The diploma thesis is about design and project documentation of fitness and wellness center. The designed object is situated in the outskirts of Havlíčkův Brod in a quiet environment and with direct connection to the city dam. The object is a three-storey partially-basement building with a flat green roof in three levels. The building is based on the base passages of plain concrete, reinforced concrete slabs and beads. The supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from the VELOX system. The outer casing consists of cement slab, reinforced concrete core and thermal insulation. In open-plan areas there are designed reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structure is predominantly designed from reinforced concrete slabs to lost formwork. Part of the facade is plastered, the other part is ventilated. Individual architectural elements divide the object into units and fit into the natural landscape. The object is divided into several tracts where each has its own purpose and specification. In the 1st floor there is a gym, room for trainers and coordinating training room. In the center there is atrium, reception, cloakroom, buffet and public toilets. Vertical communication is possible using a suspended staircase or a hydraulic lift. On the 1st underground floor there is a reception desk and cloakroom for disabled people. In the western part of the tract there is an indoor pool with whirlpool, of course there are cloakrooms divided for men and women. The eastern part of the tract is used as a technical room of air-conditioning, there are also 3 saunas, including a relaxation room and dressing room. All facilities on the 1st underground floor have access to an outdoor park, including a dam and outdoor whirlpools. In the 2nd floor there is a staffing facility, an area for manegement, technical rooms and an outdoor green terrace. The designed object is designed for disabled people. Around the object there is designed a car park for 33 cars.

This thesis describes the design and processing of the convention center. The proposed house is located at the top of the square of Humpolec in the area designated for the construction of public facilities. The building consists of a basement, where there is a garage for the car owner and stores food for the kitchen. On the first floor there is a reception, restaurant and facilities for the kitchen. On the second floor are conference halls. In the third and fourth floor is accommodation for guests. The restaurant is designed for 55 people inside + outdoor terrace can seat about 30 people. Conference halls are designed for 90 people. Accommodation is for 28 guests. Outdoor parking is for 40 cars. Perimeter bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete + insulation. Interior bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete, interior non-bearing brick walls HELUZ. The ceilings are made of overstretched Spiroll panels and boards reinforced cross. For ceiling is plasterboard ceilings. The roof home is designed as a single-layer flat. Heating is effected by the heat pump. Wooden windows are six-chamber, aluminum doors. There is a staircase and an elevator. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair.

The subject of this diploma thesis is to continue on the previous atelier work, which was focused on elaboration of a strategic urban-architectural study of the Kraví hora area and the BUT holding located there. A multifunctional facility, which would include activities that BUT still lacks, should be designed there. In any case, it should not be an extension of the teaching, research or accommodation capacities, since there have been built enough of these by BUT recently. At the same time, the proposed activities should not be controversial with the interests of the city. The BUT area at Kraví hora is one of the most valuable areas of the city of Brno. The city, which has tried to buy it from BUT several times, has an eminent interest in this area. However BUT considers it as its "family silver", because they realize its extraordinary value. Nevertheless, due to the binding regulatory conditions, construction possibilities are very limited. The aim of this study is to find such a use of this area, which would be a compromise corresponding to both the city's expectations and the needs of BUT. The intention of the previous project, which has been continued by this diploma thesis, was the removal of unsatisfactory buildings and the reduction of the garden colonies; despite to a study created by the City of Brno but partially kept, cultivated and reorganized; and rebuilding of the BUT area, which will be opened to the public and communicate with park. The public will obtain an access to nowadays inaccessible and impermeable areas by removing inappropriate buildings and fences, as well as by the modification of the public space and creating one major spine communication realized as an extension of the existing road and which will serve only for the supply, hikers and cyclists. The diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration of the project documentation of a polyfunctional house with a café in Kyjov. The new building is located in the northern part of the city. It is a 4 floor object, partlial basement building with a saddle roof. The house is based on plain concrete slabs. The supporting peripheral and internal masonry is designed from POROTHERM brick blocks. In the cafeteria, an open layout is proposed using beams and columns. Ceiling structures are designed from the POROTHERM MIAKO system. The roof structure is designed with a truss with sheet metal cover. The perimeter walls in the 1PP are designed from blocks of loose formwork filled with concrete, which are insulated with extruded polystyrene. The building is functionally divided into 2 parts, each with its own entrance. The café is equipped with a vestibule, its own café, toilet for women and men with cabins for handicapped visitors and a background with a storeroom, dressing room and WC with a hall. The residential part consists of 4 garages and 6 apartments, 2 of which are adapted for the handicapped. The object is designed with natural ventilation. The object is barrier-free. In front of the building is proposed a parking space for 9 seats, 2 of which are designed for handicapped and 2 for apartment owners.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to design a project study and a building program that would become a compromise between the requirements of the city of Brno and BUT in the area of Kraví hora in the Brno city center. The city of Brno would like to transform the area into a public park. But BUT considers it as its "family silver" because they realize its extraordinary value. Options of a constructions are really limited because of many area regulations. My proposal counts on the demolition of all existing buildings in the area, respects property area relations , protection zone, continuity with existing traffic roads, height regulation, imaginary raster of surrounding buildings, slope of terrain and orientation to the cardinal points. My suggest represents a study of five groups of objects which creating a rectangular raster. As a compromise solution, I chose the presentation and promotional areas of the individual faculties of BUT for the content of the buildings. Faculties have spaces for hobby groups for the public comprise all age groups included. I also designed the BUT Museum of History, a multimedia hall, a cafeteria, studios, a student leisure center and an observation tower with a climbing wall.

