Magistro darbe yra pateikiama etninės kultūros samprata, jos puoselėjimo tradicijų kaita laiko perspektyvoje, išanalizuota etninės kultūros išsaugojimo būdai, tęstinumo ir sklaidos priemonės tautoje, etninės kultūros integravimo į ugdymo procesą galimybės, būdai ir svarba modernioje visuomenėje. Darbe analizuojamas etninės kultūros puoselėjimo atsakomybės pasidalijimas tarp šeimos ir mokyklos, bei šių etnokultūros puoselėtojų vaidmens pokyčiai globalizacijos kontekste. Darbe pateikiamos etninės kultūros integravimo į ugdymo procesą galimybės ir problemos, susijusios su mokyklos, kaip organizacijos vidine kultūra, vadybos kompetencija, pačių mokytojų rengimu ir kt. Atliktas etninės kultūros tradicijų taikymo bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose tyrimas, siekiant atskleisti mokytojų ir mokinių požiūrį į etnokultūrą bei nustatyti etninių tradicijų ir mokyklos kultūros kokybės santykį. Tyrimo išvados patvirtino autoriaus suformuluotą hipotezę, kad etninės kultūros puoselėjimas, etninės kultūros tradicijų taikymas bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose yra reikšmingas mokyklos kultūros kokybę formuojantis veiksnys. / In the master’s paper the conception of ethnic culture is given, its traditions nurturance in the perspective of time shift, the preservation means of ethnic culture, its continuation and spread means throughout the nation, the integration possibilities and means of ethnic culture into the education process, its importance for the modern society are analysed. Throughout the work the division of nurturance responsibility of ethnic culture among the family and the school is analysed as well as the variation of the ones who are responsible for the nurturance of ethnic culture in the context of globalization. The possibilities of integration of ethnic culture into the education process and problems concerning school management competency as the inner culture of the organization, the problems of teachers’ education are presented in the work. In order to determine the attitude of children and teachers towards the ethnic culture and to rate the ratio of ethnic traditions and school’s culture quality the analysis of application of ethnic culture throughout the secondary education schools was carried out. The results of the research confirmed the author’s stated hypothesis that the nurturance of ethnic culture, the application of ethnic culture’s traditions throughout the secondary education schools is a very important factor that forms the quality of school culture.

Magistro darbo tikslas –. ištirti organizacijos kultūros teorinius aspektus ir jos formavimo galimybes Ukmergės mokyklose. Darbe išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių užsienio ir Lietuvos autorių darbai bei tyrimai organizacijos kultūros formavimo bei keitimo klausimais. Buvo pastebėta, kad organizacijos kultūra turi įtakos organizacijos kasdieninei veiklai, jos strategijos kūrimui ir įgyvendinimui. Tyrimo metu atskleista, kad mokyklos kultūra remiasi gilumine organizacijos sandara, kurią lemia organizacijos narių turimos sąlyginai pastovios vertybės, įsitikinimai, prielaidos, tardicijos. Patvirtintos darbo autorės suformuluotos dvi mokslinio tyrimo hipotezės. Atlikti mokyklų kultūros sisteminiai tyrimai yra aktualūs, nes gauti rezultatai gali pasitarnauti tobulinant mokyklų veiklą, siekiant didesnio veiklos efektyvumo. Parengtos rekomendacijos Ukmergės mokyklų organizacijos kultūros tobulinimui. Darbe pateikta diskusija, kurioje atkreiptinas dėmesys į aspektus, dėl kurių autoriai linkę diskutuoti, bei nesutarti tarpusavyje. / The aim of this Master's work is to investigate the theory dimensions of organization culture and the possibilities of its formation in the schools of Ukmergė. The work analyzes and systematizes the works of various foreign and Lithuanian authors and their research on the issues of forming and changing organization culture. It has been noticed that the organization culture influences the daily activities of the organization, the development and implementation of its strategy. The research has revealed that school culture is based on the deep structure of the organization, which is determined by relatively constant values, beliefs, assumptions and traditions of its members. Two hypotheses of the scientific research formulated by the author have been confirmed. Systematic investigations of school culture that have been carried out are relevant, because the results may serve to improve the activities of schools in order to increase their efficiency. Recommendations have been prepared to improve the organizational culture of the schools in Ukmergė. The work presents the discussion, which draws attention to the issues on which the authors tend to discuss and disagree with each other.

Šiuolaikinė organizacija, suburianti profesionalus bendrai veiklai, turi skirti didelį dėmesį savo veiklos socialiniams aspektams, tarp kurių svarbią vietą užima organizacijos kultūra. Švietimo organizacijos kultūros idėjai ir jos diegimo būdų problematikai pastaruoju metu yra skiriama nemažai dėmesio, universiteto, gimnazijos kultūra yra įvairių sričių mokslininkų tyrinėjama ir analizuojama, tačiau tyrimų duomenų apie bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos organizacijos kultūrą ir jos ypatumų sisteminį pagrindimą neteko aptikti. Kaip leidžia teigti daugelio autorių patirtis, mokyklų kultūros sisteminiai tyrimai yra aktualūs, nes gali ypač padėti mokykloms aptikti vystymosi rezervus netgi mokyklos kultūros tyrimo procesas gali tapti mokyklos veiklos tobulinimo priemone. Currently, a lot of attention is paid to the idea of educational organisation culture as well as problematic of introduction of related methods, culture of university, gymnasium is analysed and surveyed by scientists of diverse fields, however it was impossible to find any survey data related to organisational culture of general education school and systematic substantiation of singularities of the latter. Referring to the experience by many authors, systematic survey of school culture is relevant as it may help schools in establishing the development reserve, and even more the process of survey of school culture could become the measure for improvement of school activity. Lietuvos švietimo ateitį projektuojame žvelgdami į Europos Sąjungos brėžiamas švietimo perspektyvas ir mūsų nacionalinį kontekstą. Mūsų švietimo kokybės siekiai dera su Europos kokybės siekiais. Europos Sąjungos šalys susitarė dėl trijų esminių strateginių tikslų: siekti, kad švietimo sistemos būtų prieinamos visiems; atverti šias sistemas platesniam pasauliui; pagerinti ES švietimo ir mokymo sistemų kokybę ir efektyvumą. Ypatingas vaidmuo užtikrinant švietimo kokybę tenka pradinei mokyklai, kuri yra pirmoji pakopa ugdymo institucijų hierarchijoje, ir išlaiko visas kitas, aukštesnes pakopas. Todėl svarbu, kad pradinė mokykla gilintųsi į vykdomos veiklos specifiką, dom���tųsi švietimo politika bei kokybės standartais, ieškotų efektyvesnių veiklos modelių. Our national objectives of quality of education are in line with European objectives of quality. Member states of the European Union have agreed on the following three key strategic objectives: to ensure the accessibility of educational systems to all, to open such systems to the world and to improve the quality and effectiveness of EU educational and teaching systems. An important role in ensuring the quality of education lies in the activity of primary school, which is the first educational stage in all hierarchy of educational institutions and therefore acts as a backbone of all higher stages. Thus, primary schools must acknowledge the importance of analyzing its own activities, showing interest in education policy and quality standards and seeking for more effective models of activity.
