Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuotas įmonių ekonominės veiklos efektyvumo vertinimo procesas, suformuota ekonominės veiklos efektyvumo vertinimo rodiklių sistema, suteikianti galimybę bet kuriam vadovui ar kitam įmonės veikla besidominčiam asmeniui savarankiškai įvertinti įmonės veiklos efektyvumą. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje ištirtas įmonių ekonominės veiklos efektyvumo vertinimas teoriniu aspektu, nurodyta jo reikšmė šiuolaikinėje konkurencinėje verslo aplinkoje bei atskleista ekonominės – finansinės analizės svarba ir indėlis, vertinant įmonių veiklos efektyvumą. Antroje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonių ekonominės veiklos efektyvumo vertinimo metodika, nagrinėjami santykiniai finansiniai rodikliai ir nurodoma, kokią informaciją kiekvienas iš šių rodiklių suteikia veiklos efektyvumo vertinimą atliekančiam subjektui. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje atliktas trijų pavyzdinių įmonių ekonominės veiklos efektyvumo vertinimas, atrinkti ir apskaičiuoti svarbiausieji absoliutiniai ir santykiniai rodikliai bei pateiktos jų interpretacijos bei nustatyta, kuri įmonė savo veiklą vykdė efektyviausiai tiriamuoju periodu. / There was analyzed business economic operational efficiency assessment process in the Master’s work, as well as was formed economic operational efficiency evaluation indicator system, which enables any manager or any other person interested in the firm's activities independently assess company's performance. In the first part of this work was investigated corporate economic operational efficiency evaluation of a theoretical point of view, indicated the significance in today's competitive business environment and also there was disclosed the importance and contribution of the economic - financial analysis in the assessment of corporate performance. In the second part of the Master’s work there was presented companies’ economic operational efficiency assessment methodology, were analyzed relative financial indicators and specified what information to each of these parameters gives for a person who performs economic operational efficiency evaluation process. In the third part of this work was performed three exemplary companies’ economic operational efficiency evaluation, there were selected and calculated absolute and most important relative indicators and have been submitted their interpretations and was found out which company was the most effective in the analyzed period.

Šiame darbe yra analizuojama kelių eismo saugumo situacija ir avaringumo veiksniai remiantis statistika ir užsienio šalių mokslininkų tyrimais. Tiriamajame darbe taip pat pateikiami taikomos avaringumo nustatymo metodikos trūkumai ir pasiūlymai. Darbe yra keletas tyrimo objektų. Atliktas vizualinis Vilniaus miesto eismo reguliavimo ir organizavimo sistemos tyrimas nustatant pagrindines problemas ir „juodųjų dėmių“ analizė nustatant pagrindinius didesnio avaringumo faktorius. Siekiant nustatyti kelio nuolydžio įtaką eismo saugumui buvo atliktas stabdymo automobiliu tyrimas įvertinant lėtėjimo pagreičio kitimą priklausomai nuo vertikalių kelio nelygumų. Darbą sudaro įvadas ir 5 aiškinamojo rašto skyriai, pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. / This research analyses the situation of road traffic safety and factors in traffic accidents based on statistic and studies of foreign scientists. Research also represents weaknesses of actual accident methodology and proposals. There are few objects of investigation. Visual research is made by assessing the main problems of traffic regulation and organization system in Vilnius city and “black spots” analysis identifying factors of increased accident rate. Car braking investigation was performed by pursuing to estimate the alternation of deceleration in roads with vertical gradient influence to traffic safety. Research consists of introduction, 5 descriptive parts, summarized giving conclusions and proposals.

The main aim of this thesis is through the analysis to monitor the domestic tourism in the Region of South Bohemia, to determine participant satisfaction and domestic tourism, and build its profile. A partial aim is to prepare the methodology of investigation of domestic tourism in a chosen area. A part of this thesis is a questioning, which was realised during the summer of 2010 in selected locations in the Region of South Bohemia. Locations were chosen deliberately (based on information from secondary sources). Specifically, the recreational area around the left bank of the Lipno lake, the State Castle and Chateau Český Krumlov, the State Chateau Hluboká, the State Chateau Červená Lhota, the Rosenberg Castle and the Tourist Information Centre Tábor. The outcome of this thesis is the profile of domestic visitor in the Region of South Bohemia and the methodology of build the profile of domestic visitor in an arbitrarily selected area.

