This thesis deals with the arrangement and proving of examples of nature excursions for the course methods of natural excursions for students of Health education in the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, within the area of Sumava National Park and Sumava Landscape Protected Area. The model course is designed so that the graduates of this subject can gain the required theoretical and practical knowledge in organising natural excursions. The natural excursions implemented within the course support nature protection with an emphasis on explanation of how important exposure to healthy and undamaged nature is for the health of the human body and mind and soul. With the help of questionnaires it was confirmed, that the students expect to obtain theoretical and practical knowledge on this subject. The students are interested in practical training of first aid in the terrain, and learning about activities for natural excursions. The final part provides a worked detailed theoretical lecture for this subject. This thesis was developed pursuant to two years research carried out with the cooperation of the Faculty of Healh Education and the Administration of Sumava National park and Landscape Protected Area.

My diploma thesis describes the possibilities of using drama education in English language teaching at the secondary school. The theoretical part shows how English teaching can be connected with drama education. Furthermore, it presents concrete methods and techniques which can be used in any English lesson and it describes the basic principles of play rehearsal in schools. The practical part presents the author?s original theatre script in English for secondary school students and it also contains a reflection of the process of staging a theatre performance according to the script, done with a group of pupils from the Kubatova secondary school in České Budějovice.

My thesis deals with the problem of teaching clarinet playing. It examines psychological aspects of pupil?s and teacher?s personality and methodological rules at different levels of education. Includes the practise in playing the preparatory instruments (recorder, chalumeau, clarinéo) through basic music education, studying at the conservatory, to the academic study. The main part of the thesis is a chapter that describes the various ways of teaching - not only with future professionals but also concerns education of amateur musicians and popularizing classical music through modern teaching materials (interactive textbooks, internet, workshops).

Methodics of drug crime investigation Abstract The subject of my diploma work is the methodics of drug crime investigation. Above all, I have chosen this subject because I am deeply interested in the problem of drug and circumstances that are linked with this issue. As police officer I have a lot of experience on the field of drug crime investigation and I decided to focus my diploma work especially on the methodics of serious organized and international drug crime. My diploma work is structured into two parts and seven chapters. In the General part I tried to explain most important facts about drug crime, its history, its causes and I mentioned some specifics of the drug scene in the Czech Republic. Chapter 2 of my diploma work is aimed to provide detailed information about various kinds of drugs, about their origin, appearance and effects on human health. Very important part of my diploma work is also next chapter that is aimed on legal regulation of drug treatment in our country. The aim of this diploma thesis is to facilitate better knowledge both in a written form and by an instructional video record to those who have not become familiar with this popular winter sport with a long tradition yet. The thesis includes a brief history introduction and explains equipment and safety rules. It provides general ski exercises for beginners and thus prepares them for learning of basic ski skills. Games are included as a mean of better acquirements and enjoyment. They are followed by parallel turns which are primarily defined by technique and biomechanics perspectives. Most frequent mistakes and selected preparatory exercises together with turns are presented as well. The DVD is supposed to introduce a beginner skier into commonly practised and well-proven parallel turns.

The task of this graduation thesis is a composition and verification of the climbing methodology for pupils of 6th {--} 9th classes of an elementary school. The theoretical part is concerned with the illustration of individual knowledge, skills and technics unnecessary for bouldering. Secondly, the question of safety and suitability of this sport for children of the older school age including frequent mistakes in the teaching methodology as well as climbing itself is dealt. The content of the practical part submits especially fourteen teaching units elaborated in the methodological range and analysis of six chosen verification units realized at two groups of probands including their reflection and expert evaluation of the observer. The main part of verification lessons is documented on a video record, which is instrumental to the retrospective appreciation of the verification lesson process.

This thesis focuses on developing methodics for performance comparison of data warehouse systems. Firstly, the thesis defines data warehouses in various development stages of organization BI and describes knowledge about data warehouses. Methodics developed in the thesis describes architecture of standardized data warehouse, data flow between areas of data warehouse and processes in data warehouse. Understanding of these concepts is crucial for assurance of methodics applicability. Methodics offer logical progression of steps, which start and include testing of data warehouse systems. The contribution of the thesis is in having guide, what needs to be done when organization must do while testing various systems for data warehouses. Also it describes how this testing should be done on middle level detail, which is the absolute minimum level of abstraction that can be done due to wide applicability of methodics. Methodics offers solution to the problem of performance comparison when organization need to answer question - Which data warehouse system should we use in our organization? However, methodics expects already some knowledge about data warehouse content.

This study is focused on web services testing with SoapUI tool, particularly on verification methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI. The main objective of this thesis is to verify the methodology. Specific goals include introduction to basic concepts and principles related to web services, a description of the testing process including types of the tests and specifics of testing web services, introduction of methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI, practical verification of the methodology on the real information system and a suggestion of how to adapt the methodology on the basis of the verification. The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge of the web services technology and web services testing. Especially it is devoted to description of the methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI and to the introduction of the SoapUI tool. The practical part consists of the introduction of the test system in Česká pojišťovna, a. s. and Generali pojišťovna, a. s., where the methodology is verified. Next the methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI is verified. Based on this verification, there are suggestions of how to adapt or extend the methodology.

The focus of this thesis is an identification and analysis of problems which have occurred till now in the cooperation between two chosen organizations, followed by problem solution proposals. Methodology of two sociologists Charles H. Kepner and Benjamin B. Tregoe will be used to undertake this analysis. The thesis is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the various concepts that will be used in this work, such as the Kepner-Tregoe methodology or definition of a problem. The practical part is oriented on the analysis of the cooperation of the chosen organizations and the problems that have occurred with the use of the mentioned methodology. The purpose of the thesis is to propose possible solutions and chose the most appropriate.
