The need of development of a tecnic that really contributed for their formation was the foundation of a whole process that culminated in the use of maiêutica in the daily of professional practice. By the other hand, were as militant of NEP (Núcleo de Estudos Popular 13 de maio) that we could appropriate and identify ourselves with their manner of knowledge socialization, that is, with the overcoming of common sense through maiêutica that for itself is too overcame in its genesis. But it s not only to clarify and analyze a tecnic. It s to demonstrate, being this our goal, the applicability of maiêutica as an educative tecnic in Social Work. However, we understand here as educative the process of human s release of its alienation, therefore we evidence all the time that our work consists in human s formation in its politics way. In our studies we search for to comprehend that to surpass an immediate and mechanic practice, the professional that intends to intervene in the process of human s formation, mainly in relation to the human s release of oppression and alienation, needs to operate mechanisms and instruments that can disclose oppressed to its chains and indicate ways for them to forge its proper weapons in the fight against the capital. In this way, we can not exempt ourselves of understanding the process of conscience. Since its embryonic form until the possibility of the jump for the universality, that is, of the full conscience of our role in history. From this perspective the destiny of the class and the humanity depends on the totality of collective and we must intervene in this process with the clarity of an action to demystify the ideologically deformed social reality. Ahead of a revolutionary social theory of dialectical process of its interpretation, we have in maiêutica a way to socialize this basic knowledge just not for the overcoming of capital s society, as well as the birth of the critical and free human of desolating uniformity that we live in the current days / A dissertação em questão tem sua origem no trabalho realizado junto aos adolescentes inseridos na medida de Liberdade Assistida. A necessidade do desenvolvimento de uma técnica que realmente contribuísse para a formação destes foi o arcabouço de todo o processo que culminou na utilização da maiêutica no cotidiano da prática profissional. Por outro lado, foi como militante do NEP (Núcleo de Estudos Popular 13 de maio) que conseguimos apropriar e, identificar-se com o jeito trezista de socialização do conhecimento, ou seja, a superação do senso comum através da maiêutica que por si também superada na sua gênese. Mas não se trata apenas de esclarecer e analisar uma técnica. Trata-se de demonstrar, sendo este nosso objetivo, a aplicabilidade da maiêutica como técnica educativa no serviço social. Todavia, entendemos aqui como educativo, o processo de libertação do homem de sua alienação, por isso evidenciamos a todo o tempo que nosso trabalho consiste na formação do homem no seu sentido político. Em nossos estudos, buscamos compreender que para superar uma prática imediatista e mecânica, o profissional que pretende intervir no processo de formação humana, principalmente com relação à libertação do homem de sua opressão e alienação, precisa operacionalizar mecanismos e instrumentais que possam desvelar aos oprimidos suas correntes e indicar meios para estes forjarem suas próprias armas na luta contra o capital. Neste sentido, não podemos nos eximir de compreendermos o processo de consciência. Desde sua forma embrionária até a possibilidade do salto para a universalidade, ou seja, da plena consciência de nosso papel na história. Partindo desta perspectiva, o destino da classe e da humanidade depende da totalidade do coletivo e, podemos e devemos intervir neste processo com a clareza de uma ação desmistificadora da realidade social ideologicamente deformada. Diante de uma teoria social revolucionaria, do processo dialético de sua interpretação, temos na maiêutica uma forma de socializarmos este conhecimento fundamental não só para a superação da sociedade do capital, bem como, o nascimento do homem critico e liberto da desoladora uniformidade que vivemos nos dias atuais

The biggest challenges for this are those that involve scientific research, especially in the natural sciences, involving the origin of human life and the universe. We realize that to realize these challenges include the need to respect the theological concern for dialogue beyond the strictly confessional. We conclude that this recovery is necessary, because the world of theological reflection is not unique in terms of culture and science, and is affected like everyone else by the changes. Their own scientific discoveries in the fields of evolutionary biology, genetics affecting seriously the theological construction, not only point to this, as can also be enlightening, facilitators of a new knowledge of God's action in creating and building a theology to legitimize the context in question. The purpose of the thesis is that the reading of revelation using the category of "historical maieutic" the theologian Andres Torres Queiruga, can offer procedures for theological reflection that promotes dialogue between theology and the natural sciences, from their own science content with the opportunity to benefit the construction of knowledge in both fields / Esta tese procura mostrar que há uma necessidade de se superar velhos esquemas hermenêuticos, e renovar a leitura bíblica para a construção do diálogo da teologia com o mundo moderno, que seja relevante diante das questões colocadas no dia-a-dia pelas pessoas e comunidades. Os maiores desafios para isso são aqueles que envolvem as pesquisas cientificas, especialmente das ciências naturais, envolvendo a origem da vida humana e do universo. Percebemos que para dar conta desses desafios é necessário englobar nos referentes do fazer teológico a preocupação com um diálogo além do estritamente confessional. Concluímos que essa retomada é necessária, porque o mundo da reflexão teológica não é exclusivo em termos culturais e científicos, e é afetado como todos os outros pelas mudanças. Os próprios descobrimentos científicos nas áreas da biologia evolutiva da genética que afetam seriamente a construção teológica não somente sinalizam para isso, como também podem ser iluminadores, facilitadores de um novo conhecimento da ação de Deus na criação e na construção de uma teologia legitima para o contexto em questão. A proposta da tese é que a releitura da revelação utilizando a categoria de maiêutica histórica do teólogo Andrés Torres Queiruga, pode oferecer procedimentos para a reflexão teológica que favorece o diálogo entre a teologia e as ciências naturais, com a possibilidade de beneficiar a construção do saber em ambos os campos
