Background: Analysis of client satisfaction with contact center services is one of the important tools for obtaining feedback on the contact center services offered and on interventions by employees. The diploma thesis deals with the interventions offered by the Stage 5 contact center and how it is evaluated by its clients. According to the annual report of Progressive o.p.s. the number of clients in contact is increasing every year and their needs can be expected to change over time. However, we often lack feedback from these service users to think about specific adjustments to existing services. Aims: The aim of the research is to obtain a so-called "consumer" view from the centre's clients. More specifically, to obtain information about their satisfaction with the range of services they use. Based on the respondents' answers, consider or suggest how individual interventions could be improved or new ones proposed. Through research questions, I also focus on the time flexibility of individual interventions in the use of clients. Data from analysis served as main source for comparison of two most successful teams - FC Viktoria Pilsen and AC Sparta Prague. I will try to analyse these statistical data and consequently define key statistics for both teams. Commuting became an inseparable part of everyday life of contemporary society and an analysis of commuting flows has a fundamental meaning for capturing social- geographical organization of society. The main object of this thesis is to identify changes in geographical aspects of commuting to work and school in the Benešov district during the period 2001-2011. The second object is to evaluate the impact of macroregional centre of Prague on the commuting in Benešov district. The district is, taking into consideration the nearness and a good traffic connesction to Prague, appropriate example for assessing the impact of macroregional centre on neighbouring micro-regions. This impact is followed by an analysis of commuting flows and also by a questionnare survey. The purpose of the questionnare survey is to capture how people feel about commuting to work and labour market in Prague. The care for the poor, or poor care, has meant an important help for the needy ones at the times of hardship. As per the laws, it was their home village that was supposed to have taken care of them, which has brought several problems. The main law for the poor care was the December 1868 Bill aimed specifically at the poor care. It was this act that had transferred the care for the poor from the state to the individual villages' and towns' hands. This Diploma Thesis is aimed at the Prague's poor care and its development within the time period of 1864 till 1929. It was during this period of time that the traditional poor care was transforming into the social work. As such, it was then understood to be not only the results-providing care, but rather the tool for preventive measures. Its competencies have since then included the new questions raised. Its providers did no longer wish to only hand out the social payments, but to also educate and increase the life conditions of the cared for persons. Surgeons of Prague in historical sources of 18th and 19th century Abstract This diploma thesis uses the archival sources on the surgeons' guild and the papers of the central authorities to explore the position of the surgeons within the medical structure in modern times. All the materials are taken from Prague City Archives, The National Archives and Archive of Charles University in Prague (e.g. laws and statutes, registers of all types, statutes of the guild or university charters, personal documents of the guilds' members). The text is focused on surgeons' gaining independence compared with doctors of medicine and moving away from barbers craft organization. The process of their transition under the supervision of the medical faculty and the official start of surgical studies at the university are examined. Furthermore, the study includes an analysis of the role of the guild, the social status of the surgeons in Prague and the character of their education including transformation in this field during the Enlightenment reforms till the revolutionary year 1848. The aim of this diploma thesis is analysing the preventive programmes in selected region of Prague 12 and suggesting a optimal preventive programme in the sphere of hempen drugs considering results of talks with experts and outputs of bachelor's thesis Marihuana - knowing and attitudes in selected region. Theoretic part pursues history od preventive programmes in the world and in the Czech republic, basic terminology of preventive programmes and Strategy of preventive programmes in Czech republic for actual period 2013-2018. In practical part is analyzed 27 talks with teachers, methodist of prevention and external trainer about their preventive programmes, pursuant them is compiled optimal selection of preventive programme of addictive sbstances for elementary schools. The selection is responding to respondents' satisfaction with selected preventive programmes and his aim is second a idea to entrust a primary prevention to teachers' hands.

This diploma thesis, entitled "Testamentary Practice of Prague Jews Based on Analysis of the Books of Testaments from 1681-1850," deals with the Jewish books of testaments which arose from the office of the King's Prague Old Town during the years 1681 and 1850 and nowadays are deposited in Prague City Archives. The text relates to conclusions presented by previous bachelor thesis and its main aim is the analysis of Jewish last wills from years 1773- 1850 from various points of views - for instance typology of records, testators, language, contents and other. Also analysis of chosen records are attached to the practical section of the work - last wills and related writings of Abraham Offner, Philipp Eidlitz and Löwi Gisternitz are introduced. Collected datas are consequently compared with facts extracted from Jewish books of testaments from years 1681-1773. Detailed summary, diagrams, as well as the photographic attachment are the integral part of the text. Dále si klade za cíl komplexně popsat změny dostupnosti Prahy po vybudování systému vysokorychlostní železnice v Česku s ohledem na dvě možná trasování úseku Praha - Brno. V neposlední řadě se tato práce věnuje studiu potenciální dostupnosti obcí Česka po vybudování vysokorychlostních tratí v Čechách, na Moravě a ve Slezsku. The central idea of this diploma thesis is perception of public space as something unnatural. Its existence and functioning is affected by its users. However, in society there are many interest groups, which have some requirements on public space and try to imprint theirs notions into it. One such attempt could be document Strategie rozvoje veřejných prostranství hl. m. Prahy/ návrh, which presents itself as revolutionary document of development, that its content should be in accordance with interests of community. But is it really so? Accepting the principles of social constructivism and using discourse analysis as main research method we should be able to say 1) how in this document is presented public space of Prague and its creation and 2) how visions of this document (its authors) are distinct form public discourse. The result of this diploma thesis should be to determine whether the content of document is really written in accordance with interests of inhabitants of Prague and if it's really so unique, as it says.
