Zneužití digitálních stop uživatelů ICT: vzdělávání v knihovnách jako prevence narušení soukromí / Misuse of ICT users digital footprint: library education as a prevention of privacy invasion

Kovářová, Pavla January 2015 (has links)
Title of the dissertation: Misuse of ICT users digital footprint: library education as a prevention of privacy invasion Author: PhDr. Pavla Kovářová Supervisor: Ing. Martin Souček, Ph.D. Digital footprints, within the meaning of digital information informing about a particular person, belongs to the basic of the information society. They can help (e.g. as a proof of professional quality), but also hurt (e.g. documents of inappropriate behaviour, information misused in information attack) a man whom they relate. Managing digital footprints is becoming important for increasing amount of people. Libraries can promote knowledge of procedures for the effective management of digital footprints by information literacy lessons, which is a prerequisite for their application. PhD thesis describes the theoretical, but especially the research level. Activities of Czech libraries in education are mapped for the correct setting of lessons. Questionnaires showed that the topic continues with the current activities and interest in libraries. Knowledge of librarians and library and information studies students about digital footprints was subsequently tested. Knowledge has been proven, however only to a basic, limited level, but they are enough for four lessons designed for children in elementary school in the dissertation....

Vybrané problémy s diagnostiky izolačních systémů točivých elektrických strojů / Selected Problems of Diagnosis of Insulation Systems for Rotating Electrical Machines

Pavlík, Josef January 2011 (has links)
This dissertation thesis deals with the measurement of insulation resistance for rotating electrical machines and polarization indices calculated from them. The first part contains a short theoretical introduction, methods of measurement and basic formulas for calculations. The second part discusses the results obtained in laboratory measurements in both the model and the real coil of high voltage machine. There are also elucidated some of the principles and causes of some phenomena with which the measurement of insulation resistance is encountered. The third part deals with the results of measurements on real machines. There are mainly discussed the dependences of insulation resistance and polarization index on the influences that occur in measurements such as temperature measured insulation, moisture in the insulation, but also the influence of measuring instruments on the measured values. It is also expressed how much these factors affect the measurement results. In addition, this part deals with some other influences that have a negative affect on the measurement of insulation resistance. There is processed a new methodology for measuring insulation resistence in the fourth part of this thesis. The need to develop a metodology of measuring is based on the needs of engineering practice, where is considerable inconsistency of measurement in the present time. Measurement, and often performed on the same machine, are not nowadays often comparable, because measurements are not met even the basic rules resulting from the findings of research and development, which were discovered in the last few decades. Measurement of insulation resistance in our nowdays methodology stagnated on the level of the seventies of 20th century. For this reason, we have developed a new methodology of measurement that takes into account all significant influences affecting the measurement. The purpose of the methodology is to ensure full repeatability and comparability of measurements not only on the same machine but on machines of the same type, in optimal cases, the machines of different types. There are the chapters "The objectives of the work" and "Conclusion" the part of the work. A very important chapter is "The contribution of thesis", which summarizes the original results of this work and results, the use of which is expected in engineering practice.

Interneto vartotojo sąsajos projektavimo metodika ir jos taikymas interneto paslaugų teikėjo sistemai / Methodology of Web Interface Design and its Application for Internet Service Provider System

Martišius, Gytis 25 August 2010 (has links)
Nowadays, information system creation process consists of several different actions, one of those actions – web interface design. Web interface design process requires a good methodology, to make web interface process better, quicker, flexible and satisfy other web interface design criterions. RUP (Rational Unified Process) don’t present any special creation process of internet web interface. Frequently web interface design process lies in the head of it’s designers. There are no full methodology of web interface design process in one place, only some web interface advices or articles about one or other web interface process steps could be found. The goal of this work is to make a methodology of web interface design and implement it for internet service provider system. Methodology also would be useful for companies which participate in web interface design process, also in school or university study process, or like a guide for any web interface designer. The developed methodology for web interface design was used for implementing internet service provider system web interface, system design process and redesign above-mentioned system web interface for measuring process times. Methodology of web interface design, reduce web interface design process time, help to make web interface design process easier, more flexible and understandable for web interface designer, also certain better web interface appearance independence from system functional part, with possibility to...
