Bezpečnostní inspekce na vybraných lokalitách v Olomouckém kraji / Road safety inspection in the 0lomouc region

The diploma thesis focuses on a road safety inspection of selected intersections in Olomouc Region. The first step of the diploma thesis was to select 20 intersections, then each one was subjected to accident analysis. The intersections were compared by accident indicators, which were the basis of selection 11 intersections for visual inspection purposes. Based on visual inspections, the selection was further reduced to 4 intersections in Olomouc Region, which were subjected to detailed road safety inspection, then the potential risks influencing the origins of accident were identified and corrective measures were proposed in order to remove or eliminate the intersections problems.

The master s thesis deals with the influence of location impact on the price of housing units in Olomouc. The theoretical part describes some basic concepts, whitch are necessary for understanding the issue and also provides valuation methods used in this thesis. The practical part of the thesis describes the location Olomouc and its parts specifically. The following is a description of the apartments, their location, quality and other facts identified by the place investigation. Other chapters focuses on comparative technique method to estimate the administrative price and market valuation to estimate the market price. Finally are compared unit prices of the apartments to each other and evaluated teh influence of the estimated price of the apartment.

This thesis focuses on assessing the differences in prices of garages in various areas of the town of Olomouc. To state the differences two methods were used: the cost-based appraising method and the comparative method. In addition, market price were stated and compared to the administrative one. There were fifteen garages selected for the purpose of this text. In the first part of this work basic concepts are defined. The following part is descriptive and brings the town of Olomouc into focus. Further on, particular ways of appraising are explained. Next, the selected garages are introduced and appraised. In conclusion, based on given facts, the factors influencing prices of garages are assessed as well as the causes of discrepancies between prices stated with the use of different methods.

The diploma thesis is the proposal of the pilgrimage church with the addition of the second functional unit as the pilgrimage area near to the stream „Svatá voda – Kaménka“. The proposal claims to raise former pilgrimage area and natural element, and also to provide spiritual and psychological support to pilgrims/visitors. For that reason, there are provided residential programs in the area. The building program corresponds to demanding enter and capacity. Capacity of the church is up to 250 people, in the main liturgical space on the ground floor. The growth is possible on the gallery on the second and third floor. Areal also including restaurant, lecture hall and spiritual centre. That works on a spiritual stay program for singles or couples. There is also a meditation garden and parking lot aloof.

That provides a number of options, such as how to split function in the area, or how to create a functional program for new and existing buildings of the whole area.

This thesis has been prepared as an architectural study. The subject of solved draft is expansion of Olomouc Museum of Art and the new building of the Central European Forum Olomouc SEFO. In the current building of the museum only street part and middle wing of first floor were significantly changed. In the space of a former cinema was placed the Music Theatre. The extension of street is part of the newly designed building SEFO. New public space is above the underground part of the building. This public space covers upper part of the building, which contain new exhibition spaces for museum. Open street part of new building is the main concept of the design.

This master´s thesis is focuses on the analysis of selected methods of valuation for apartment-type property in the southern part of Olomouc. Thesis is separated into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, definitions and methods related to valuation. Thesis also includes a description of the location and condition of the real estate market. The practical part deals with the actual valuation using methods: direct comparsion, the yield method and cost method. In conclusion, there is an evaluation of prices and assessing the suitability of individual method used.

This diploma thesis examines market rents of flats in the town of Olomouc. It probes the condition of the local real-estate flat rent market and it assesses which factors affect the price the most. That is achieved on the basis of data of realized rents gathered via questionnaire and complemented with the supply real-estate prices. The data are sorted into four categories (1+1 a 1+k, 2+1 a 2+k, 3+1 a 3+k, 4+1 a 4+k) that are mutually compared and analyzed with textual, table and graphic output. In the theoretical part of this work, the research is supported with juridical and economical definitions, which appear on the real-estate flat market. The work then states the specifics of real-estate market and comments on the changes in the new civil code of law. It also gives a brief overview of the basics of the housing policy theory.

Some concepts were designed from which a shape modified turbo-roundabout, known as a „dog-bone“, was selected. Futhermore a proposal for a signal plan and capacity assessments of the light controlled intersection were submitted.

Résumé This thesis examines the situation at three Czech universities in 1947 - 1950, Charles University in Prague, Masaryk University in Brno and Palacky University in Olomouc. To have an event around February 1948 to describe and then compare, it was necessary to go back to the time shortly after the Second World War, as the post-war development has undoubtedly influence on events in the following period. After the war the University had to deal with personnel and material losses. Many professors on their teaching and research space not returned, many of them died under the Nazi terror. Dismal state of buildings, which were mainly bombing explosions or other damage, especially to address Masaryk University, Brno. Directly after the war dealt University in Prague and Brno employee personnel cleansing of collaborators and people otherwise guilty against the state and national honor. Most affected was the Brno University. Another problem occurred when an enormous interest among young people in the study, due to the closure of Czech universities by the Nazis in the autumn of 1939 (in 1945). On the way to February 1948, were part of universities and student associations. Student element is often became the target of verbal indiscriminate attacks of some communist bosses, but up to February 1948 worked student...
