It builds on the experiences of two institutions of higher education, one with extensive experience in distance education, and the other developing a pilot project to be implemented later on a larger scale. It discusses the methods of distance learning that were held in the world and still are, they fit the courses surveyed could be included, the definitions of distance education that have been built over the time and what is the definition provided by law in Brazil; it debates also the tasks that teachers can take in this area and analyzes the curriculum of each course. This is a qualitative research, with characteristics presented by Lüdke and Andre (1986), which uses document analysis and interviews that were conducted with coordinators and teachers from different disciplines and the analysis of the interviews are based on the lessons of Bardin (2010). The theoretical foundations were sought especially in the work of Otto Peters, Maria Luiza Belloni, Garcia Gouvêa, Regina Silveira Barros Leal and Marcelo de Carvalho Borba. The results show that it is possible to conduct a good quality course in Mathematics in distance education, that teachers have been successfully overcoming the problems encountered in developing their courses to distance with the use of audio visual technology and resources, but there is still great difficulties on the part of teachers and students at this new opportunity, especially in terms of understanding of the peculiarities of distance education and the real role of teachers and students in this initial training / O objetivo do presente trabalho é o de discutir possibilidades e perspectivas de formar professores de Matemática na modalidade de educação a distância. Toma por base experiências de duas instituições de nível superior, uma delas com larga experiência em educação a distância e, a outra desenvolvendo um projeto piloto a ser implantado posteriormente em maior escala. Discute as modalidades de ensino a distância que foram e são realizadas no mundo, e em qual delas estão inseridos os cursos pesquisados; as definições de educação a distância que foram construídas ao longo do tempo e qual a definição fornecida por lei pelo Brasil; debate também funções que os professores podem assumir nesta modalidade; bem como analisa os currículos de cada curso. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com características apresentadas por Lüdke e André (1986), que utiliza análise de documentos e entrevistas que foram realizadas com coordenadores e professores de diferentes disciplinas e as análises das entrevistas tomam por base os ensinamentos de Bardin (2010). Os fundamentos teóricos foram buscados especialmente nos trabalhos de Otto Peters, Maria Luiza Belloni, Garcia Gouvêa, Regina Barros Leal Silveira e Marcelo de Carvalho Borba. Os resultados apontam no sentido de que é possível realizar um curso de Licenciatura em Matemática a Distância de qualidade, que os professores estão conseguindo superar os problemas encontrados para desenvolver suas disciplinas a distância com a utilização de tecnologias e recursos áudios visuais; porém ainda há grandes dificuldades por parte de professores e alunos diante dessa nova possibilidade, especialmente em termos de entender as peculiaridades da educação a distância e o real papel de professores e alunos nesta modalidade de formação inicial

Devido às mudanças de consciência global, novas relações de trabalho surgiram e com isso as necessidades das pessoas se transformaram, levando a uma mudança também na forma de liderar e fazer gestão nas organizações. A partir disso, entende-se como novas perspectivas de liderança o foco no coletivo / bem comum, pensando a longo prazo, tendo como objetivo produzir resultados sustentáveis para os stakeholders. Estes líderes são propulsores de mudança e transformação e tem habilidade de conectar diferentes paradigmas. Uma empresa que adota as novas perspectivas de liderança apresenta uma cultura que valoriza a inovação, a criatividade e o desencadeamento do espírito humano, ao encontro da prosperidade. Adota-se neste trabalho o conceito de prosperidade compreendido como a busca do florescimento da consciência humana, vinculado a uma visão ampla da vida. Nas indústrias, pelas linhas de produção ali instaladas focadas na produtividade, torna-se um desafio o despertar para novas maneiras de liderar focadas nas pessoas. Como apoio nas empresas, a área de gestão de pessoas exerce um papel relevante para a definição da cultura e clima organizacional. A partir disso, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa baseada em um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado, envolvendo 22 participantes de duas vertentes diferentes: pessoas que atuam em indústrias, englobando líderes de RH, líderes de áreas e liderados; e pessoas que trabalham em consultorias com processos de desenvolvimento de lideranças nas empresas. Os resultados encontrados proporcionam uma visão voltada ao entendimento do papel das lideranças e perspectivas futuras de mudança ou transformação nas indústrias. Apontam também alguns caminhos à área de gestão de pessoas para o apoio na inserção de novas formas de liderar nas organizações. E por fim são apresentados os elementos necessários para desenvolver nas indústrias, novas perspectivas de liderança com foco na prosperidade. Foram mapeados 10 elementos que podem ser desenvolvidos nas empresas visando à transformação das pessoas e/ou ambiente de trabalho, com o viés de aproximar as novas formas de olhar o indivíduo e o coletivo nos negócios da prática realizada. / The present study seeks to understand the elements necessary for the development of new perspectives of leadership in industries, with a focus on prosperity. In view of the changes in global consciousness, new working relationships have emerged and with this the needs of people have changed, leading to a change in the way of leadership and management in organizations. With this, it is understood as new leadership perspectives the focus on the collective / common good, long-term thinking, with the objective of producing sustainable results for the stakeholders. These leaders are drivers of change and transformation and have the ability to connect different paradigms. A company that adopts new leadership perspectives presents a culture that values innovation, creativity and the unleashing of the human spirit, in the face of prosperity. The concept of prosperity is understood as the search for the flowering of human consciousness, linked to a broad view of life. In industries, by production lines installed there that are focused on productivity, it becomes a challenge to awaken to new ways of leading people focused. As support in companies, the area of people management plays a relevant role in the definition of culture and organizational climate. From this, a qualitative research was carried out based on a semi-structured interview script, involving 22 participants from two different perspectives: people who work in industries, including HR leaders, area leaders and subordinates; and people who work in consultancies with processes of leadership development in companies. The results provide a vision for the understanding of the role of leadership and future perspectives of change or transformation in industries. They also point out some ways to the area of people management to support the insertion of new ways of leading in organizations. Finally, the necessary elements are presented to develop new leadership perspectives focused on prosperity in industries. Ten elements have been mapped that can be developed in companies aiming at the transformation of people and / or work environment, with the purpose of approaching the new ways of looking at the individual and the collective in the business of the accomplished practice.

