The present work treats the recent process of transformations, many of them still in course, in the capitalist's way of production and of the formation of the popular solidary economy in Brazil starting from the years of 80 s. The importance of approaching these themes in part starting from the critical reality of exploration and hesitation of the life conditions of the working class as well as, the search for solutions on the part of these workers before such reality. The changes implemented in the development of the capitalism starting from the years of 70 s, are fundamentally characterized for the productive and organizational restructuring of the capitalism through the substitution of Taylorism/Fordism for Toyotism, introduction and renewal of the machinery, through to growing robotization and informatization of the work processes and hegemony of neoliberal politics. In this negative context to the work, different alternatives of work generation and income have been theorized and practiced by a number more and more significant of workers. If in a first moment, they are demonstrated as alternatives of little collective synergy amid precariousness and fragmentation of the informal work, in a second moment, in the most recent period, starting from the end of the years of 1990, it is being an important road in the construction of collective alternatives and no production capitalists and distribution of the accomplished work. In Brazil, the Solidary economy along the last ten years was constituted, besides a work alternative and production under new bases (self-management, cooperation, solidarity, democracy, participation) in a political praxis that involves thousands of militant, so much those originating from traditional fronts of the workers' fight as the syndical movement, student, feminist, anti-racist, environmentalist as well as new linked militants by the construction of convergence spaces as the editions of the World Social Forum. The development and future sustainability of this movement of solidary economy are still difficult to project for the adverse context in that are inserted, however they are real bases in the accumulation of forces of the working class not only in Brazil but in matter in Latin America where grows contemptible the workers' fights for another project of society different from the capitalist hegemonic / O presente trabalho trata do processo recente de transformações, muitas delas ainda em curso, no modo de capitalista de produção e da formação da economia popular solidária no Brasil, a partir dos anos de 1980. A importância de se abordar estes temas se coloca a partir da realidade crítica de exploração e precarização das condições de vida da classe trabalhadora, bem como a busca de soluções por parte destes trabalhadores perante tal realidade. As mudanças implementadas no desenvolvimento do capitalismo, a partir dos anos de 1970, são caracterizadas fundamentalmente pela reestruturação produtiva e organizacional do capitalismo através da substituição do Taylorismo/Fordismo pelo Toyotismo, introdução e renovação da maquinaria, através da crescente robotização e informatização dos processos de trabalho e hegemonia de políticas neoliberais. Neste contexto negativo ao trabalho, diferentes alternativas de geração de trabalho e renda vêm sendo teorizadas e praticadas por um número cada vez mais significativo de trabalhadores. Se num primeiro momento, demonstram-se como alternativas de pouca sinergia coletiva em meio a precariedade do trabalho, num segundo momento, no período mais recente, a partir do final dos anos de 1990, vem sendo um caminho importante na construção de alternativas coletivas e não-capitalistas de produção e distribuição do trabalho realizado. No Brasil, a Economia Solidária, ao longo dos últimos dez anos, constituiu-se, além de uma alternativa de trabalho e produção sob novas bases (autogestão, cooperação, solidariedade, democracia, participação), em uma práxis política que envolve milhares de militantes, tanto aqueles oriundos de tradicionais frentes de luta dos trabalhadores como o movimento sindical, estudantil, feminista, anti-racista e ecologista, como também novos militantes ligados pela construção de espaços de convergência como as edições do Fórum Social Mundial. O desenvolvimento e sustentabilidade futura deste movimento de economia solidária ainda são difíceis projetar pelo contexto adverso em que estão inseridos, no entanto são bases reais no acúmulo de forças da classe trabalhadora, não somente no Brasil, mas em particular, na América Latina onde se aviltam as lutas dos trabalhadores por um outro projeto de sociedade diferente do capitalista hegemônico

A presente pesquisa, parte da hipótese que afirma, em síntese, que os pescadores artesanais, ao organizarem uma cooperativa, estão construindo esperanças e possibilidades de ainda serem vivenciados sonhos de uma vida melhor através de sua atividade profissional. Neste sentido, o cooperativismo, inserido no contexto da economia solidária popular, pode ser entendido como uma possibilidade em Educação Ambiental no espaço da pesca artesanal, uma vez que está voltado à construção de esperanças. Compreende-se que a metodologia da pesquisa qualitativa foi a que melhor contemplou os objetivos desta investigação. Baseado em um estudo de caso, utilizou-se enquanto técnicas de coleta de dados, a entrevista semi-estruturada e a observação participante. Para a interpretação dos fenômenos investigados, optou-se pela análise textual qualitativa. A proposta fundamentou-se, especialmente, nas obras de Ernst Bloch, Paulo Freire e Gaston Bachelard, além de Paul Singer e Carlos Frederico Loureiro. Diante desta problematização, confirma-se a possibilidade de compreender o cooperativismo como um espaço de possibilidades em Educação Ambiental no contexto da pesca artesanal, uma vez que os pescadores, em sua organização cooperativa, estão construindo e fortalecendo suas imagens de esperança e felicidade e vivenciando sonhos de uma vida melhor através de sua atividade profissional. / This work is about the dreams and the images of hope and happiness that are being constructed and lived deeply by artisanal fishermen who founded a cooperative in the city of Rio Grande / RS, the Fishermen Artisanal of Sao Miguel Village Association. This research, part of the hypothesis that it affirms, in summary, that the artisanal fishermen, to organize a cooperative, are constructing to hopes and possibilities of still be lived deeply dreams of a better life through its professional activity. In this direction, the cooperativism, inserted in the context of popular solidary economy, can be understood as a possibility in Environmental Education in the area of Artisanal Fishery, a time that is come back to the construction of hopes. It is understood that the methodology of qualitative research was the that better contemplated the objectives of this inquiry. Based in a case study, it was used techniques of collection of data, the half structuralized interview and the participatory observation. For the interpretation of phenomenon investigated, was opted for the textual analysis quality. The proposal was based, especially, in the Workmanships of Ernst Bloch, Paulo Freire and Gaston Bachelard, beyond Paul Singer and Carlos Frederico Loureiro. Faced with this problematization, it is confirmed the possibility to understand the cooperativism as a space of possibilities in Enviromental Education in the context of fishery artisanal, a time that fishermen in their cooperative organization, are constructing and fortifying their images of hope and happiness and living dreams of a better life through their professional activity.
