For this, it was achieve a field research, with five liable of the masculine sex and five liable of the feminine sex, with the variant of age between 25 to 41 years old. AlI belonging to the middle social class of Rio de Janeiro. All graduated. The theorical focus given at this research were based at the Analitic Psychology of C.G. Jung. Thru-this study, was done the verification that, in spite of the reconnaissance of the laboratorial capacity of the women and of also being occupying a space each time bigger as much in political life as in cientificaI of world, look like as it they were loosing sense of them in affective and home life terms. This criated a situation rather complicated to the interrelations plan owing to the difficulty of apprehension of both roles, masculine and feminine, from modern society. / Este trabalho tem por objetivo investigar a percepção e atitude de homens e mulheres em relação à mulher contemporânea. Para isto foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, com 5 sujeitos do sexo masculino e 5 sujeitos do sexo feminino, com idade variando entre 25-41 anos. Todos pertencentes à classe média do Rio de Janeiro. De nível superior. O enfoque teórico dado à pesquisa foi baseado na Psicologia Analítica de C.G. Jung. Através deste estudo verificou-se que apesar do reconhecimento da capacidade laborativa das mulheres e delas estarem ocupando um espaço cada vez maior, tanto na vida política quanto na vida científica do mundo inteiro, parece que elas estão se perdendo dentro do espaço afetivo e do lar. Isto criou uma situação bastante complicada para o plano das inter-relações devido a dificuldade de apreensão dos papéis masculino e feminino dentro da sociedade moderna.

Essas representações são analisadas com o intuito de promover uma revisão historiográfica sobre as mulheres romanas. No. of bitstreams: 1 texto completo.pdf: 934672 bytes, checksum: d2db8882558a0e15cd39c073c1cc3f8d (MD5) Previous issue date: 2016-09-23 / A presente dissertação pretendeu, a partir da perspectiva de gênero, analisar a trajetória da construção da carreira profissional e vida doméstica das mulheres atuantes como docentes e pesquisadoras vinculadas ao Centro de Ciências Exatas (CCE) da Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV). Para esta pesquisa, três métodos de análise de dados foram utilizados, o primeiro deles foi uma análise do currículo lattes de todos os professores do Centro de Ciências Exatas mostrando que as orientações recebidas e realizadas pelos professores do CCE apresentaram, mesmo timidamente, um maior espaço às mulheres. Em seguida, dados obtidos por questionários semi-estruturados demonstraram que a dicotomia homem – mulher na realização dos afazeres domésticos ainda se faz presente na vida do público analisado. Por fim, as entrevistas realizadas com 8 docentes do sexo feminino do CCE sustentaram que a vida doméstica ainda está mais atrelada à mulher e vida profissional aos dois sexos, fator que culmina em um atraso na vida profissional da mulher docente do ensino superior. O enfoque nos cursos de Ciências Exatas se sustenta na informação de que se trata de um Centro composto por um número de mulheres ainda muito pequeno, de acordo com dados disponíveis no registro escolar da Universidade Federal de Viçosa, mas que vem crescendo a cada ano, sugerindo uma mudança de paradigma na configuração da vida da mulher acadêmica. / The present dissertation intended, from gender perspective, to analyze the construction of the professional career and the domestic life of the women acting as professors and researchers in the Hard Sciences Center (Centro de Ciências Exatas – CCE) of the Federal University of Viçosa. For this research, three methods were used, one of them quantitative and two qualitative. The first analysis, carried out through the statistical program SPSS, showed the advisings received and performed by the professors in the studied center. The second analysis was based on dada obtained by a questionnaire which showed that the dichotomy men-women is presented regarding the household chores in the life of the analyzed public. Finally, interviews were carried out with some women from the CCE nad the answers were analysed by the lexical analysis program ALCESTE, what confirmed the content analysis performed by the author by joining the most used words in the speech, emphasizing that the domestic life is still connected to women, whereas the professional life is connected to both sexes. It is important to highlight that the courses from CCE were chosen to be studied because, according to the data available at the Scholar Register Site, the number of women in these courses have been increasing.
