Prvotrimestrální skrínink těhotenských komplikací s využitím plazmatických exozomálních C19MC microRNA / First-trimester screening of pregnancy-related complications using plasma exosomal C19MC microRNAs

Špačková, Kamila January 2019 (has links)
Pregnancy-related complications such as gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction, gestational diabetes mellitus, spontaneous preterm birth, and preterm premature rupture of membranes may have severe consequences for both the mother and the child. The development of reliable early screening methods for pregnancy-related complications has therefore been a long-term goal of obstetrics. New possibilities for prenatal diagnostics have opened with the discovery of circulating microRNAs in maternal plasma. MicroRNAs are short, noncoding, 21 to 23 nucleotides long, single-strand RNAs whose main function is to regulate gene expression. During pregnancy, both common and unique miRNAs are expressed by the placenta, amongst them the miRNAs of the C19MC cluster. Several C19MC miRNAs have been shown to display a different expression profile associated with certain pregnancy-related complications. This thesis identifies the plasma exosomal profiles of six C19MC miRNAs (miR-516-5p, miR-517-5p, miR-518b, miR-520a-5p, miR-520h, and miR-525-5p) in patients in their first trimester of gestation who later developed pregnancy-related complications, and compares them with profiles in patients with normal pregnancies.

Vítej na světě! / Welcome to the world!

Synková, Veronika Unknown Date (has links)
Childbirth as a natural part of life, where the woman giving birth has prime position and the option of choice. She should feel free and accepted - to be able to give birth physiologically (without unnecessary external interference). Physiological childbirth as the best for a woman, a baby and their relationship. Up to 80 % of women do not need a doctor to give birth, but only a "suitable environment". In my diploma thesis I propose a "maternity house". This concept is well-known abroad, in our country it is a new type of care. For this purpose, I use two existing houses, which are owned by the city of Blansko and stand next to the hospital.

Proteiny v těhotenství - molekulárně biologická a biochemická analýza / Pregnancy proteins - molecular biological and biochemical analysis

Muravská, Alexandra January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to establish methods for selected PAPP-A (Pregnancy- Associated Plasma Protein A) gene polymorphisms analysis and to study genetic background of PAPP-A and biochemical background of PAPP-A and PlGF (Placental Growth Factor) in relation to risk pregnancy. Secondly, the aim was to establish method for two-dimensional (2D) electrophoresis of amniotic fluid. Methods for analysis of ten PAPP-A gene polymorphisms were established. These polymorphisms, PAPP-A and PlGF levels were studied in together 165 women in third trimester pregnancies complicated with threatening preterm labor (n=98), preeclampsia (n=35), IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction) (n=34) and ICP (Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy) (n=15). 114 healthy pregnant women served as controls. The method for 2D electrophoresis of amniotic fluid was established. Preeclamptic patients had significantly higher frequency of TT genotype of Cys327Cys (C/T) PAPP-A gene polymorphism compared to controls. Patients with ICP had increased serum levels of PAPP-A compared to controls, in patients with threatening preterm labor PAPP-A levels were rather decreased. PlGF levels did not differ from control group in patients with ICP and threatening preterm labor. Positive correlation was found between PAPP-A and PlGF in group of...

Podstata a význam klinické pastorační péče v perinatologických centrech (se zaměřením na rodinu) a možnosti následné pastorační péče / The nature and importance of clinical pastoral care in perinatal centres (with an emphasis on family support) and the possibility of subsequent pastoral care

HRACHOVCOVÁ, Hana January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with the essence and importance of clinical pastoral care in perinatal centers (focusing on the family) and the possibilities of subsequent pastoral care. This problematics opens up brief descriptions of the family and the treatise on the pregnancy and the child. The following is an introduction by field of perinatology and outline of care in the perinatal centers (with a preferential view of the risk department and pathological pregnancy, the obstetrical hall, neonatological JIRP and the puerperology department). The selected are risk and pathological conditions in the perinatology are mentioned , as well as the specific conflicting situations in perinatology . The following outline is problematics at the beginning of an individual human life, which goes into another very controversial question, touching the human right to a (healthy) child and a look at ethical reproduction problems. Furthermore, the work is already focused on the definition of the essence and importance of clinical pastoral care in the perinatal centers and in the area of possibilities of subsequent pastoral care. The chapter on human freedom and its responsibility for decisions is closed by the topic.

Zdravotní péče související s těhotenstvím a porodem u cizinek z nečlenských států EU v České republice / The health care concerning the pregnancy and delivery at foreign women from non-EU nations in the Czech Republic

Kloučková, Barbora January 2015 (has links)
6 Abstract The health care concerning the pregnancy and delivery at foreign women from non-EU nations in the Czech Republic The thesis is devoted to health care that is provided in the Czech Republic for foreign women from countries outside the EU, in connection with pregnancy and childbirth. In the first part of my thesis there is described health care in the Czech Republic in general. It contains an overview of legislation on health care, described the healthcare system in the Czech Republic, public health insurance and there are also summarized the legal rights to health care of migrants from "third countries" with a focus on pregnancy and childbirth. The second part focuses on migration issues, describes the current status and historical facts about migration in the CR and describes the legislative regulation of migration in the Czech Republic, mainly focusing on foreigners from non-EU countries. In the empirical part of the thesis used a qualitative method of data processing and analysis based on interviews with twelve women in labour from non-EU countries. Interviews present their experience with maternal health care, which was provided to them in the Czech Republic and explaining their orientation in the health care system. The thesis summarizes possibilities and range of the health insurance for...
