The principal purpose of master´s thesis is draft of new library building and elaboration project documentation of construction section to the realization solved new building of library, which fills its proposed function and also offers the elementar technical requirements for buildings definite in valid written law.

Viele Hotels in Schierke stehen seit Ende des 19./Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts leer. Um ein attraktives und besucherreiches Hotel zu entwerfen, besteht die Aufgabe darin, das unbewohnte Hotel „Heinrich Heine“ als Vier-Sterne-Hotel zu entwickeln. Für den Entwurf wurden zwei Analysen durchgeführt. In der ersten Analyse war eine Stadt zu wählen, die eine enge Bedeutung und Bezug zur Stadt Schierke hat, damit die touristische Infrastruktur analysiert werden kann. Das Ziel der zweiten Analyse bestand darin, ein Hotel zu finden, welches sich sehr gut in die bestehende Umgebung (entweder Alpen oder Bergort) einpasst. Außerdem wurde ein Hotel gesucht, welches sich an den Prinzipien der Nachhaltigkeit orientiert. Am Ende wurde der Grundgedanke und das Grundkonzept eines Passivhauses favorisiert. Vor Beginn des Entwurfs fand ein Workshop in Schierke statt, bei dem jede Gruppe Ideen für die Gestaltung eines Ortsentwicklungskonzepts (Masterplan) für die Stadt diskutierte und entwickelte. Aus dieser Idee heraus, ist es wichtig, das Hotelprofil und die Zielgruppe miteinander zu verbinden. Auf Grundlage der Analysen und des Masterplans für die Entwicklung der Stadt wurde ein Entwurf für das Hotel Heinrich Heine erarbeitet. Eckpunkte für die Entwicklung des Projekts waren ebenso die Analyse des Grundstücks, historische Aspekte des Hotels, die Funktionalität, Materialität, Fassade und Aspekte, wie Barrierefreiheit und Nachhaltigkeit.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new sports center. The building is designed a a two-storey, brick-built ceramic block with a flat roof. On the first floor there are rehabilitation rooms, cloakrooms and saunas. On the second floor there are gyms. Part of the sports center is the proposed outdoor parking lot.

The diploma thesis deals with the construction of building the Central European Forum in the vacant space on the street Denisova in Olomouc. SEFO new building is directly connected to the existing building Olomouc Museum of Art is within the urban conservation. The new facility will expand the exhibition and storage capabilities of this institution that deals with modern art. In building will be located mainly in the exhibition space and the first and sekond floor. Furthermore Library 3.NP and 4.NP. Depository, administrative offices, workshops and technical facilities are situated on two underground floors. In the courtyard garden created with exhibitions. Those are defined as two roof surfaces.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to design and make out a design documentation to show the look of new post office building. The plot is located in the cadastral area of Lesná and the parcel numbers are 1344/1, 1344/3, 1344/4 and 1345. The building is located on a flat terrain. The building consists of two above-ground floors and one underground floor. On the first floor are public areas, post offices and the background of the post office. On the second there is the office of the director, office of the representative, meeting room and facilities for the post office employees. In the underground floor there is technical equipment of the building, archive and storeroom of post office. The construction system is made in a combination of monolithic skeleton and ceramic bricks. It is designed with a flat roof wich is drained by with roof gullies.

The aim of this master's thesis is to design a kindergarten in Horšovský Týn. Kindergarten is situated in a town district called Malé předměstí. It is three-storey building with wall support system. Building is founded on shallow foundation; walls are made of ceramic bricks and single ply flat roof. Kindergarten has one basement and two overground storey. On the basement there are offices and common room. On the first floor there are two kindergarten's departments and second floor there it one kindergarten's department. Outside the kindergarten there is playground.

Object of presented dissertation is proposition of block of flats. Block of flats is based on wood technology with free stages without cellar. Block of flats is designed with 22°saddle roof based on rafters with tie beam. Object is situated in Uničov, Czech Republic.

Project four-storey guest house for 58 persons. The first floor is adapted for persons with reduced mobility, including one barrier-free room. The building has a rectangular plan, flat roof and will be built in the suburb of Mladá Boleslav.

The aim oh the thesis is the design of a multifunctional building including layout for a particular purpose and design of appropriate structural supporting system. The building is located in a city´s gap site and consists of office space, residential units, a shopping mall and areas for underground parking. The building has two underground and six aboveground floors and is covered by a flat roof. Supporting vertical and horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The thesis consist of technical reports, which are arranged according to Annex 5 of Decree No. 62/2013 and graphic attachments.

The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to kindergarten the level of documentation for building construction. The target is to create operational dispositive solution which takes account of everyday operations. The new building is comprised of three sections for ninety children. There is also place for kitchen and dining room. The building is located on the outskirts of Šlapanice. The terrain is sloping. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete, is built from the building system HELUZ and is covered with a flat roof. Built-up area is 927,5 m2.
