Švomová, Veronika January 2017 (has links)
Title: Changes of the fitness indicators during pre - season period of selected football clubs of U15 category Objectives: The aim of this work was a diagnostic subseqent comparasion of two selected indicators of fitness clubs youth category U15 in the summer pre - season period. Methods: The research was performed by motor testing. To determine the status fitness indicators and its changes in the pre - season of the two clubs we have chosen five selected motor tests battery by the Football Association of the Czech Republic - tests of strength skills, speed skills, endurance and agility. Results: Significant change of fitness indicators during pre - season period occurred in one club in two motor tests and in the second one in three motor tests. Although partial changes occurred the assumption of improvement in overall fitness indicators has not been confirmed. The observation period (5 and 8 weeks) to achieve substantial changes is probably insufficient. Hodnocení úrovně motoriky dětí mladšího školního věku testovou baterií MABC-2 na základní škole v Jihlavě / Evaluation of level motor skills children of younger school age by MABC-2 test battery at primary school in Jihlava

KŘEČEK, Martin January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this graduation thesis was to find out the level of motor skills in younger school age children, namely in the group of 7-10 years, using the standardized test battery MABC-2 (Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2nd Edition) at our chosen primary school. 62 children participated in the testing, of which 34 were girls and 28 were boys. We tested three components - gross motor skills, fine motor skills and balance. After evaluating all three components, we compared both sexes with each other. The results showed that all 62 children (100%) did not show any motor difficulties and ranked in the 1st zone. However, in a more detailed examination of the sub-components, we encountered problems with aiming & catching (coarse motoring). There were six children who were diagnosed with the risk of developing motor problems with recommendations for further monitoring (2nd band). In the same component, there were even 9 children who had significant motor difficulties with recommendation for specialized examinations (3rd band).

Úroveň koordinačních schopností sportovních gymnastek mladšího školního věku / Level of coordination abilities of young school age artistic gymnasts

Bendová, Eva January 2012 (has links)
This master thesis focuses on the influence that artistic gymnastics has on the coordination abilities of young school age girls. The purpose of this thesis was to use motor tests in the field to compare the level of coordination abilities of young school age artistic gymnasts with that of non-sporting girls. The tests results were subsequently statistically evaluated and commented upon. Another aim of the thesis was to compare the coordination abilities of artistic gymnasts aged 6 - 8 years with those of artistic gymnasts aged 9 - 11 years whilst they were undertaking particular tests. From the tests results it can be seen that artistic gymnastics has a positive effect on the level of the childrens coordination abilities. This finding is supported by the fact that in all tests the artistic gymnasts succeeded better than the non-sporting girls. Of the two groups the older girls (9 - 11 years) were more succesful than the younger group (6 - 8 years). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the Child's Motor Development, emphasizing the relationship between coordination abilities and young school age. It discusses the environment of the branch of sport called "women's artistic gymnastics" and the need for the children's sports training.

Körperliche und motorische Entwicklung Brandenburger Grundschüler im Längsschnitt : Ergebnisse der EMOTIKON-Studie 2006-2010

January 2013 (has links)

Hodnocení motorické výkonnosti a držení těla u dětí mladšího školního věku / Assessment of motor performance and body holding in young school-age children

Pinkasová, Lenka January 2018 (has links)
Title: Assessment of motor performance and body holding in young school-age children Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the assessment of motor performance, body holding and basic information concerning movement activity in young school-age children and to reveal any possible interrelations between these data. Hypothesis: 1. The volume of movement load in young school-age children affects their motor performance and body holding. 2. Motor performance evaluated by a modification of the UNIFITTEST has a significant correlation with body holding in young school age children. Methods: In order to determine the level of motor performance of the children, I used a modification of the UNIFITTEST (Měkota et al., 2002), while I also evaluated their basic somatic parameters. Their body holding was evaluated according to Mathias (Hošková and Matoušová 2007), Jaroš and Lomníček (Hošková and Matoušová 2007) and Adams's Test (Haladová and Nechvátalová 2005). Information about the frequency of the children's sports activities and their lifestyle, I collected with the form of a short survey. The research group consists of 19 boys and 11 girls with an average age of 9 years old (age range 8-11 years - by 1.1.2018), mean body height of 1.4 m (σ=8,2 cm) and mean body weight of 36.5 kg (σ=9,1 kg). Results:...

Zjištění úrovně tělesné zdatnosti u zvolených fotbalových mužstev pomocí UNIFITTESTu 6-60 / Findings levels of physical efficiency at select football teams by the UNIFITTEST 6- 60\\

STROPEK, Michal January 2012 (has links)
The main subject of this diploma thesis was to find out and compare the motor skills level and the somatic characteristics by standard testing battery Unifittest 6-60. This research was applied on two youth football teams which are U14 category. After all, these aspects were compared with the population average and both teams among them too. Testing was done during the summer preparatory term. All facts were gained and evaluated personally. The teams were chosen deliberately from two different competitive levels and we supposed the better results for the team of the higher competition. This premise was confirmed, apart from some exceptions.

