This Master’s thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in Pardubice. The building is located on plots No. 2426/35 and 2426/36, in the cadastral area of Pardubice. It is located in an area close to the city center. There used to be barracks in this place. The outline of the house is "bitten" L-shaped. The building consists of civic amenities, where there are Alza showrooms, musical instrument showrooms, cafes, rehabilitation centers and massage centers. Another part are offices. All floors are barrier-free. The building has no basement. The main arterial communication of the house passes through the hall, which goes diagonally through the building. This corridor connects the individual establishments, technical facilities, stairs, elevator, and parking lot behind the building. Movement between individual floors is ensured by a monolithic staircase and an elevator. The building also includes a parking area for cars, access road and another garden with space for outdoor seating. The building is based on strip foundation and pad footing foundation made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structures are made of ceramic and brick blocks and columns. The building has a longitudinal compositional system. The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior walls are plastered with thermo-insulating plaster. The walls in the roof entrance section are contact-insulated with mineral wool. In the place of the plinth, the insulation is made through extruded polystyrene. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof with rainwater outlet/roof outlet. Next to the land there is a local road.

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rehabilitation center, which is located in the cadastral area of the village Mušov on the border of the village Pasohlávky. It is a two-storey rehabilitation center with a gym and a partial basement. The thesis deepens the initiative of Thermal Pasohlávky, which plans to build a spa resort in the same section, combining elements of spa care, recreation and sports use. The object fulfills the function of a rehabilitation medical facility. The center is designed for up to 50 patients and is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of rehabilitation. We will find here several exercise rooms, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, doctor's office with waiting room and reception. Rehabilitation also includes a gym with access to the terrace and park. On the second floor we can find specialized department of ergotherapy for people with different types of disabilities and second functional part of the bulding designed for staff facilities. It is made up of staffing facilities, dressing rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The third functional part consist from the technical background of the building and is located on the ground floor. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendvix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation made from mineral wool. Horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. Before the building is a parking lot for employees and visitors of the rehabilitation facility. The design respects the principles of barrier-free solutions. This diploma thesis deals with the design of a hotel with a restaurant at the base the highest peak of the White Carpathians, Veľká Javorina. The area is located near the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area and the Cetuna Natural Monument. The location has the possibility of using year-long and seasonal activities such as downhill and cross - country skiing or ice skating on frozen ponds, cycling in the new built-up cycle paths, hiking or walking on educational trails, horse riding, swimming in nature or visiting a family mini-zoo with the possibility of personal contact with animals. The potential of the concerned area is still used mainly by domestic, persons with the possibility of accommodation by acquaintances or owners of seasonal cottages and houses due to insufficient short-term accommodation. It was the main imulse for the design of accommodation. A piece of land on the border of the cadastral area of Dolné Bzince and Hrubá Strana of the village of Bzince pod Javorinou was selected for the building construction, due to its satisfactory position, orientation and also for the possibility of its evaluation. The building is designed as a separate-standing object onto an undeveloped territory of the municipality, which was used for agricultural purposes. It's been a long time it lies on ice, decays and its value decreases with expanding overgrown trees. The land is slightly sloping, oriented to southwest. The building has three main entrances and secondary entrances for smooth operation of the hotel. There is a day (leisure) part placed on the 1st floor, also a part for accommodation employees and immobile clients, parts for hotel management, cleaning zone and restaurant. On the 2nd floor there is an accommodation part with 19 rooms and a library. Into basement is a sport and relaxation part, which consist of fitness center and wellness center. Diploma thesis "Reconstruction of Restaurant with Housing Facilities Extension" is processed in the form of project documentation for building construction according to the applicable regulations (Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Zoning and Building Regulations, including subsequent amendments). The project deals with the reconstruction of the existing restaurant building in the village Lísek, No. 89. The building is located on plot No. 49 in the cadastral Lhota u Lisku. Floor plan of the existing building is in rectangular shape with almost the unused basement and a deck above. The 1st underground floor is currently used only technical room and garage. In the 1st floor there is the sales area of restaurant, large kitchen and rooms for staff. Existing structures do not show signs of major damage. Reconstruction is not due to the technical condition of the building, but due to operationally unsatisfactory disposition and investor requiring to create an accommodation capacity. The requirement was to build new rooms to accommodate 24 persons. The supporting structural system of the 2nd floor is designed of ceramic bricks and 3rd floor due to the resistance of existing constructions is newly designed as wooden sandwich. The window openings are fitted with a six-chamber windows with triple insulation. Horizontally extension of the existing building corresponds to the current object. The roof of the building is gabled with dormers lighting the rooms in the 3rd floor. The building is designed so that even after the reconstruction match an existing installation. Part of building construction works is also landscaping. Due to the partial change in purpose of the building was necessary to design a suitable parking space with adequate capacity.

