In this master´s thesis I propose a new built multifunctional building. It will be located in Znojmo on plot No. 2092/18. The building is designed according to the Heluz system and has four main storeys and flat roof. The first floor will be rented to businesses – a hair salon, a cafe, a nail salon, the other three floors will be used for housing - on each floor there will be two flats 4+1 and one flat 4+kk. The design includes designated parking for residents and customers near builting.

The project contains structural design of new multifunctional building in Brno. The building has five floors and a basement. In the first and second floor are designed stores and cafe. There are apartments in third to fifth floors. The basement serves as the technical background and storage space for users apartments. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete frame complete with walls of ceramic blocks. The roof is flat with a vegetative layer, and access for users apartmens.

Theme of this master´s thesis is the project documentation of a multifunctional building. It is a four-storey basement building covered with flat roofs. The object consists of two parts. One part is residential, consisting of 17 flats, one of which is designed as a flat with disability facilities. The other part is designated for public and includes a cafe with a rear. To the residential part belongs an underground collective garage, one parking lot for each flat.

Construction is rectangular in shape, roofed with a gable roof and is designed from traditional building materials.

Master thesis of "Multifunctional Building Kounicova" is composed in the form of project documentation. The building is designed as a shopping mall and office space and it is situated in the centre of Brno city. The building has four floors and it is partly basement. The load-bearing structure consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton with flat roof. The drawings are processed in CAD program.

Project solves seven-storey building with basement in urban area. Object mainly consists of building and private parking area. Functionally, the building is divided into parts for commercial, administrative and housing. The shape of the building is terraced with flat roof. Structural systém is a frame with locally supported ceilings founded on reinforced concrete slab supported by piles. The building envelope is partly of ceramics blocks, concrete wtih ETICS and curtain wall. The aim of project is to create documentation for realization based on building physics solution.

This master´s thesis discusses the construction technological project of the newly built multifunctional building in the Česká Skalice focusing on the selected technological phases. Speciffically it is the implementation of the earthworks and the bricklaying using the TRESK brick system. For these technological steps are processed all documents that is necessary for their implementation. There are detailed elaboration of the timescales and financial plans for construction of the main building structure in this project.

The design focus is on the overal consistency among spatial, structural, static, fire safety, acoustic and thermal technical requirements. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the AUTOCAD software.

Multifunctional building is situated on the bank of the Bečva river with the view over the historic city centre of Přerov. Main mass of surrounding block is formed by Sokolovna built in functionalist style. Intention is to connect old block with new multifunctional building in minimalistic style. First floor will have three shopping units and technical facilities. Second and third floors will be used for living and administration. Living and administration parts will be separated in the layout of the building. Fourth floor will be used for living.
