похожей российской системой. Анализ конструктивного исполнения узлов сопряжения несущих стен между собой показал их низкую несущую способность при действии сейсмических нагрузок. В работе выполнено математическое обоснование и разработано предложение по усовершенствованию данных узлов сопряжения путем введения в их работу шарниров, что значительно увеличивает несущую способность стыкового соединения при действии сейсмических нагрузок. / Prefabricated monolithic buildings are a common type of construction today. Prefabricated monolithic buildings appeared in Russia in the 1970s and in China in the 1990s. This paper compares the common Chinese construction model, which has a wall structure, with the most similar Russian system. An analysis of the design of the joints between the load-bearing walls showed their low load-bearing capacity under the action of seismic loads. The work carried out a mathematical substantiation and developed a proposal to improve these interface units by introducing hinges into their operation, which significantly increases the load-bearing capacity of the butt joint under the action of seismic loads.