A saúde é direito fundamental, garantidor da adequada formação, desenvolvimento e preservação da vida, pressuposto da dignidade da pessoa humana, com capacidade de influir para o qualificado desfrute dos demais direitos. Tanto assim que as ações e os serviços sanitários, na complexa realidade social e no campo constitucional, são reconhecidos como de relevância pública. Essas circunstâncias obrigam o Estado (gênero) a atuar diligentemente em prol da gestão, prestação e regulação desse direito, a fim de que possa ser assegurado de modo universal, equitativo e integral a todos. Ademais, justifica ser eficazmente protegido e operacionalizado mediante políticas públicas, a bem do interesse de cada indivíduo e da coletividade. Essa conjuntura, somada à necessidade de receber enfoque democrático, obriga que a tutela da saúde seja trabalhada através de postura transdisciplinar para a prevalência de justa resposta sanitária, em proximidade com a verdade e sem que o sistema jurídico e o microssistema jurídico-sanitário percam suas identidades no contato indispensável com outros sistemas. Tais aspectos reforçam a indispensabilidade de o Ministério Público funcionar como colaborador capaz de construtivamente proteger o direito à saúde. Todavia, a atuação da instituição em prol da saúde permanece aquém das obrigações constitucionais que lhe foram destinadas e abaixo das expectativas prevalentes no ambiente social. Por isso, não escapa de críticas e necessita adotar providências, no intuito de, concretamente, assegurar-lhe eficácia jurídica e social. Este trabalho objetiva contribuir para que a saúde pública e sua tutela através do Ministério Público sejam melhor compreendidas, organizadas, planejadas, estruturadas e executadas ainda no campo extrajudicial. Utiliza da fenomenologia, de fatores histórico-axiológicos, do rigor linguístico e do perspectivismo de José Ortega Y Gasset para alcançar esses propósitos. Propõe que o direito à saúde e as políticas correspondentes sejam tutelados pelo Ministério Público a partir: i) de seu atuar conjuntivo e cooperado; ii) da prática da humanização cidadã; iii) de postura baseada na ressignificação e reinicialização de seus atos; iv) do desempenho de funções setoriais e regionais; v) do reconhecimento e valorização de seus membros, quando intervirem de modo operoso; vi) da racionalização de seu agir; vii) da implantação e alimentação de banco de dados nacional e estaduais; viii) da definição de posições amparadas em ponderação criteriosa; ix) do funcionamento norteado pela resolutividade orientadora do sistema público de saúde e x) da busca de auxílio na biomimética, quando possível. / Health is a fundamental right, guarantor of adequate formation, development and preservation of life, a prerequisite for the dignity of the human person, with the capacity to influence the qualified enjoyment of other rights. So much so that health actions and services, in the complex social reality and in the constitutional field, are recognized as of public relevance. These circumstances oblige the State (gender) to act diligently for the management, provision and regulation of this right, so that it can be ensured in a universal, equitable and integral manner to all. In addition, they justify being effectively protected and operationalized through public policies, in the interests of each individual and the community. This conjuncture, coupled with the need to receive a democratic approach, obliges health care to be worked through transdisciplinary posture to the prevalence of a just health response, in close proximity to the truth, and without the legal system and the legal-sanitary micro-system losing their identities in the indispensable contact with other systems. These aspects reinforce the indispensability of the Ministério Público (Public Prosecution Service) to function as a collaborator capable of constructively protecting it. However, the institution\'s action in favor of health remains below of the constitutional obligations and down of expectations prevalent in the social environment. Therefore, it does not escape criticism and needs to take measures, in order to concretely ensure legal and social effectiveness. This work aims to contribute to public health and its your protection through the Ministério Público are better understood, organized, planned, structured and executed still in the extrajudicial field. It uses phenomenology, historical-axiological factors, linguistic rigor and the perspectivism of José Ortega Y Gasset to achieve these purposes. Proposes that the right to health and the corresponding policies be protect by the Ministério Público from: i) its your conjunctive and cooperative activity; ii) the practice of citizen humanization; iii) of posture based on the re-signification and reinitialization of its acts; iv) the performance of sectoral and regional functions; v) recognition and appreciation of its members, when they intervene in an efficient way; vi) the rationalization of its action; vii) the implantation and feeding of national and state database; (viii) the definition of positions supported by careful balancing; ix) the activity guided by resolutiveness advisor of the public health system and x) the search for biomimetic assistance, when possible.