The assignment is an architecture and urban planning study of a sports and recreation center. The solved area is located in the town of Vsetín, in the part called Ohrada. Nowdays, the area is obsolete, unfunctional and also unmodern. My project is mainly focused to create a concept that responds to the environment, offers outdoor and indoor spaces for all generations. It allows better connection with nature, variable use, and division of area by function. The design is defined by the river Bečva on the west side and a busy 1st class road on the east side. It was important to separate pedestrians and cyclists from motor vehicles. The response to this restriction is to direct traffic in the area to the west, towards the river. This creates a terrain works that optically deflects the design in a quieter direction. Buildings are placed in the line and oriented in the western direction. After creating the terrain, I divided the area into several segments according to functionality. In the heart of the area, a multifunctional central hall with an inner climbing wall is set in the terrain. In front of it is a public space for meetings, sports and recreation. On the other side, there is a basketball court, a workout playground, a children's playground in front of the hall and a rest area of ??greenery closer to the river. If we continue southerly down, another cube set into the terrain is a building with a restaurant and a cafe. The southernmost building is a tennis club with facilities for athletes and squash. In front of the building there is a 9x tennis court with a grandstand. Closer to the river and the bike path there is an outdoor climbing wall. From the newly created embankment, the area is divided by a cycle path around the river. Behind the bridge is a green belt separated area which, unlike the previous ones, is tuned in a calmer spirit. We will find a building of a yoga and meditation center.

The subject of this thesis was to develop project documentation for building construction. It is a new four-storey house with restaurant, situated on the outskirts of the village Bridges at Jablunkova. The building is brick, has a two-level gable and shed roof, consisting of wood roof system. Slope of the parcel on which the house is located, allows the building of the plant into the ground. Because of this it is possible to enter it, either the main entrance to the first floor or building around and over the summer terrace come directly to the restaurant on the second floor. Above it are two more floors for hotel guests only, a total of 10 accommodation units with its own bathroom.

Diploma Thesis „Polyfunctional building“. The work deals implementation project of polyfunctional building in Jihlava. Object is situated on Jihlava suburb in emerging part called „Horní Kosov“. Land is gently sloping from west to east. It continues for Buková street. The building has six floors and a basement. The basement is made from monolithic reinforced concrete. It is used as garages. Floors are made of ceramic bricks with isolation . First floor contains four commercial premises and main entry for housing part. Seventeen flats are situated from second to sixth floor. Sizes of apartments are 1+kitchen corner to 4+kitchen corner with terraces and balcony. Roofing is solved with simple flat roof. Heating will be ensured with central heating. Every apartment, commercial premises, shared premises are going to have it’s own gas boiler. Polyfunctional building is connected on a local road – Buková street, which is connected to new communication. Within multifunctional building twenty parking slots is designed at the basement. Next fourteen parking slots is designed outside.

The theme of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation at the level for the implementation of the construction of primary schools in the village Moravany u Brna. In the framework of the preparatory study work has been processed the entire campus, including outdoor sports facilities, paved surfaces, parking lots and additional objects required for the running of the school. The subject of this thesis is only part of the main object SO01 elementary school and part of it and this is a three storey building with the main longitudinal structural wall system. The carrier of the walls and the ceiling structure is of reinforced concrete. The roof structure is designed as a desktop with internal drainage. The façade of the building is divided according to the floor, the first floor is addressed to the contact insulation system for cladding of ceramic straps in the second and the third floor is designed to ventilated the facade of fiber cement plates with colored solution. The subject of the proposal is to solve traffic in peace into two parking lots and the Terminal for lifting children.

In dieser Arbeit wird ein simultanes Quell-, Ziel-, Verkehrsmittel- und Routenwahlmodell (Modell EVA-U) entwickelt, welches ein stochastisches Nutzergleichgewicht erreicht. Die Routenwahlmodelle der Verkehrsarten sind nicht mehr Teil der Umlegungsalgorithmen, sondern in das Nachfragemodell integriert. Dadurch ist eine konsistente Bewertung aller Alternativen (der Verkehrsarten) möglich. Das Simultanmodell EVA-U stellt eine Weiterentwicklung des Simultanmodells EVA von LOHSE dar. Das EVA-U-Modell ist den universalen Logit-Modellen zuzuordnen. Die Randsummenbedingungen der Verkehrsverteilung werden beachtet. Die Bewertung der Alternativen erfolgt mittels Generalisierter Kosten. Die Abhängigkeit von Routen wird berücksichtigt, ebenso die Tagesganglinie der Verkehrsnachfrage und die Fahrpläne des ÖV-Systems. Das Modell EVA-U erlaubt auch die Berücksichtigung von Routen intermodaler Verkehrsarten (z.B. P+R). Darüber hinaus ist die Integration eines Modells des ruhenden Verkehrs möglich. / In this thesis a simultaneous Trip Generation-, Distribution-, Modal-Split and Route Choice Model (modell EVA-U) is elaborated. The model tends to reach a stochastic user equilibrium. The route choice algorithms are not longer part of an assignment procedure but part of the demand model. A consistent assessment of properties of all transport systems is possible. The simultaneous model EVA-U is an advancement of the EVA-Model by Lohse. The model EVA-U is to be assigned to the generalised logit-models. All matrix constrains are taken into account. The assessment is effected by generalised costs. The dependence of routes is taken into account. Moreover, the integration of day time and the schedules of private transport lines is possible. Furthermore, it is possible to integrate a model of parked cars and circuits of inter-modal traffic forms (park and ride) in the Model EVA-U.
