Объект исследования – процесс строительства монолитных гражданских зданий в Китае. Технология монолитного железобетона является важным элементом современного строительного комплекса Китая. Различные комбинации основных строительных машин во многом определяют технологические и экономические показатели процесса возведения несущего остова монолитного здания. Основываясь на характеристиках строительных машин для монолитного строительства и теории многофакторной комплексной оценки, в работе предлагается модель подбора комплектов строительных машин для возведения монолитного гражданского здания. Модель включает систему показателей, получение и обработку показателей, весового коэффициента, выбор метода сборки. В результате сравнительного анализа предлагаемой модели с известными выявлены ее преимущества, представлено практическое применение модели на примере монолитного здания в Китае. / The object of the research is the construction process of monolithic civil buildings in China. Monolithic reinforced concrete technology is an important element of the modern construction complex in China. Various combinations of basic construction machines largely determine the technological and economic indicators of the process of erecting the load-bearing frame of a monolithic building. Based on the characteristics of construction machines for monolithic construction and the theory of multifactor comprehensive assessment, the paper proposes a model for selecting sets of construction machines for the construction of a monolithic civil building. The model includes a system of indicators, obtaining and processing indicators, a weighting coefficient, and choosing an assembly method. As a result of a comparative analysis of the proposed model with the known ones, its advantages are revealed, and the practical application of the model is presented using the example of a monolithic building in China.

Studien Utsläppsfritt – En fallstudie om en elektrifierad byggarbetsplats riktar sig till personer och företag som intresserar sig för hållbart byggande. Vi befinner oss i en allvarlig klimatsituation till följd av bland annat global uppvärmning och byggbranschen bidrar i allra högsta grad till utsläpp av fossila gaser. I samarbete med Skanska så är denna kandidatuppsats skriven med syftet att undersöka hur elektrifierad byggproduktion i norra Sverige fungerar och vilka för- och nackdelar det har. Med den informationen är förhoppningen att studien ska bidra till ökad kunskap om ämnet. I huvudsak har kvalitativa metoder använts för att finna svar. Intervjuer med nyckelpersoner i projektet har genomförts och tillsammans med en dokumentstudie har ett resultat om arbetssättets hållbarhet vuxit fram. Resultatet visar att det finns stora fördelar med att bygga elektrifierat men också vissa utmaningar. Positiva effekter på arbetsmiljö är en viktig del samt minskningen av fossila utsläpp. Studien visar också att det i dagsläget inte är hållbart ur ett ekonomiskt perspektiv och att det även finns miljömässiga aspekter som kan förbättras. Slutsatsen är ändå att detta varit ett lyckat projekt som är viktigt för framtiden och omställningen mot ett mer hållbart byggande. / This study, called Emission free – A case study about an electrified construction site is aimed at people and companies interested in sustainable building and construction. The planet is in a serious climate situation as a result of, among other things, global warming and the construction industry contributes to the highest degree to the emission of fossil gases. In collaboration with Skanska, this essay was written with the aim of investigating how an emission-free construction project in northern Sweden works and what advantages and disadvantages it has. With that information, it is hoped that the study will contribute to increased knowledge of the subject. In the main, qualitative methods have been used to find answers. Interviews with key people in the project have been carried out and, together with a narrow document study, a result about the sustainability of the working method has emerged. The result shows that there are great advantages to building electrified, but also certain challenges. Positive effects on the work environment are an important part as well as the reduction of fossil emissions. The study also shows that it is currently not sustainable from an economic perspective and that there are also environmental aspects that can be improved. The conclusion is nevertheless that this was a successful project that is important for the future and the transition towards more sustainable construction

Elektriska maskiner för utlastning av bergmassor under mark används främst inom gruvindustrin men även vid drivning av bergrum och tunnlar med konventionella metoder i övriga anläggningssektorn. Elektriska maskiner för kontinuerlig lastning är en typ av maskiner som främst används vid schaktning av bergmassor i trånga orter. Detta examensarbete undersöker hur elektriska maskiner för kontinuerlig lastning kan användas vid utlastning av bergmassor från drivningen av en planerad avloppstunnel i Stockholm och jämför detta med utlastning med hjälp av dieseldriven hjullastare. Jämförelsen görs mellan en specifik maskin och en specifik metod i respektive maskinkategori och med avseende på tidsåtgång, energiförbrukning, koldioxidutsläpp och kostnader vilka beräknas utifrån en vald delsträcka av avloppstunneln. Arbetet syftar även till att identifiera andra för- och nackdelar med respektive utlastningsmetod samt att skapa en grund för vidare kalkylering i anbudsskedet. Resultaten visar att den elektriska maskinen för kontinuerlig lastning har hög lastkapacitet jämfört med hjullastaren i de studerade metoderna. För att detta ska ge tidsvinster i utlastningen som helhet vid schaktning i trånga orter behöver man dock utarbeta en metodik där den höga lastkapaciteten tas till vara genom att minimera väntetiden mellan de transportfordon som ska lastas. Resultaten visar även att energiförbrukning och koldioxidutsläpp minskas genom användning av den elektriska maskinen för kontinuerlig lastning. Maskiner för kontinuerlig lastning minskar även kostnaden för energiförbrukning och kan minska tid och kostnader för drivning av tunneln genom att reducera antalet nischer för lastning och vändning. / Electrical machines for underground transportation of shot rock are mainly used in the mining industry but also in conventional tunneling using drilling and blasting techniques in the construction industry. Electrical machines for continuous loading are a type of machines that are mainly used for excavation of shot rock in narrow drifts. This degree project investigates how electrical machines for continuous loading can be used in excavation and transportation of shot rock from a planned waste water tunnel project in Stockholm, Sweden. It compares a method using an electrical machine with a method using a diesel powered wheel loader. The comparison is made between two specific machines using two specific loading methods with respect to time required, energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions and costs. Calculations are made based on a selected section of the tunnel. The degree project also seeks to identify other advantages and disadvantages of each method and to create a basis for further calculations. The results show that the electrical machine for continuous loading has a high loading capacity compared to the wheel loader in the studied methods. For this to provide time savings in the excavation stage as a whole in narrow drifts, a methodology needs to be developed where the high loading capacity is taken advantage by minimizing waiting time between the vehicles to be loaded. The results also show that the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by using the electrical machine for continuous loading. Machines for continuous loading can also reduce the cost of energy and might reduce time and costs for the excavation of the tunnel as a whole by reducing the number of niches for loading and turnaround.

Thesis I worked on a project basis provided the building permit for an office complex of two identical fourth storey buildings which from the first storey intersects the inner atrium. The buildings are located within the CTZone Brno in the street Masna. The buildings are designed so that the ground floor is a garage for cars and retail space for rent and above-ground floors are reserved for office space lease. Objects are based on a floating pile conducted by the CFA, which builds prefabricated concrete skeleton. The cladding is formed by a combined system of aluminum windows, masonry face and sheet plotted on a system of stainless steel brackets. Roofing of buildings is done running flat roofs, the roofing of the atrium serves as a walkable roof. The garage is designed bearing slab plate fitted topping for added durability. Internal Partition Walls and walls are made of aerated concrete blocks. Thesis deals with construction technological preparations for the construction and contains a technical report, coordinating the situation buildings with wider relationships routes, time and financial plan, study the implementation of the main stages, the project site equipment, design tools, technological regulation, inspection and test plan, itemized budget, comparing two designs rough superstructure and appropriate drawings.
