The diploma thesis is focused on the development of interpretation of violin playing at the advanced level at music schools. The aim of the thesis is to go through different periods of music development and to deepen the quality of means of reproduction and develop basic principles of interpretation in advanced students on the basis of several selected compositions. Another objective is to handle the practising process of each composition creatively. The work is oriented practically and may become useful for violin teachers and advanced students. The problems connected with violin playing are treated from the point of view of performance. The teaching process goes from imagination to realization where the technical skills are means for the realization of imagination and, simultaneously, the final performance is a great deal influenced by the player's technical skills. Also, the possibilities how to develop musical imagination and accomplish successful realization of the process mentioned above are discussed. This thesis deals with the laterality and the ways of diagnosis at children. It is divided into three parts - theoretical, practical and appendixes. The theoretical part deals with laterality, methods of diagnostic and methodology of work with left-handed pupil at the beginning of the school attendance. The aim of research in the practical part of the thesis was to find information about working with left-handed pupils between the students of primary teaching and teachers in practise. The appendixes of this thesis include the questionnaires used for the practical part of the thesis and worksheets for pupils to relax their hand while writing.

In the introduction of theoretical part, a sport discipline In line skating is described. Legislative aspect together with use of cycle paths is considered.The second chapter describes system of cyclopaths in the cities. Following chapters are describing the concept of parks and cyclopaths development in the rural area until 2020. Next, the work establishes criteria for evaluation of locations discussed in charter 5. Theoretical part of this work discusses in chapter six general rules for cyclopaths and park use. In chapter seven traffic signalization and in line skaters' equipment are discussed. Further chapters focus on sport and safety equipment. In the end of theoretical part of chapter ten and eleven I comment on particularities of in line skating education for children 7- 10 years old. Practical part describes mapping and evaluation of 10 selected cyclopaths located on the left side of Vltava River and close surroundings in chapter 12-13. Title: Voluntarism in Sports - FIS Nordic Junior & U23 World Ski Championships Liberec 2013 Objectives: The main target of the thesis is to evaluate the area of voluntarism during the FIS Nordic Junior & U23 World Ski Championships Liberec 2013 and to suggest recommendations for working with volunteers during other future sports events in the Liberec area. Methods: The method of electronic survey and subsequent observation was chosen for the research. The sample of respondents was chosen from the team of FIS Nordic Junior & U23 World Ski Championships Liberec 2013 volunteers. Results: The research showed that the organization of the volunteer program at FIS World Junior and U23 athletes was evaluated by the volunteers very positively; however, the research revealed weaknesses in the individual items of the agenda. The improvements are focused on the recruitment part of the program, training of the volunteers and the final evaluation and rewarding of the volunteers. Based on the results of the research, the draft of recommendations and proposals, which are suitable for further work with volunteers at sporting events, was compiled. The goal of this diploma thesis is to apply this analysis in chosen wedding agency and to determine needed process of operative risk management. The output of this thesis is printed list of risks and opportunities including corrections for their elimination or decreasing/increasing if we talk about opportunities, how to proceed if potential problems and potential opportunities show up. Part of the thesis is also to create this manual in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 but this isn't an output of either diploma thesis or its supplement and it is not public.

This thesis deals with the ongoing accounting reforms in public administration. It outlines key changes to accounting and financial reporting from the perspective of local governments. The goal is to evaluate the benefits of reform, and in certain moments to suggest solutions to problems that in terms of explanatory power of the information presented was greater user effect. The practical focus of the thesis is an analysis of budget execution of the municipal district Prague - Nebušice from the perspective of the user, in the context of the financial statements.

The diploma thesis "The Pilsen Conservatory with a Focus on the Violin Department" first deals with historical contexts that are connected with important violin personalities of the Pilsen Conservatory. The first part presents historical events which are linked to significant violinists of the Conservatory in Pilsen. Its aim is to present complex overview of the teachers who worked at the Conservatory from its beginning and who contributed to the high level of the Violin department with their experienced work. The thesis also focuses on the important graduates who represented or still represent the school with their pedagogical and artistic success at diverse musical events either in the Czech Republic or abroad. The second part brings interesting interviews with the teachers and the graduates of the school. Among them the most interesting are the parts where the teachers explain the methodology, which they use in their lessons. From the point of view of the oral history the teachers' memories of their beginning with the violin, difficulties during the study or their life are also very interesting.