The thesis is focused of proposal and procesing of project documentation Center for waterskiing. The proposed object is located in the western part of the town Soběslav, in the locality aimed at sports activities. The building is created of facilities for summer sports, especially water skiing and wakeboarding. Further there will be built a playground for ball sports and track on roller skates. This is a three-storey no with a cellar object with a flat roof. The object is based on the foundation reinforced concrete pads a strips. The first floor is bricked of permanent formwork and partly of cast in place structure. The second and third floors is designed of clay blocks POROTHERM. This masonry is insulated with the aid of external contact thermal insulation. In the western part of the building is designed ventilated facade. The floor structures is designed from prestressed reinforced concrete panel SPIROLL and partly from reinforced concrete slabs. The object is divided into several operating units. They are the gym and its facilities, restaurant with kitchen, facilities for employees and the necessary storerooms, coffeehouse, shop with sporting equipment, rental equipment for water skiing and a dressing room serving the outdoor sports. The essential part of the second floor is comprised outdoor terrace. From this terrace is allowed entry to the coffeehouse, restaurants, shops and on the main staircase.

The main aim of the thesis is to design a new building of the mixed-use building in Brno. The building consists of two parts. One part consists of shops. The second part consists of offices and conference space. It is a building that has three floors above ground and one underground. In the basement there are a facilities and a garage. Shops are designed on the ground floor. There are offices on the second floor. Conference rooms are on the third floor. The building has a flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. In the core of the building, the vertical load bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Columns are used in the building for the possibility of open space. The masonry of the basement consists of white bathtub. The floors are designed as folded from the Spiroll system. Internal non-load-bearing walls are designed from gypsum board with double cladding. The second part of the work deals with forced ventilation, cooling and central heating. In the third part of the project I deal with acoustics. The project was carried out in the Auotocad program. All constructions comply with valid standards and regulations.

The diploma thesis solves construction and technological preparation of the transport terminal in Pec pod Sněžkou. The content of the diploma thesis is a techical report on the construction technology project, the coordination situation, the time and financial schedule, the project of building site, selection of machines, time schedule for the main building object, plan for securing material resources for the main building of the transport terminal, technological prescription and inspection and test plan for monolithic ceiling structures. Another assignment part contains a plan for safety and health protection at work on the construction site and specialized topic is a noise study.

Diploma thesis of was preceded by a specialized studio focused on the development of urban-architectural design in the area of "Vsetín - Ohrada". The newly created objects have the a task of transform the whole territory, which nowadays deteriorate. The solved area is separated by the highest industrial zone from the edge of the city and after the connection to the urban area. The whole sports complex is conceived as an independent urban complex, mainly linked to the surrounding nature. These are cycle paths that are designed for the entire area. The center is designed for the needs of the population of Vsetín and its catchment areas. Sports, recreational options for all ages. The grassy wall divides the river from the city and reflects the calm zone by the river, and at the same time divides large flat areas. In addition to sports, the area offers wellness, gastro and meeting places. The advantage of this place is cycling trail parallel to the beautiful nature. Moreover, the grassy wall is used to hide service roads and parking spaces. This ensures excellent transport accessibility and supply, but does not interfere with the sports complex. Wall created from excavations of single buildings and demolition works of the original stadium will achieve a safe transition from one sports ground to another, creating a natural observation post and incorporating buildings and sports facilities to become part of the wall and form a single unit. By embedding buildings in the wall, the buildings visually diminish. The embedded sports ground is bounded on two sides by a rampart and the third by a staircase. It can be used as a grandstand, or to enter the ridge of the dike. This minimizes the need for unsightly fencing on each pitch. With the new concept we will meet the requirements of visitors in the given locality and, above all, the attractiveness of the whole area will be increased.
