Šio darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti valstybinių globos įstaigų veiklos gerinimo galimybes, teikiant paslaugas žmonėms su psichine negalia, socialinių paslaugų plėtros kryptis ir jų prioritetus. Pasirinkta tema nagrinėjami Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymai, poįstatyminiai ir kiti teisės aktai. Analizuojami LR Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos, bei Socialinių įstaigų priežiūros ir audito departamento pateikti duomenys. Šia tema analizuojami specializuoti literatūros šaltiniai. Darbe pateikta užsienio šalių patirtis teikiant socialines paslaugas asmenims su psichine ir proto negalia stacionariose globos įstaigose. Rašant šį darbą daugiau dėmesio buvo skirta vienai stacionariai globos įstaigai – Prūdiškių pensionatui. Tai yra valstybinė socialinės globos įstaiga, skirta gyventi suaugusiems žmonėms, sergantiems lėtinėmis psichikos ligomis ir turintiems intelekto sutrikimų, kuriems būtina priežiūra, slauga ir medicininis aptarnavimas. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti valstybinių globos įstaigų, teikiant paslaugas asmenims su psichine negalia, veiklos gerinimo galimybes. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The purpose of this paper – to analyze the possibilities of improvement of foster home activity delivering services for people with mental disability, the directions of social development and their priorities. Regarding the chosen subject were analyzed laws and other legal acts of the Republic of the Lithuania. There were also analyzed the data submitted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Lithuania and by the Department of Social Institutions Care and Audit. Regarding this subject were analyzed specialized literary resources. The paper supplies the experience of foreign countries delivering social services for the people with mental disability in stationary foster homes. While writing the present paper more attention was paid attention to one stationary foster home – the foster home in Prudiskiai. This is the state social care institution designed to live for adults, with chronic mental illness, who need care, nursing and medical service. Socialinio darbuotojo padėjėjas yra žmogus arčiausiai kliento, teikiantis socialinę pagalbą. Socialinis darbas Lietuvoje tik naujai atrandama profesija platesniame visuomenės kontekste. Šiame kontekste socialinis darbuotojas yra plėtros veikėjas, o socialinio darbuotojo padėjėjas tampa socialinės pagalbos teikėjas. Todėl socialinių darbuotojų padėjėjų veikla reikalauja išsamesnio tyrimo. Lietuvoje nėra atliktų tyrimų, atskleidžiančių socialinio darbuotojo padėjėjo veiklas, atliekamus vaidmenis socialinio darbo kontekste. Šis tyrimas – tai pirmasis bandymas pažvelgti į socialinio darbuotojo padėjėjo veiklą globos įstaigoje, kartu atskleidžiant socialinio darbuotojo padėjėjo dalyvavimą socialinio darbo profesijos veikloje, teikiant socialines paslaugas, ir jo indėlį, formuojant socialinio darbo profesijos sampratą Lietuvoje. In Lithuania social work is just a newly discovered profession in the broader context of society. In this context, the social worker is a public character of development and social worker‘s assistant becomes a provider of social support. In these latter years a lot of countries try to call people’s attention to education of the disabled. Special attention is paid to education of students with noticeable disability. Pupils with strongly noticeable disability are integrated into special classes of general education as well as educated in education centers, special boarding schools, specialized foster homes or children and youth boarding schools. An educator plays a very important part in the system of education. The attitude of a headmaster towards their functions is very important still very often opinion of a headmaster and an educator is quite different. It shows the existing problem between educators and headmasters. Nowadays we lack ways of solving this problem. It’s difficult to understand why educators and headmasters try to get round and not to solve this problem. One of the most important functions of every educator is taking care of individual’s education and maturity. Other functions are very important as well. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti pagyvenusių žmonių, gyvenančių stacionarioje globos įstaigoje, psichosocialinių poreikių tenkinimo optimizavimą. Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti Veisiejų pensionato pagyvenusių žmonių poreikius ir vadybiniai sprendimai juos tenkinant. Pagyvenę ir seni žmonės susiduria su daugeliu specifinių problemų, būdingų jų amžiaus tarpsniui. Jų statusas menkėja, vaidmenų skaičius mažėja, pamažu jie stumiami iš visuomenės gyvenimo, kol tampa nereikalingais. Dėl amžiaus vis sunkiau įsitraukti į visuomeninę veiklą, todėl pagyvenę ir seni žmonės tampa lyg atskira visuomenės dalimi. Be to silpnėja kartų solidarumas, mažėja suaugusių vaikų parama senyvo amžiaus tėvams. Senas žmogus be maisto, pastogės šilumos turi ir kitus poreikius. Šiandien tapo labai svarbu padėti žmogui nugalėti vienišumą, emocinę izoliaciją, nugalėti dvasinę krizę, kad vėl taptų save gerbiančia asmenybe. Pensionato kontingentas – tai sergantys, negalės ištikti žmonės, našliai ir našlės arba gyvenime likę viengungiai. Tarp jų ir tie, kurie linkę su artimaisiais ir bendruomenės atstovais konfliktuoti, atlikti nuskriausto ar net kankinio vaidmenį. Socialinių darbuotojų ir viso personalo, tiesiogiai sąveikaujančio su pensionato kontingentu veiklos strategijos pagrindą sudaro pagalbos teikimas žmogui, pakitus jo gyvenimo sąlygoms, padėti pagyvenusiam, senam žmogui susitaikyti su savo paties senėjimu, suvokti, kad kiekvienas amžiaus tarpsnis turi savo vertybes. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The goal of this research paper is to analyse the optimization of meeting the psychomatic needs of elderly people living in nursing homes. The aim of the research is to identify the needs of the elderly in Veisejai nursing home and to produse management solutions to meeting the needs of the residents. The elderly and old people face a lot of specific problems that are typical of their age. Their status diminishes, the role in life declines as they are driven out of social life and eventually become unnecessary. Due to the age it becomes more difficult to get involved in social activity, consequently the elderly and the aged become as a separate part of a society. Moreover, due to the unemployment the solidarity of generations diminishes and the support from grown-up children decreases. Except for food and a shelter the aged have and more needs. It has become of vital importance to help an individual to fight with loneliness, emotional isolation, physic crisis and to regain self-confidence and self-respect. The residents of the nursing home are ill or disabled, majority of whom are widows or widowers and single people.