<p>Predmet ove doktorske disertacije je istraživanje interaktivnog učenja muzike i engleskog jezika primenom digitalnih medija. U fokusu istraživanja su dve matične nauke anglistika i muzička umetnost (muzička pedagogija), sa njihovim metodikama, metodikom nastave engleskog jezika i metodikom nastave muzičkih predmeta. Cilj rada je istraživanje mogućnosti metodičke primene različitih digitalnih medija kao podsticaja za unapređenje procesa povezivanja, integrisanja i korelacije sadržaja u interaktivnom učenju muzike i engleskog jezika. Pored toga, istražuju se mogućnosti primene različitih digitalnih medija radi unapređenja procesa učenja, stručnog usavr&scaron;avanja i profesionalnog razvoja nastavnika u obe nastavne oblasti. U prvom delu istraživačkog rada cilj je bio (primenom anketnog upitnika) istražiti moguće i trenutne načine povezanosti učenja muzike i engleskog jezika primenom digitalnih medija. U drugom delu rada, istraživani su inovativni nastavni sadržaji i načini njihove moguće primene u digitalnom okruženju radi podsticanja i unapređenja interaktivnog učenja muzike i engleskog jezika na različitim nivoima obrazovanja. Kvalitativnom analizom digitalnih medija, odnosno, digitalnih i virtuelnih okruženja za učenje predstavljeni su različiti načini povezivanja (integracije i korelacije) nastavnih sadržaja iz ovih naučnih disciplina, s ciljem da se ukaže na neke od postojećih mogućnosti, ali i da se podstaknu nova razmi&scaron;ljanja na tu temu. Na osnovu analize i rezultata istraživanja može se zaključiti da primena digitalnih medija u interaktivnom učenju muzike i engleskog jezika, može doprineti kao podsticaj i medijum prikazivanja obrazovnih sadržaja u usvajanju znanja i ve&scaron;tina, ali i uspe&scaron;nom integrisanju drugih umetnosti i medijske pismenosti u nastavi i učenju. Značaj ovog istraživanja je vi&scaron;estruk za teoriju usvajanja engleskog jezika, za teoriju muzičkog obrazovanja i CLIL nastave, dakle, za metodička, didaktička i andrago&scaron;ka pitanja okruženja učenja u oblastima nastave i učenja engleskog jezika i muzičkih predmeta.</p>

AJ-NJ DIPLOMA THESIS Use of film applications in English language teaching: Case study of the mobile application Mooveez Abstract This diploma thesis concerns with analysis of the software application Mooveez - English with movies which offers a new method of learning foreign languages by watching movies, fairy tale movies or documentaries. In the theoretical part the theory and methodology of current learning and teaching foreign languages is described as well as the development of education in the field of foreign languages. The theoretical part also contains information about modern technologies used in contemporary foreign language learning and teaching. The practical part depicts and evaluates the software application Mooveez in detail which includes its principles, origin, methodology and functions. This part also informs about the usage of Mooveez as a tool and as a method. Then, it is described how this application is presented in public, and whether there are other applications which could be compared with the application Mooveez - English with movies. The main purpose of the thesis is to introduce a method for data migration quality assurance or completeness and accuracy testing of migrated data. Method will become part of the knowledge base of Deloitte Czech Republic for projects in the Enterprise Risk Services department. Data migration quality assurance projects carried by Deloitte in the Czech Republic have its own specifics. Although there exists methodology "Systems Development Playbook" which also includes a data migration methodology, the problem especially of the Prague branch is the fact that the procedures and methods for consulting projects in the area of data migration are not described in current methodological documentations including specifics of the Czech and Slovak projects. This represents a risk of inconsistencies in the implementation of this type of consulting projects in case of key employees leaving. Improving procedures and optimization of human resources engagement in data migration projects can't be measurably compared among projects, if there don't exists a basic methodology against which specific projects can be measured. The objectives of the work are achieved by consolidating experience from past projects involving data migration within Deloitte Czech Republic and designing improvement of existing processes by integrating information from external sources and internal sources of the global Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
