E estabelecendo as linhas por meio dos quais os movimentos sociais têm se desenvolvido em busca de suas conquistas ensejando a humanização dos seus indivíduos, levanta-se o seguinte problema: em que medida apropriar-se-á a extensão, como espaço de produção de saberes e fazeres, das linhas que orientam os movimentos sociais para proporcionar uma formação humanística? Sendo os objetivos estudados: descrever a importância da extensão como espaço de produção de saberes e fazeres nos cursos de Direito; analisar a possível retroalimentação de saberes entre os movimentos sociais e os estudantes de Direito e a contribuição das linhas de atuação dos movimentos sociais na prática extensionista nos cursos de Direito especificando-as no alcance de seus objetivos. Este estudo foi orientado por meio do método dialético de pesquisa na tentativa de superar a tensão entre o conhecimento perquirido pela sociedade civil e o regulado pelo sistema de mercado, que gera uma dicotomia na operabilidade do Direito, com o fim de resultar numa proposta para a prática da extensão. A síntese deste confronto resultou na proposta de um novo mecanismo que enseje a humanização dos estudantes na prática da extensão que ocorrerá por meio da convivência destes com outros sujeitos e realidades diversas para que possa haver a troca de saberes gerando a consciência crítica dos mesmos e o engajamento para com causas sociais tornando-os humanizados. / Based on the requirement of solid humanistic training of students under Resolution CNE/CES no 09/04, this work was developed with the goal of trying to create a possible instrument for this requirement is fulfilled in the practice of extension of academic legal education. And establishing the lines through which social movements have developed in search of his achievements estabilishing the humanization of its individuals, arises the following problem: the extent to which ownership of the extension, as production space of knowledge and influence, the lines that drive social movements to deliver a humanistic training? Being studied: objectives describe the importance of extension as an area of production of knowledge and influence in the courses of law; analyze the possible feedback of knowledge between social movements and law students and the contribution of business lines of social movements in practice Advisory officers in courses of law specifying them in achieving their goals. This study was guided through the dialectical method of search in an attempt to overcome the tension between knowledge wanted by civil society and the governed by market system, which generates a dichotomy in the operability of the law, to result in a proposal for the practice of extension. The synthesis of this confrontation resulted in the proposal for a new mechanism that occasions it the humanization of students in the practice of extension which will occur through the coexistence of these with other subject and various realities to be the exchange of knowledge generating critical consciousness and commitment to social causes making them humane trapping.
