Brincar, atividade humana e ferramenta pedag?gica no contexto escolar da regi?o metropolitana de natal

We assume that the play is an activity / human need and therefore implies the proper development of children in physical, psychological, biological, cultural, social and historical aspects. We consider the mediation exercised by the teacher in the classroom, and the affection existing between teacher and student, sine qua non terms, so that the truth and fact of the process of teaching and learning occur. Thus, theoretically collaborated Paulo Freire, with his dialogical vision; Lev S. Vygotsky says that we learn and why we develop; Lev S. Vygotsky that states that we learn and for that we develop ourselves; Pierre Bourdieu and the concept of habitus, as something embedded and therefore procedural, and the cultural capital that needs to be fed and (re)meaning at school; Luiz Pereira, Bernard Lahire, Gilles Broug?re and others brought their theoretical contributions. The empirical field of research was composed by the Municipal School Professor Ulysses de G?is, located in the neighborhood of Nova Descoberta in Natal, and the Municipal School Jos? Horacio de G?is, located in the community of Guanduba, in S?o Gon?alo do Amarante, municipalities of the Metropolitan Region of Natal (MRN). We used as methodology the collaborative-action-research as a possible of effective participation of the research subjects, imputing them a voice and performance in the process, and not considering them just observers. The results indicate the effectiveness of the pedagogical tools in play and playful to the learning of students, but that alone is not able to solve all the problems of the school, other referrals need to be secured, as the planning of the actions to be developed in the school and in the classroom, systematized pedagogical orienttion for faculty, family participation/involvement in the school life of students, among other actions that need to be weighted so that education fulfills its role and promote the emancipation of the subject, because in the freireana liberating perspective, "the reading of the world preced the lecture of the word" / Versa esta tese sobre o uso de ferramentas pedag?gicas pautadas no brincar e no l?dico em escolas p?blicas municipais da Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal (RMN), contribuindo para o ensino e a aprendizagem dos alunos da educa??o b?sica nos conte?dos de L?ngua Portuguesa e Matem?tica. Partimos do pressuposto de que o brincar seja uma atividade/necessidade humana, implicando, portanto, no desenvolvimento adequado das crian?as nos aspectos f?sico, ps?quico, biol?gico, cultural, social e hist?rico. Consideramos a media??o exercida pelo professor em sala de aula, bem como a afetividade existente entre docente e discente, condi??es sine qua non para que o processo de ensino e de aprendizagem se concretize. Em termos te?ricos, colaboraram os seguintes autores: Paulo Freire, com sua vis?o dial?gica; Lev S. Vygotsky, que afirma que aprendemos e por isso nos desenvolvemos; Pierre Bourdieu e o seu conceito de habitus, compreendido como algo incorporado e, como tal, processual, e do capital cultural que precisa ser alimentado e (re)significado na escola; Luiz Pereira, Bernard Lahire e Gilles Broug?re, al?m de outros autores que trouxeram suas contribui??es te?ricas. O campo emp?rico da pesquisa foi composto pela Escola Municipal Professor Ulisses de G?es, situada no bairro de Nova Descoberta, em Natal, e da Escola Municipal Jos? Hor?cio de G?is, localizada na comunidade de Guanduba, em S?o Gon?alo do Amarante, munic?pio da Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal (RMN). Utilizamos como metodologia a pesquisa-a??o-colaborativa como possibilidade de participa??o efetiva dos sujeitos da pesquisa, imputando-lhes voz e atua??o no processo, e n?o apenas considerando-os como observadores. Os resultados encontrados sinalizam a efic?cia das ferramentas pedag?gicas pautadas no brincar e no l?dico para a aprendizagem dos alunos, mas que por si s? n?o s?o capazes de resolver todos os problemas da escola. Assim, outros encaminhamentos precisam ser assegurados, como o planejamento das a??es a serem desenvolvidas na escola e na sala de aula, orienta??o pedag?gica sistematizada para o corpo docente, participa??o/envolvimento da fam?lia na vida escolar dos alunos, dentre outras a??es que necessitam ser ponderadas para que a educa??o cumpra seu papel e promova a emancipa??o do sujeito, pois, na perspectiva libertadora freiriana, a leitura de mundo precede a leitura da palavra"

Distribui??o socioespacial dos fatores din?micos da popula??o na Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal

