Darbo tikslas. Išsiaiškinti mirtinus apsinuodijimus Vilniaus apskrityje sukėlusias medžiagas, įvertinti jų saugumo laipsnį, vadovaujantis gautais rezultatais numatyti galimas prevencijos priemones. Tyrimo metodika. Tyrimo objektas – 2002 – 2006 m. Vilniaus apskrities stacionarines paslaugas teikiančiose įstaigose nuo apsinuodijimo mirusių pacientų Ligos istorijos bei suvestiniai Valstybinės ligonių kasos duomenys apie stacionarinėse ASPĮ apsinuodijusiems asmenims suteiktas paslaugas. Tyrimo metodas – statistinių duomenų analizė. Tyrimo metu analizuotos 283 Ligos istorijos iš 4 Vilniaus apskrities ASPĮ (Vilniaus greitosios pagalbos universitetinėje, Vilniaus miesto universitetinėje, Ukmergės ir Trakų ligoninės). Statistinės analizės metodai – statistinis duomenų reikšmingumas buvo tiriamas pagal χ2 kriterijų, laisvės laipsnių skaičių (df) bei statistinį reikšmingumą (p). Skirtumai tarp požymio laikyti statistiškai reikšmingi, kai p<0,05. Rezultatai. Tiriamuoju laikotarpiu mirtini apsinuodijimai alkoholiu ir jo surogatais sudarė didžiausią (66 proc.) visų tirtų apsinuodijimų dalį. Mirtini apsinuodijimai kitomis medžiagomis mažėjimo tvarka išsidėstė sekančiai: apsinuodijimai medikamentais, opioidais, nepatikslinta medžiaga, korozine medžiaga, nuodingomis dujomis, maistu, metalais bei techninėmis priemonėmis. Tiriamuoju laikotarpiu vidutinis mirštamumas keturiose ASPĮ buvo 2,2 proc. o vidutinis mirtingumas tarp Vilniaus apskrities gyventojų- 0,6 / 10’000. Didžiausiu (1,3 atv.)... To find out chemical agents caused lethal poisonings in Vilnius County, to assess chemical safety of these chemical products, and provide possible means of prevention. Methods. The retrospective cohort of 283 lethal poisoning cases was formed using data of four hospitals from Vilnius County in 2002-2006 years. The results were compared with data of State patient fund about all cases of acute poisonings during the same period. SPSS package and MS Excel program were used for statistical analysis. Data were analyzed according to the Chi criteria. Results. Most of lethal poisonings (66 %) were caused by ethyl alcohol and it’s surrogates; other chemical agents were (in declining order): different pharmaceuticals, opioids, unspecified chemical materials, corrosive agents, poisonous gas, food, metals, and technical materials. The average fatality ratio of acute poisonings treated in hospitals was 2.2 %, while the average mortality ratio from acute poisonings between Vilnius County inhabitants was 0.6/10000. The highest mortality ratio (1.3/10000) was found in Trakai municipality , and the lowest (0.2/10000) in– Švenčionys municipality. Half of deaths were in those between 45-64 years old. This report describes a Bachelor Theisis of Science in Innovation and Design, conducted by Elin Johansson. The examination project was carried out for Klippan Yllefabrik AB and the work have been directed towards textile recycling with Pernilla Roos as task manager. When producing blankets and throws Klippan Yllefabrik AB have waste material. The projects main point was to generate a solution on how to use the waste material. The solution shall give the company the possibility to use the waste material instead of throwing it away. The work in the project are based out of the designprocess which starts off with a big preliminary study. The preliminary study included mapping trends in the interior- and textile industry, survey of the client's range and what would fit into the current range. Research on textile industry, textile recycling and its development was also included in the preliminary study as it gives a great insight into what is done with textiles being thrown or recycled. The chosen concept was presented through full-scale models.

Com as problemáticas ambientais e sociais cada vez mais próximas, causadas pelo crescimento descontrolado e produção exagerada surge a necessidade de se refletir e contribuir para a melhora de qualidade de vida vinculada às questões ambientais. Em paralelo com a aproximação dessas problemáticas nota-se uma proliferação e banalização dos produtos \"sustentáveis\" causando inquietação e gerando uma série de questionamentos sobre a real sustentabilidade dos produtos. Neste sentido, observou-se a necessidade de estudos das relações entre sustentabilidade, design e comportamento, almejando a problematização da associação entre seus conceitos e como as intervenções práticas estão acontecendo nos mais variados segmentos de produtos. Para o desenvolvimento deste estudo, a pesquisa foi dividida em duas partes: a primeira apresenta um referencial teórico que envolve a relação da sociedade vinculada à questão da Imagem e Matéria e os conceitos de sustentabilidade e design sustentável; e a segunda etapa realiza um levantamento de produtos que se designam serem sustentáveis e uma análise a partir das leituras destes com base nos conceitos estudados. Desta forma puderam ser verificadas algumas articulações que vem sendo realizadas entre conceitos de sustentabilidade e o design no contexto atual. / Due to uncontrolled growth and exaggerated production, environmental and social issues get closer to us. This brings the need to reflect the quality of live linked to environmental matters and contribute to its improvement. In parallel with such approach of these problems, the \"sustainable\" products have been increasing. Such proliferation and trivialization of these products cause worry and generate a series of questions that arise about the \"real\" sustainability of the products. Therefore there is a need for studies of the interaction between sustainability, design and behaviour. Aiming to problematize the association between the concepts of sustainable design and the practical interventions that are happening in product segments, this research was divided into two parts: the first part presents a theoretical framework that involves the interaction of the society linked to the issue of Image and Material and the concepts of sustainability and sustainable design; the second part is a survey of products that are called sustainable and they have been analysed from a reading based on the studied concepts. Thus, it could be seen as sustainable design relates to the society and its products indicating a way to sustainability.
