Pasirinktų mikroelementų kaita veršingų karvių kraujo serume ir mineraliniai priedai mineralų kiekiui stabilizuoti / Alternation of selected microelements in the blood serum of in-calf cows and mineral additives, used to stabilize the level of minerals

Jokubauskienė, Vaida 19 December 2014 (has links)
[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Microelements are such elements, which are necessary for the body in quantities of milligrams and micrograms. Any imbalance of these substances in the body disturbs normal body function. Cattle are especially vulnerable to deficiency of microelements. The lack of minerals in the body is evidenced by changes of coat, skin wounds, nail ulcers, mastitis, metritis, infertility and other disorders of the body function. All these factors reduce the utility of herd, and cattle breeders are experiencing severe economic losses. To ensure the health of cattle and to improve features of exploitation, it is necessary to evaluate all factors, that determine the change of microelements’ level in the animal body. This requires evaluation of microelements in soil, fodder and water. A well in order to determine microelements’ level in the body, it is necessary to consider the condition of health of the cattle, their productivity, age, breed and climate conditions. Deficiency of microelements is spread worldwide. Intensive farming, use of various fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides exhausts the soil and modifies biochemical features of the soil and plants growing in it, and at the same time it modifies microelements’ level in the body. Effect of mineral additives that are used along with the fodder on the body varies depending on their chemical form, balance and composition of microelements. Most of the data, found in the literature, is about the macro elements and their biological... [to full text]

Optimisation de la viscosité des bétons à faible impact environnemental / Optimization of the viscosity of concrete with low environmental impact

Soualhi, Hamza 04 December 2014 (has links)
It is possible to modify the composition of conventional concrete used in the building field in order to reduce the emission of CO2 associated with their manufacture, particularly in the production of their constituents. This is can be achieved by significantly reducing the amount of clinker and incorporating alternative materials (mineral and chemical additions), which are generally have a lower reactivity and require a low quantity of water, with an adequate level of mechanical performance and durability. This is the case of concrete with low environmental impact. The use superplasticizer in the production of concrete allows increasing their flowability, despite the using of low content of water, but their plastic viscosity remains high and may cause problems of implementation. Controlling the plastic viscosity of this type of concrete is crucial to ensure the development of these products.Within this objective, a rheometer for concrete was developed. The relevant test protocol used for this apparatus enables to characterize the rheological behavior not only for conventional concrete, but also for concrete with low environmental impact. The use of the developed rheometer within an experimental program permits then to highlight the effect of the parameters of concrete compositions, and in particular the used additions (type and rate of substitution) on their rheological behavior. The obtained results from this program propose and validate a mathematical model for assessing the plastic viscosity, which is applicable for ordinary concrete and concrete with low environmental impact. An optimization method for calculating the plastic viscosity of the concrete has been proposed using this model.

Aproveitamento de cinzas da queima de resíduos agroindustriais na produção de compósitos fibrosos e concreto leve para a construção rural / Use of agro industrials ashes the burning of waste in the production of fiber composite and lightweight concrete for rural construction

Kawabata, Celso Yoji 06 March 2008 (has links)
This research examines the viability of the use of waste agro industrials ashes (sugar cane bagasse, poultry litter and rice husk) and mineral additives substitutes to Portland cement in the production of composite fiber and lightweight concrete. The ashes were obtained through controlled burns and milling waste, and had their chemical and physical characteristics analyzed. Besides the \"composite reference\" (0% substitution), the fiber composites were produced with levels of replacement of Portland cement, 10%, 15% and 20%, and lightweight concrete were produced with 10% of replacement. Were tested on physical and mechanical fiber composites and lightweight concrete. The results showed that the ashes of rice husk had pozolanic properties and can be used for the production of fiber composite and lightweight concrete. In the study with fiber composites, the results physical and mechanical mostly indicated that the rice husk ash showed the best results. As there had pozolanics properties, the ashes of sugar cane bagasse and poultry litter, even showing good results, can be used as \"micro-fillers\". In the study with lightweight concrete, the ash of rice husk is also presented as a better replacement for Portland cement by presenting the best results in tests.