Die ontwerp en toepassingswaarde van posisie spesifieke evalueringskriteria en norme in netbal vir senior netbalspelers (Afrikaans)

Jordaan, Elsje 13 December 2007 (has links)
Globally, sport plays a significant role and forms part of every modern person’s life, irrespective of race, age, gender or ethnic group. Researchers on this topic increasingly focus on the early identification of talent and the development of the talent to ensure optimal performance. One of the most critical trademarks of human development is die correlation between age and physical ability. The primary reason why people participate in sport is to improve their level of participation and performance. Therefore every effort should be made to obtain a more scientific approach towards optimal sports performance, seeing that it is scientifically proven that it improves the effectiveness of a specific sport with regards to the selection and preparation of individuals and teams. In present time South African sport is still facing the challenge to successfully integrate previously disadvantaged communities and to select teams purely on merit. The use of scientific evaluation criteria in the selection process of teams can make a definite contribution to help solidify the selection principle of merit only. This is due to the fact that scientifically, assessed physical performance can not merely be ignored or overruled in the selection of teams. The primary objective of this study was first of all to establish whether different norms will be needed for different playing positions in netball and if the assessments that are currently used are able to accurately predict the highest level that players will be able to play at. In the second instance, the objective of this study was to try and determine which components should be part of a set of netball specific evaluation criteria. To accomplish this objective research was done to find many different test protocol and to find literature that would verify the protocol. A third objective was to identify the positional qualities that netball players have to comply to, based on the selected evaluation criteria, and to select the best tests to be used for talent identification. In other words what the minimum test requirements would be to accomplish maximum data gathering. The developed protocol consisted of three (3) motor tests, four (4) physical tests and three (3) kinanthropometrical tests. The research group used in this study consisted of 304 senior netball players i.e. players older than 19 years of age. These players were categorized into three groups, namely players competing at club, national and international level. With the presentation of the statistical analysis, percentile ranks were developed and a 100 research candidates per positional group was used; i.e. 300 netball players in total. Furthermore an ANOVA was used to determine whether there were significant differences between the three positional groups. An analysis was done to determine if the evaluation criteria could discriminate between players from different positional groups. The analysis was merely used as a classification method and did not serve to evaluate die significance of differences. The results delivered position-specific norms. A function for predicting the identification of talented and less talented players was also developed. Although the study showed certain limitations, the research can be utilized to further develop scientific talent identification criteria for netball and this will be to the advantage of sports scientists and coaches involved with netball. / Thesis (DPhil (Human Movement Science))--University of Pretoria, 2008. / Biokinetics, Sport and Leisure Sciences / DPhil / unrestricted

Vytipování genetické predispozice ovlivňující sportovní výkon se zaměřením na anaerobní aktivitu kosterní svalové činnosti / Identifying a genetic predisposition affecting sports performance, focusing on anaerobic activity of skeletal muscle activity

Balkó, Iva January 2017 (has links)
Title Identifying of genetic predisposition affecting sports performance focusing on anaerobic activity of skeletal muscle activity Problem Inborn predispositions of every individual are mainly influenced by the inherited genetic information in their DNA with the addition of external environmental factors. Based on the high variability of the inborn predictions in the form of phenotypic differences in the anatomy or physiology of an individual, it can be deduced on the connection between genetics and a specific sport talent. According to current scientific knowledge, anaerobic performance of the skeletal muscle tissue seems to be more genetically influenced. Anatomic and functional properties of the skeletal muscle are mainly influenced by genes, which have effect on the muscle fibre structure, blood storage, metabolism, neurotransmission, and muscle regeneration, etc. Fencing is a complex sport discipline where predispositions to speed and dynamic force play a key role. The sport performance in fencing, regardless of the type of weapon, is directly dependent on the interactions between the reaction of the fencer to the surrounding stimuli (visual, tactile), accuracy, tactical and technical skills, level of anticipation and overall physical a psychological readiness of the fencer. Vélová, Adéla January 2020 (has links)
The title of the bachelor thesis: The evaluation of selected elementary school students' physical fitness by using UNIFITTEST Prepared by: Bc. Adéla Vélová Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Ales Kaplan, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out the current level of the fitness of the 5th graders at selected primary schools in the district of Jablonec nad Nisou, which do not focus on sports. These were pupils who fall into the age category of 10 and 11 years. I processed the ascertained results. Subsequently, I made a comparison between the individual primary schools to find out which of the tested schools achieved better results. Methodology: The main method of the research was the practical testing of students by using a test battery UNIFITTEST (6-60), from which I applied four motor tests (two-footed jump, sit- ups repeatedly for 60 seconds, shuttle run 4x10 m and the Cooper's test - 12 minutes run). I compared all the measured data with the relevant UNIFITTEST standards for the given age category (10-11 years). Another part of my diploma thesis was a short anonymous questionnaire designed for physical education teachers, refering to the finding out opinions of physical education of the 5th graders. Results: The results for the boys and the girls were very balanced. Both sexes across...
