Kvinnors orgasmproblem

Isfors, Ellinor January 2007 (has links)

Trénink konzistence vaginálního orgasmu u žen / Training of vaginal orgasm consistency in women

Formánek, Jan January 2015 (has links)
Aims: To confirm the correlation between the ability to focus attention on vaginal sensations during penile-vaginal intercourse and the consistency of vaginal orgasm (Brody & Weiss, 2010) in our sample. To create a psychological method which would help women to improve their ability to focus the attention on vaginal sensations during PVI. The core of the method consists of mindfulness-based techniques and the Kegel exercise. In the next step we empirically verify the effectivity of such training. Based on the previous findings (Brody & Weiss, 2010) we hypothesized that the improvement in ablity to focus attention on vaginal sensations would result in higher VO consistency, higher satisfaction with partner sexuality and in gaining the ability to reach VO in women who had never experienced it. Methods: The vast majority of the study is based on the methods of quantitative statistics. The sample of 96 women (experimental group N=44, control group N=52) daily filled out a questionnaire on sexual behaviour for thirty days before and another 30 days after the training. We received the complete data from 80 probands. The whole sample also provided the data concerning lifetime sexual experience. The experimental group took part in the training which consisted of four 35minut sessions in a week interval....

Destins de la violence à l'adolescence : le "Moi-fractal" / Destinies of the violence in the adolescence. : the "Moi-fractal"

Malaussena, Arnaud 22 September 2014 (has links)
The orgasm experience is in the middle of the development of the adolescence. The adolescent build his genital sexuality resting against the phallic stage. It is what show my practice concerning violent young person.Adolescent violence permeates our working practice and the consequence is that it becomes difficult to think coherently about and to categorise such acts – especially when the violence occurs in an institution.A common feature of psychopathological acts is how the subject experiences depersonalisation in the Winnicott sense of the term. One aspect of such experience is the subject’s capacity to experience orgasm. Psychopathological acts and orgasm share one and the same process during adolescence. When the individual is unable to assume responsibility for such experiences, they transfer it to an unembodied version of themselves.Violence and orgasm raise questions about one’s relationship with an object, and its possible transformation.Falling into and associating with the object is the basis of such transformations.

Female orgasm across the menstral cycle

Unknown Date (has links)
Forty-one women filled out surveys about their heterosexual sexual behavior over the course of 30 days. These surveys tracked their menstrual cycles, sexual behavior, sexual desires, and orgasm frequency. Although the sample size was small, a number of borderline statistically significant (p < .10) trends emerged from the analysis: women experienced more copulatory orgasms on average when fertile and women who were not in relationships tended to have more frequent non-copulatory orgasms. Naturally cycling women also experienced significantly more non-copulatory orgasms when fertile. Although no strong conclusions can be drawn from the current sample, the results suggest many avenues for future research. / by Jesse B. Orgasm Consistency, Causal Attribution, and Inhibitory Control

Bridges, Charles Frederick 12 1900 (has links)
A group of 44 high-orgasm-consistency and 34 low-orgasmconsistency women were administered the Harvard Group Scale of Hypnotic Susceptibility, a Sexual Behavior Questionnaire, and the Fall Back Task. Excitatory and inhibitory controlling attitudes as manifested in hypnotic susceptibility, reported control of thinking and movement during coitus, causal attributions, and attitude toward alcoholic beverages were related to orgasm consistency. Women experiencing expectancy disconfirmation for coital outcomes attributed outcomes to unstable factors, supporting the application of Weiner's achievement model to the domain of coital orgasm. High and low consistency women showed different patterns of causal attribution for coital outcomes. High consistency women's attributions fit their reported sexual experiences, while low consistency women's attributions suggested the presence of self-esteem enhancing cognitive distortions.

Anatomy and Physiology of the Nucleus Paragigantocellularis: Neural Regulation of Genital Reflexes in Male and Female Rats

Normandin, Joseph Jeremy 26 April 2010 (has links)
The supraspinal control of descending inhibition of genital reflexes (such as ejaculation) is poorly understood but is important in our global comprehension of how neural signals are integrated to produce sexual behavior, and in our understanding of sexual dysfunction. Sexual dysfunctions, such as premature ejaculation/delayed ejaculation in men, and involuntary vaginal spasms, dyspareunia, and anorgasmia in women, are common. An underlying dysregulation of genital reflexes may produce these dysfunctions, especially in those individuals being treated for depression and anxiety with serotonergic drugs. The nucleus paragigantocellularis (nPGi) of the rat medulla has been described as a descending inhibitory system for genital reflexes in rats, and a homologue is known in humans. Through retrograde tracing of nPGi afferents with the tracer Fluorogold in rats, we found that a number of brain regions implicated in sexual behavior, such as the medial preoptic area, paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus, and periaqueductal gray (PAG) provide sexually dimorphic projections to the nPGi, and that many of these regions contain receptors for gonadal steroids and are active during sexual behavior. We also found that excitotoxic lesions of the nPGi with N-methyl-D-aspartate facilitate male sexual behavior by reducing the number of intromissions required for ejaculation, and decreasing ejaculation latency. In females, such lesions attenuated sexual behavior by reducing the amount of time the female spent mating and reducing the reinforcement value of vaginocervical stimulation. Lastly, we found that by removing the source of serotonin to the nPGi (from the ventrolateral PAG) with the serotonergic neurotoxin 5,7-DHT in male rats, we were able to mimic the effects of nPGi lesions and facilitated male sexual behavior indicating that serotonin neurotransmission at the level of the nPGi is critical for genital reflex control. Taken together our results indicate that the nPGi is an important site of integration of internal signals for the regulation of sexual behavior that is sexually dimorphic and under serotonergic control. Our understanding of normal and dysfunction genital reflex control, and possible treatment options in people, is complemented by these results.
