MODELO DE PLANEJAMENTO FINANCEIRO INTEGRADO AO PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO PESSOAL / PERSONAL HEALTH STRATEGIC PLANNING AS HOLDER FOR THE INDIVIDUAL PLANNING

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Personal financial planning is a field of study that has been highlighted in recent times, especially when observed some periods of economic and financial uncertainty involving the global market, and that end directly impacts in life of people's. The main objective of this study is to propose a model of Personal Financial Planning. As for nature research is qualitative, exploratory and descriptive, making use of literature review to describe a model of organizational Strategic Planning, and Personal Strategic Planning, which served as the basis for structuring the proposed model. The conceptual basis is constructed through an analysis and description of the methodologies used by authors who are references in the financial field. The proposed model is composed of three stages: assessment, formulation and implementation. The stages consist of five steps interconnected through of feedback, and are subdivided into financial diagnostic, financial goals, internal aspects, external and actions. As a result of the study is presented the proposed model, has the potential to serve as support would improve the financial performance of individuals and can also serve as a tool to support professional consulting and financial coaching. / Planejamento financeiro pessoal é um campo de estudo que vem se destacando, nos últimos tempos, principalmente, quando observados alguns períodos de incertezas econômicas e financeiras que envolvem o mercado global, e que acabam impactando diretamente no cotidiano das pessoas. Neste estudo, o objetivo principal é propor um Modelo de Planejamento Financeiro Pessoal. Quanto a sua natureza a pesquisa é qualitativa, de abordagem exploratória e descritiva, fazendo uso da pesquisa bibliográfica para descrever um modelo de planejamento Estratégico organizacional, e um Planejamento Estratégico pessoal, que serviram de base para a estruturação do modelo proposto, que é composto por de três etapas: Avaliação, formulação e implementação. Por sua vez estas etapas são divididas em cinco fases que interligadas por meio da retroalimentação denominam-se em: diagnóstico financeiro, objetivos financeiros, aspectos internos, aspectos externos e ações. No resultado do estudo é apresentado o modelo proposto, que possui potencial para servir como suporte de melhoria no desempenho financeiro dos indivíduos e também poderá servir como uma ferramenta de apoio aos profissionais de consultoria e coaching financeiros.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This paper aims to develop a Model of Planning of Political Participation with an emphasis on political represent that optimizes the Personal Planning. To do so, it uses the approach of a qualitative research, by means of a technique of bibliographical research. So that it can reach its goals, this study analyzes and describes the main models of Planning of Political Participation existing in the literature. The proposed model is formed by 9 (nine) fields: Research, Position, Politics, Organization, Finances, Administration, Propaganda, Mobilization and Evaluation. To make it valid, five professionals (a researcher, three coordinators of election polls and a political campaign coordinator who is also a researcher) were interviewed. After the interviews, the collected data from the secondary sources were analyzed and interpreted. Finally, the necessary changes were made in the initially developed model. / Esta pesquisa tem como propósito desenvolver um Modelo de Planejamento da Participação Política, com ênfase na representação política, que otimize o Planejamento Pessoal. Para tanto, utiliza a abordagem da pesquisa qualitativa, por meio do uso da técnica da pesquisa bibliográfica. Para atingir os objetivos, o estudo analisa e descreve os principais modelos de Planejamento da Participação Política existentes na literatura. O modelo proposto é formado por nove (9) campos: Pesquisa, Posicionamento, Política, Organização, Finanças, Administração, Propaganda, Mobilização e Avaliação. Para validá-lo, foram realizadas entrevistas com cinco (5) profissionais da área: um (1) pesquisador, três (3) coordenadores de campanha eleitoral e um (1) pesquisador e coordenador de campanha. Após a realização das entrevistas, os dados coletados, junto às fontes secundárias, foram analisados e interpretados. Por último, foram feitas as adequações necessárias ao modelo inicial desenvolvido.

The work deals with problems of personal management activities of an educational organization. It describes and analyses the process of planning of the professional teachers' development at primary scholl level. The author defines organizational development terms, strategic personal planning and finally the development of a worker where she devotes a great part to the point of view coisiding with juridical framework. She focuses on the professional development cycle, plan specifics of teacher's development and the headmaster's role at the primary school in this process. On the basis of theoretical findings she derives her own research realized in the form of regional Pilsen region research. Information is obtained from surveying headmasters at primary schools where teachers' professional development procedures and quantitative content anylyses of teachers' professional development plan are realized and this adds up to the basis of planning process description in the development of teachers at primary schools in Pilsen region. This research aims to develop a model of spiritual development with an emphasis on practicing Spiritual Planning, which optimizes the Personal Strategic Planning. Also use the approach of qualitative research, through the use of technical literature. To achieve the objectives, the study describes the models that have Personal Strategic Planning, with relevance, the spirituality as an integral part, and offers topics like: Spirituality and its conceptual foundations, Spirituality and Management, Spirituality and Existential Bridges between individuals, groups and organizations, Spiritual Capital, Spirituality and Neuroscience, in the contemporary literature. The recommendations are divided into separate analytical categories, and are given in the form of practical steps to be applied in human resources management.
