No. of bitstreams: 1 Jesus_FabianeTeixeirade_M.pdf: 1056187 bytes, checksum: b3de5294f49af27f5426a20990819eb0 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2009 / Resumo: Ao declarar que "Brasileiro tem o preconceito de não ter preconceito", Florestan Fernandes sintetiza a idéia de que a ideologia da chamada democracia racial recobre a realidade das relações sociais no Brasil: esta pesquisa irá, pois, tendo em vista o contexto histórico-social no qual se principiou o debate acerca da questão da identidade nacional, verificar se as teorias raciológicas, deterministas e positivistas desenvolvidas naquele momento ainda são colocadas em circulação na sociedade nacional. O objeto de análise são as "Políticas de Ação Afirmativa" que defendem a adoção de cotas para "negros" em universidades públicas. O corpus é constituído de artigos da seção "Tendências e Debates" da Folha de S. Paulo sobre esse assunto, publicados entre os anos de 2001 e 2006. O quadro teórico e epistemológico no qual embaso minha pesquisa é o da Análise do Discurso. A pesquisa visa compreender de que modo o "negro" é significado nas referidas Políticas de Ação Afirmativa, afetando o lugar historicamente ocupado no conjunto da sociedade nacional e promovendo novas formas de civilidade. Pretendo com isso contribuir com as discussões do Projeto Temático CAeL (Processo Fapesp No. 2004/07734-0), mostrando de que modo certos mecanismos de segregação continuam vigentes nas discussões sobre a "democracia racial" e as políticas públicas formuladas para promovê-la / Abstract: When declaring that "Brazilian has the preconception to not have preconception", Florestan Fernandes synthecizes the idea of the ideology about the called racial democracy ,it hide the reality of the social relations in Brazil: this research go, therefore, in view of the description-social context in which it began the debate concerning the question of the national identity, to verify if the raciological, deterministics and positivistics theories developed at that moment still they are placed in circulation in the national society. The analysis object is the "Politics of Affirmative Action" that defend the adoption of quotas for "blacks" in public universities. The corpus is constituted of articles of the section "Tendências e Debates" of the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper on this subject, published between the years of 2001 and 2006. The theoretical and epistemological picture in which I base my research is the Discourse Analysis. The research aims at to understand of that way the "black" is meant in the related Politics of Affirmative Action, affecting his historically place in set of the national society and promoting new forms of civility. No. of bitstreams: 1 Carvalho_EmanuelMangueirade_M.pdf: 1794258 bytes, checksum: c2926d6e34cb1ff3e7b7c326fa547c7a (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014 / Resumo: A pesquisa realizou um estudo sobre as produções acadêmicas nas universidades estaduais paulistas, a saber: USP (Universidade de São Paulo), UNICAMP (Universidade Estadual de Campinas) e a UNESP (Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julho de Mesquita Filho") sobre as teses e as dissertações, e os seus respectivos resumos, que pesquisaram sobre a temática das ações afirmativas. Inicialmente, foram realizados os primeiros estudos com o objetivo de definir o significado de "ações afirmativas". Na sequência foram apresentadas leis que puderam ser interpretadas como sendo de ação afirmativa, consoante a definição previamente elaborada, com a finalidade de identificar quais foram as necessidades e, quais são as políticas de ações afirmativas que emergiram no período de 1990 a 2012. Na sequência da pesquisa foi realizado um "Estado da Arte" com o objetivo de localizar as teses e dissertações que seriam objetos de pesquisa. Para isso, foram feitas buscas bibliográficas nas bibliotecas digitais da USP, da Unicamp e da Unesp com o objetivo de identificar e localizar as produções acadêmicas. Na busca bibliográfica foram localizados TCC, dissertações, teses, teses de livre docência, livros, artigos, resumos, e-books, CD-Rom, DVD-Vídeo e fita-vídeo que totalizam 209 produções acadêmicas. As teses e as dissertações juntas totalizam 46 produções acadêmicas, o que também representa o total de 46 resumos. A opção de estudar as teses e as dissertações justifica-se porque estes trabalhos estão disponíveis em PDF nas bibliotecas digitais e, os resumos, além de disponíveis no Banco de Tese da CAPES também puderam ser pesquisados nas bibliotecas digitais. Assim, foi realizada novas buscas bibliográficas com o objetivo de localizar as teses e as dissertações. Após