In this Master disertation the autor focuses on the great cello virtuoses of the 19. century and their technical studies. The first part is about their lives. Second one introduces the etudes and contains short subjective comparison. At the end is the list of the sources.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to summarize my knowledge of the guitar chord playing during working in the institution Dům dětí a mládeže in České Budějovice where I have been teaching for four years. It is focused on readers who teach guitar chord playing as an after-school activity or who learn how to play on their own. In the first part of the thesis there is a concept about the lector's theoretical knowledge. The second part (containing particular lessons) deals with the methodology of teaching the very beginners with no musical education.

This thesis will deal with mapping the current state of project management in TOTAL CZECH REPUBLIC Ltd., which is part of a multinational group called Total, which operates in more than 130 countries. TOTAL CZECH REPUBLIC Ltd. creates many projects, both independently of its international subsidiaries, as well as with their mutual cooperation. A partial goal of this thesis is with the help of specific project management methodology, to analyse the selected progress of the project and subsequently design optimization. Practical work will be concerned with analysis and comparison of the current state of project management at a selected project applying the procedures of the PRINCE2 methodology. Based on this analysis, proposed solutions will arise from the methodology to optimize and enhance the effectiveness of project management.

The thesis is focused on understanding the current state of project management in selected companies, including proposing their own suggestions and recommendations. Own suggestions and recommendations are directly used in the case study of a real project-an exclusive two-days training for exclusive leaders. The thesis has two parts. In the first part are described the elementary terms of project management. Defined individual phases of the life cycle, described selected project documentation and international standards and methodologies of project management. In the second part is a brief description of the selected company, describes the project lifecycle, including comparisons of the international standards and methodology and evaluation deficiencies. Suggestions and recommendations are used in the case study and in the final discussion are evaluated practical suggestions and recommendations.

The thesis discusses the issue of multiple handicaps, and partial functions development, in children. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. There is an initial description of individual types of handicaps that are relevant to the topic. It focuses on partial functions and their specific development. The practical part aims at special elementary school education and educational work and methods in an orphanage. The thesis describes particular options of how to develop partial functions of the handicapped children. The thesis is qualitative research using observations, interactions with children and interviews with teachers. The main task of this thesis was to investigate the influence of the preservation by ethyl alcohol and dry mounting on the morphometric characteristics of water bugs´ and to test the hypothesis that live individuals and individuals preserved by ethyl alcohol and dry mounted (both groups deal with individuals of the same species, sex and developmental stage) have the same morphometric parameters. The next task was to determine the effect of preparation by ethyl alcohol and dry mounting on the change of weight caused by different way of individuals´ preparation. Two model species of water bugs were chosen for this study: creeping water bug Ilyocoris cimicoides (Naucoridae) and backswimmer Notonecta glauca (Notonectidae). Weight and twelve other morphometric body characters were measured in adults of both sexes of both species. All data and their differences were tested by Student's paired t-test or nonparametric Wilcoxon test. The level of significance p = 0,05 was used for the decision whether the difference before and after preservation by ethyl alcohol and dry mounting is or is not statistically significant. Both preservation by ethyl alcohol and dry mounting influence only the body weight of treated individuals. Other morphometric characters are more or less independent on the way of preservation of water bugs´ individuals in collections. In this work, we also tested the effect of the Dyar rule for the increase in weight and size between different developmental stages of both species studied. Dyar rule for the evolution of both species was not verified. This project was supported by the grant of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic No. P505/10/0096.

The thesis focuses on research of IT process weakness. In theoretical part are described basic terms and also frameworks or best practise of process maturity rating. Selected practice ITIL and COBIT are then used for rating in practical part. For this purpose is choosen one of process which is outsourced by external contractor. Rating is made using free accessible tools, which are offered by selected practice and which offer rating process. Result is established according to consultation with people involved in project and their rating using mentioned tools.
