Gambiarração: poéticas em composição coreográfica / -

Nadai, Carolina Camargo de 27 April 2017 (has links)
The hypothesis here constructed is that from the notion of gambiarra, gambiarração can be understood as a way for the body to operate devices for dance composition. In this way, it becomes relevant to think about the daily practices, seen in Michel de Certeau as poetic productions that trigger formulations about the immanent relations to the production of gambiarras, as well as make possible to perceive a power for the creation of procedures and actions directed to the artistic composition. Within the framework of choreographic compositions, the Real Time Composition method, developed by the portuguese choreographer João Fiadeiro since the beginning of the 1990s, and the AND Operational Mode, structured by the anthropologist Fernanda Eugénio, were responsible for sharing senses that compose with The subject gambiarra, contributing to the research in its theoretical-practical unfolding. Thus, the notion of gambiarração appears as a state of action of and in the body, perceptions that are also ways of doing or of being that operate in the likeness of gambiarras, from the improvisation, the ability to act actions in real time, to deal With accidents, with instability and precariousness and with the sufficiency of what there is in a certain compositional circumstance. We have identified in the thinking of Baruch Spinoza and Gilles Deleuze (and Félix Guattari) ways of perceiving affection, body, experience and composition, which strengthen this artistic proposition.

Mode Change in Real-time Component Systems / Mode Change in Real-time Component Systems

Outlý, Matěj January 2011 (has links)
The goal of the thesis is to examine possibilities of dynamic reconfiguration in real-time component systems, especially to formally describe support of operating modes. The thesis introduces a reconfiguration mechanism based on properties and relations between them. The mechanism is designed to facilitate a straight forward modeling of operating modes and reconfiguration rules and preserves re-usability of assembled components. The thesis also presents a realization of the mechanism suitable for the domain of embedded real-time systems.

Modélisation stochastique des réseaux de distribution sous incertitude / Stochastic modeling of distribution networks under uncertainty

Briceño Vicente, Wendy Carolina 20 September 2012 (has links)
The recent developments in power systems, as consequence of the market deregulation and the international treaties, as the ones originated by the Kyoto Protocol, have serious repercussions in power networks. Particularly on distribution networks, given that a large amount of distributed generation units are connected in the grid. For instance, renewable energy sources, that are used as distributed generation, are well-known for being distributed in nature and highly unpredictable. This fact adds a strong constraint on planning and operating the distribution networks that were not originally designed to accommodate distributed generation on a large scale. To this aim, this thesis examines the impact of uncertainties on classical power system planning studies, where classical static and dynamic planning studies are carried out in several power networks taking into account some sources of uncertainty. These uncertainties are modeled in the static studies using a probabilistic and a possibilistic approach. The possibilistic approach offers good advantages over the probabilistic method in terms of time consumption and precision. The maximum wind power penetration is determined for a small mesh network by the probabilistic method using dynamic and static stability simulations of the power system.