essa busca foram localizados todos os 46 resumos e apenas 34 trabalhos completos, sendo 22 dissertações e 12 teses do total de 46 produções acadêmicas. Na USP foi localizada 10 dissertações e 4 teses; na Unicamp foram localizadas 7 dissertações e 5 teses; e na Unesp foram localizadas 5 dissertações e 3 teses. Depois de localizar as teses e as dissertações foi construído um instrumento de análise. A epistemologia justificou o porquê da necessidade de construir um instrumental e este foi criado com as definições de ações afirmativas, apresentados no capítulo 1. Foi utilizado também o "software" WebQDA que ajudou na sistematização das informações das teses e das dissertações. Desse modo, com o instrumento foi possível identificar na produção da USP que as dissertações pesquisaram temáticas relativas ao ensino superior, a discriminação racial, étnica e a inclusão social; as teses pesquisaram sobre o ensino superior, discriminação racial e inclusão social. Na Unicamp, as dissertações pesquisaram temáticas relativas ao ensino superior, a estudos de gêneros e inclusão social; as teses pesquisaram sobre o ensino superior, discriminação racial e deficiência física. Na Unesp as dissertações pesquisaram sobre o ensino superior, discriminação racial e inclusão social; as teses pesquisaram sobre o ensino superior e inclusão social. Com o "software" WebQDA foi identificado os autores mais citados sendo destacado 5 autores, pois estes foram citados nas produções acadêmicas da USP, da Unicamp e da Unesp / Abstract: The research achieved a study on the academic productions in three universities in the state of São Paulo, namely: USP (Universidade de São Paulo), UNICAMP (Universidade Estadual de Campinas) and the UNESP (Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julio de Mesquita Filho") on the thesis and dissertations, and their respective abstracts, which researched about of affirmative action. Initially, the first studies were performed aiming to define the meaning of "affirmative action". After was exhibited the laws that could be construed as affirmative action, according to the definition established previously, in order to identify what were the needs, and what was the affirmative action policies that emerged in the period 1990 to 2012. Following the survey was conducted a "state of the art" in order to locate theses and dissertations that would be researched. For this, bibliographic searches were done in digital libraries of USP, of UNICAMP and of UNESP aiming to identify and locate the academic productions. In the bibliographic search were located TCC, dissertations, theses, dissertations free teaching, books, articles, abstracts, e-books, CD-Rom, DVD-Video and video-tape totaling 209 academic productions. Theses and dissertations together totaling 46 academic productions, which also represents the total of 46 abstracts. The option of studying theses and dissertations is justified because these works are available in PDF in the digital libraries and the abstracts, could be available at the Bank of Thesis CAPES, or be searched in the digital libraries. Thus, new bibliographic search was conducted in order to locate theses and dissertations. After this search were located all 46 abstracts and 34 full papers only, had been 22 dissertations and 12 theses the 46 academic productions. In the USP were located 10 dissertations and theses 3; in the Unicamp were located 7 dissertations and theses 5; in the UNESP were located 5 dissertations and theses 3. After locating the theses and dissertations was build an analytical tool. Epistemology justified explains why the need to build instruments and this was created with the definitions of affirmative action, presented in Chapter 1. Also was used the "software" WebQDA who helped systematize the information of theses and dissertations. Thus, with the instrument was identified in the production of USP that dissertations researched topics related to higher education, the racial, ethnic and social inclusion; the theses researched on higher education, racial discrimination and social inclusion. At Unicamp, the dissertations researched topics related to higher education, the study of gender and social inclusion; the theses researched on higher education, racial discrimination and disability. At UNESP the dissertations researched on higher education, racial discrimination and social inclusion; the theses researched on higher education and social inclusion. With the "software" WebQDA was identified the authors more cited being highlighted five author, because these were cited in the academic productions USP, UNICAMP and UNESP / Mestrado / Filosofia e História da Educação / Mestre em Educação
