Palyginę užsienio ir lietuvių rašytojų „Paryžius“ matome, kad Papievio miesto įvaizdžiai artimiausi Kortasaro vaizduojamam Paryžiui. Papievio Paryžius – tai daugybės miestų projekcija, miestas-veidrodis, miestas- labirintas, miestas-mozaika, indvidualistų miestas, prieštvaninis gyvūnas.
