In the final chapter are the interviews of law enforcement officers and how they treat, verbalize the Institute Legal Officer Survey / Tem como cerne a presente tese o estudo sobre o Inquérito Policial sob a perspectiva de uma defesa do Instituto efetuada através da linguagem dos operadores do direito que atuam com o procedimento de investigação, de competência, inicialmente, da Polícia Judiciária. O Trabalho foi dividido em seis capítulos. Integram também o estudo a introdução, conclusões, bibliografias e anexos pertinentes. Os capítulos estão distribuídos da seguinte forma: o primeiro trata dos aspectos metodológicos, o segundo versa sobre linguagem, seguido de estudos sobre propaganda; o quarto capítulo aborda a Polícia e suas divisões o quinto capítulo pesquisa o Inquérito Policial e o último traz as entrevistas dos operadores do direito. Inicialmente, no primeiro capítulo é apresentado o problema de como paradigmas norteiam as pesquisas e da dificuldade de elaborar algo além da pesquisa bibliográfica. A escolha do método de entrevistas e os procedimentos adotados. No segundo capítulo é tratado o tema linguagem, seus riscos e instrumentalidade, bem como meio de solução de conflitos e empregado com estratégia e negociação. No terceiro capítulo é abordado o termo da propaganda e o seu papel na comunicação bem como suas funções em relação ao consumidor que no campo das organizações são cada vez mais vantajosas. No capítulo em que são tratadas as diferentes instituições Policiais estão elencadas a Polícia Judiciária ou Civil e Polícia Militar. Por se tratar de tema de Inquérito, Investigação, o Ministério Público está inserido neste Capítulo. Seguem-se o quinto capítulo onde serão tratadas as formas de Inquérito e as instituições que os desenvolvem bem como são tratados pela Doutrina.
