In this thesis you will find guidelines of healthy lifestyle concerning pregnancy and motherhood, which will serve as a handbook for parents-to-be. I will mainly focus on recommendations for the right eating habits and appropriate sports for expectant mothers. I won?t also leave out the mental health issue, where will be tips and suggestions for improvement of the mental state of the parents. In this text there are listed some organizations which deals with the parents' education in the area of healthy lifestyle. They are chosen to provide quality information for expectant parents. You will find here also the results of research concerning the change of attitudes of parents during their parenthood, which were obtained from a questionnaire that was sent to the Parent Centers in the Czech Republic. Thanks to this questionnaire you will find the attitude of parents to the questions of tuition on primary schools concerning the healthy lifestyle, they underwent.

The thesis is the proposal of the proposal of the business plan for the foundation of a maternity center in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The business plan is based on finding market gap which is caused by insufficient capacities of the kindergartens and there is no kindergarten or maternity center specialised in teaching English in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Main advantages of the proposal are specialization in teaching English, professionalism and friendly mood.

The parent center is currently the phenomenon, which is compared with the "State" schools or more today to discuss "the children's group" devoted less attention. And, in particular, in the section that deals with the care of children without parents. Although the parent centers help solve one of the social and political problems, the Czech Republic- the lack of places in nursery schools, in crèches, they lack support. Legislative support, support the child care area in MC without the participation of the parents. In the Czech Republic currently operates a total of 427 MC and in the Liberec region, on which I focused in the empirical part, has 21 maternity center. Of these 21 parent service center to care for children without parental involvement provides a total of 14 maternity center. And the MC feels the need to legislative support, which would be welcomed by, clearer rules for the operation of the parent center, especially in the environment of a child without the participation of the parents. Sammanfattning Bakgrund: Våra matvanor grundläggs tidigt i livet. Med tanke på det rådande hälsoläget i Sverige och världen behöver långvarigt preventiva insatser sättas in i tidig ålder för att bekämpa utvecklingen av fetma. Salut-satsningen är ett exempel på en preventiv insats som syftar till att främja hälsa hos barn och ungdomar. Syfte: Att undersöka hur förstagångsmödrar upplever och uppfattar den information om hälsosamma matvanor som mödrahälsovården (MHV), barnavårdscentralen (BVC) och folktandvården ger inom Salut-satsningen. Metod: Kvalitativa semistrukturerade telefonintervjuer utfördes med 18 strategiskt utvalda förstagångsmödrar vars barn var i åldern ett till ett och ett halvt år. Data analyserades enligt Graneheims kvalitativa innehållsanalys. Mödrarna ingår i Västerbottens Salut-satsning och bor inom upptagningsområdet för Västerbottens läns landsting. Resultat: De flesta mödrar fick information om utrymmesmat, måltidsordning samt frukt och grönsaker. Informationen som vissa av mödrarna fått upplevdes för generell. Något mödrarna saknade från samtalen var mer individanpassad information samt att den skulle vara djupare. Den information som gavs varierade beroende på vilken hälsocentral mödrarna besökt. De hade inställningen att hela familjen bör äta hälsosamt samt att man som förälder bör vara en bra förebild. Många hade inställningen att de hade goda matvanor sedan tidigare och att förändring ej var nödvändig. Slutsats: Informationen om frukt och grönsaker är det budskap som framförallt gått fram till mödrarna, vilket motiverat dem till att göra förändringar i familjens matvanor. Mödrarna upplevde att informationen var för generell och att de saknar bakgrund till råden. En återkommande inställning bland mödrarna var att de redan ansåg sig ha goda matvanor och därför inte behövde ta åt sig av råden.

This theses deals with leading change in the specific organization, gynecologycal obstetrician department. The main aim of this theses is to evaluate leading of this change from the manager point of view and also to evaluate its sustainibility in the organization. I was focused on the research of the proces and execution of this specific change. It was the change from the clasiccal model of obsetrics to the respectfull model of obstetrics with using alternative methods and support of the natural birth. I used the qualitative research methods, patricipating observation. I created the summary of the proces of the change and underlined the found problematic parts from the field notes, interview and analysis of social networks. I managed to answer all asked questions and evaluate the process of change and its sustainability. At the end I offered a practical guide of the specific change as a tool for other organizactions.
