Genari, Denise 08 June 2010 (has links)
Submitted by Marcelo Teixeira (mvteixeira@ucs.br) on 2014-05-30T16:56:49Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissertacao Denise Genari.pdf: 6940722 bytes, checksum: 67f9bf9976fa3c29bb6a52b9ab45a343 (MD5) / Made available in DSpace on 2014-05-30T16:56:49Z (GMT). Furthermore, in the internal environment of organizations, social capital is treated as a tool that can boost business performance through social interactions and existing relationships at an individual, group and organizational level. Thus, the existence of social capital may provide some benefits for the organization, for instance the ease of disseminating knowledge, the existence of an environment of trust and cooperation, with common references and goals shared among the members of the company. It is also worth noting that the social capital issue, when treated within the organizational environment, may be linked to other constructs such as work commitment, which refers to the identification of the individual with the organization, characterized by the belief and acceptance of its values and goals, accompanied by a desire to remain a member of the company and to make efforts to benefit the organization. Therefore, the manifestation of social capital through relationships of shared trust, communication and regulations leads to a reduction in the transaction costs of the company and this process is boosted by increasing the organizational commitment. Thus, the main goal of this study is to assess both how social capital and commitment are expressed and how they interact within the internal environment of network organizations, by measuring them in grape and wine growing companies located in the Vale dos Vinhedos and members of APROVALE and APROBELO. For this purpose, descriptive research was developed with quantitative nature, using a survey method and self-administered questionnaire as data collection techniques. Some statistical techniques were used for the analysis of the results, including descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and variance analysis. The main results of the study sought to determine which variables influence the creation of social capital and commitment in the companies surveyed, in addition to relating these constructs, comparing their manifestations in accordance with the demographic profile of respondents and the networks surveyed.

[en] COMMUNITY NETWORKS AS FACILITATORS FOR INTEGRATED ACTIONS: THE CASE OF BOREL NETWORK / [pt] REDES COMUNITÁRIAS COMO FACILITADORAS DE AÇÕES INTEGRADAS: O CASO DA REDE DO BOREL

TATIANA FAUSTINO FERREIRA 20 August 2018 (has links)
[en] This work investigates the perspective of participatory management, as the hinge on the network structure can facilitate the role of social actors to turn the proposals into concrete community and integrated it with the public or the private sector. The analysis used the methodology of action-research applied to the Borel Community Network in order to observe the role of protagonist in articulating and implementing the proposal to develop an action plan that best met the needs of the community about the system of garbage collection. For this, a review was made of the literature on network organizations, participative management and integrated management of solid waste. The methodology provided a forum for constructive debate and exchange of knowledge among the population, technical Comlurb s employees and the researcher. The results were positive in terms of participatory and also with the practical implementation of the plan suggested by the community, but understanding that the environmental education mest continuous to achieve the success of the action and does not end just with the implementation of the new collection system. The study suggests that the community organization network shows up as a facilitator of the promotion of joint actions, especially when the State is opened to develop a participatory public policy.