When enters the reality of the metropolitan region, assessing the impacts of restructuring productive in the context of globalization, analyzing how the socio-economic factors influencing the dynamic of the population, whose configuration was shown to be contradictory according to social class busy. Accordingly, we studied the demographic configuration of the Metropolitan Region of Natal, analyzing their spatial distribution and their socio-demographic differences in light of building a type socio-space, which cuts the metropolitan space in homogeneous areas / A Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal, como as demais regi?es metropolitanas brasileiras, foi marcada pela intensa e acelerada urbaniza??o do pa?s ocorrida somente na segunda metade do s?culo XX, coincidindo com o processo de consolida??o da ind?stria do pa?s, resultando em s?rios problemas sociais urbanos, como o aumento das favelas, a falta de infra-estrutura e o aumento da viol?ncia presente nos centros urbanos. For both, the methodological procedures were undertaken from research held about of literature on tourism, planning and territorial management, surveying and public policy analysis of tourism in national and local as well as the construction of levels of integration and differentiation of metropolitan municipalities in relation to tourism. Besides the shortage of studies on this subject, this research has shown that public policies focused on this sector has come under a great fragility in regard to tourism planning in Brazil and in Rio Grande do Norte, causing the planning activity is a strong array of fragmentation and socio-territorial inequalities in RMNatal / O presente trabalho, intitulado Planejamento e Ordenamento Territorial do Turismo na Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal-RN , tem como objetivo analisar o turismo e sua rela??o com a (re)produ??o das desigualdades socioterritoriais no ?mbito da Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal (RMNatal), a partir do planejamento e do ordenamento territorial da atividade. Os procedimentos metodol?gicos utilizados foram: pesquisas bibliogr?ficas acerca de turismo, planejamento e ordenamento territorial; levantamento e an?lise das pol?ticas p?blicas de turismo, tanto em escala nacional quanto local; bem como a constru??o de n?veis de integra??o e de diferencia??o dos munic?pios metropolitanos em rela??o ? atividade tur?stica. The research covers the municipalities benefited by the program: Cear?-Mirim, Extremoz, Maca?ba, Monte Alegre, Natal, N?sia Floresta, Parnamirim and S?o Gon?alo do Amarante. We have investigated the extensions of PMCMV on the context of the access to the city, debating some concepts attached to the capitalist mode of production such as residential segregation and peripherization. We have aimed to identify the accessibility conditions in the new housing complexes from three primal categories, namely, the localization of the complexes, the disponibility of public equipments, services, leisure and cultural properties on the neighborhood and the offer of public transport. Our theorical references are based on the ideas of the british geographer David Harvey on his work Social Justice and the City , from 1980. Harvey s studies made us debate on the locational choice for the social-matter habitation, and also let us discuss the price to accessibility on these new programs and its implications on the income of those who are benefited by them, specially because this is about a low-income population. To the achievement of these objectives, we made use of case study, including desk research, photographic documentation, records of field observations and informal conversations with locals, composing a qualitative study. In light of what has been researched and considering the guiding research questions, we reflect on aspects of the program that can greatly influence the processes of residential segregation and housing periphery of the lowincome population from the precarious conditions of accessibility to the referred population / A presente disserta??o busca refletir sobre a acessibilidade nos conjuntos habitacionais do Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida, Faixa 1, que compreende as pessoas que recebem de 0 a 3 sal?rios m?nimos, no ?mbito da Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal RMNatal - entre os anos de 2009 e 2012. A pesquisa abrange os munic?pios beneficiados pelo programa: Cear?-Mirim, Extremoz, Maca?ba, Monte Alegre, Natal, N?sia Floresta, Parnamirim e S?o Gon?alo do Amarante. Investigamos os desdobramentos do PMCMV no que se refere ao acesso ? cidade, discutindo alguns conceitos ligados ao modo de produ??o capitalista como segrega??o residencial e periferiza??o. Buscamos identificar as condi??es de acessibilidade nos novos conjuntos habitacionais a partir de tr?s categorias que consideramos fundamentais, a saber, a localiza??o dos empreendimentos, a oferta de transporte p?blico coletivo e a disponibilidade de equipamentos p?blicos, servi?os, lazer e bens culturais no entorno desses. Os estudos desenvolvidos por Harvey nos levaram a debater sobre a escolha locacional para a habita??o de interesse social, bem como nos permitiu discutir o pre?o da acessibilidade a esses novos empreendimentos e suas implica??es na renda dos indiv?duos beneficiados pelo programa, principalmente porque tratamos de uma popula??o de baixa renda. Para a consecu??o desses objetivos, nos valemos do estudo de caso, incluindo pesquisa documental, documenta??o fotogr?fica, registros de observa??es de campo e conversas informais com moradores, compondo um estudo de natureza qualitativa. ? luz do que foi pesquisado e, considerando as quest?es norteadoras da pesquisa, buscamos refletir sobre os aspectos do programa que podem influenciar sobremaneira nos processos de segrega??o residencial e periferiza??o da habita??o da popula??o de baixa renda a partir da precariza??o das condi??es de acessibilidade para a referida popula??o
