The aim of my dissertation was to describe the responsibilities of teachers in institutional pre-school education and how they bolster the moral development of pre-school age children, which takes place in the context of the children's mental progress and the formation of moral values gained from their families. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the moral progress of pre-school age children, educational and institutional strategies to develop the moral consciousness and good behavior of pre-school age children and the abilities and skills of teachers in the field of ethics education. The practical part describes the results of my research, which mainly surveys activities that improve the moral progress of children used in practice by teachers in nursery schools. The following chapter makes sugestions and evaluates the execution of educational projects aimed at the ethical education of pre-school age children. This work contibutes to the understanding of observations of the moral progress of a pre-school age child with connections to the practices and abilities of teachers in nursery schools. This thesis is focused on relaxation regime in the life of pre-school kids in their family and in nursery school. In theoretical part child's needs and rights, evolution of motivation, emotionally-moral evolution and socialization of children in the given age group are defined. In the next part aims and conditions of contemporary nursery school its daily regime, rhythm and rituals are described. This work also deals with the work of a teacher and his competences. The following part is dedicated to contemporary family, its educational styles and current relationship between school and family. In the final part of the theoretical part sleep and relaxation and its importance as well as sleep malfunctions are described. Practical part is aimed at relaxation regime in families of the children and in nursery school. Through questionnaires state of relaxation regime in families and in two classes of nursery school was established. After implementing organizational and material suggestions in two classes of nursery school impact of these innovations on happiness of children and view of teachers of these changes was evaluated after six months. Project focusing on healthy lifestyles of preschool children According to the recent epidemiological examination has more than half the Czech population overweight. Overweight and obesity are associated with many serious health problems, higher mortality and significant are also high financial charges of their treatment. This thesis deals with a healthy life style and children's obesity issue. It's divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical chapters discuss about issues associated with health, nutrition, drinking regime, physical activity, relaxation, causes and consequences of children's obesity, food allergies and outline the principles of healthy nursery school. The practical part is about week project developing principles of a healthy life style. This inspiring instruction aims to take children and gently pull them to the topic and develop healthy living habits and attitudes. Due to the project realisation I was able to find out, that most pre-school children have acquired knowledge regarding healthy life style. However there are mainly parents, who are affecting food and leisure time their child, unfortunately not always in the right way.
