Ikimokyklinė įstaiga ir šeima yra dvi institucijos, siejamos vieno ir tuo paties ugdomojo objekto – vaiko. Svarbiausias šių institucijų tikslas – žmogaus, kuris mąstytų, verktų ir gyventų vardan aukščiausių idealų. Ikimokyklinis ugdymas tampa vis svarbesnis visuomenės bei valstybės interesas. Ugdymas natūrali socialinė raida, besireiškianti įvairiose visuomenės struktūrose ir ryšiuose, atspindinti labai svarbų evoliucijos etapą ( Stankūnienė, 1998). R. Želvys (1995) bendravimą apibūdina kaip prasmingą sąveiką tarp dviejų ir daugiau žmonių. Ikimokyklinė įstaiga ir šeima yra pagrindinės asmenybės kuriamosios jėgos. Tod���l jų bendravimas yra labai svarbus. Mokyklos, ikimokyklinės įstaigos ir šeimos bendradarbiavimo svarba akcentuojama įvairiuose švietimo sistemą reglamentuojančiuose dokumentuose: Lietuvos Respublikos švietimo įstatyme (2003), Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų išsilavinimo standartuose (2003) ir kituose dokumentuose. Tėvų ir auklėtojų bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo klausimais domėjosi ir rašė apie juos šalies ir užsienio mokslininkai: S. Šalkauskis (1992), J. Vabalas–Gudaitis (1983), A. Maceina (1990), V. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Various scientific-methodical literature analyses cooperation of preschool institutions and family in separate aspects, however, there is no comprehensive study reflecting new, modern approach to communication and cooperation between preschool institution and family. This master work aims at ascertaining the following problems: • what forms of communication and cooperation with the family are currently used by urban and rural preschool institutions; • what forms of cooperation are preferred by parents; • what forms of cooperation with the family selected motivate the family participation in educational process and its development and what forms discourage the family from doing this. Magistro darbe yra atlikta teorinių šaltinių apie elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų plėtrą analizė, išanalizuoti pagrindiniai dokumentai, reglamentuojantys elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų plėtros galimybes, išsamiai atlikta Šiaulių miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų internetinių svetainių analizė, kuria siekiama įvertinti elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų raiškos situaciją, bei atliktas Šiaulių miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų elektroninių paslaugų vartojimo ir jų poreikio tyrimas. Lietuvoje yra nagrinėjami informacinės visuomenės iššūkiai mokyklai bei universitetui, kompiuterinio raštingumo problemos, informacinių ir komunikacinių technologijų integravimas Lietuvos švietimo sistemoje. Pasirinktos temos naujumą rodo tai, kad akivaizdžiai trūksta tyrimų, nagrinėjančių elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų plėtrą švietimo sistemoje, o ypač ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Tyrimo metu gauti rezultatai padėjo išsiaiškinti teikiamų elektroninių paslaugų plėtros galimybes ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose, bei prisidėjo tobulinant elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų teikimą ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose, tuo pačiu modernizuojant visą švietimo sistemą. Patvirtinama autoriaus suformuluota mokslinio tyrimo hipotezė, kad elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų plėtra ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose – sąlyginai naujas, lėtai besivystantis procesas. / This is an analysis of theorycal resourses about electronic public services development in this Master‘s work; also analysis of the main documents regulating the development of the possibilities of public electronic services. Made an exhaustive internet website`s analysis of Siauliai town preschool institutions. It was done for estimation of the situation of the public electonic services. Also was made a research of preschool education institutions with the public electonic usage and requirement. In Lithuania there are under consideration the society of information challenge to the school and university, literacy by computer problems and the technoligies of communication integration in Lithuanian education system. The chosen subject`s freshness shows that all the investigations about the development of the electronic public services in the education system that are already made is still not enought, especially in preschool institutions. The results made by investigation helped to make clearify the development of the public electronic services possibilities in preschool istitutions also contributed by developing electonic public services purvey to peschool systems and modernize the education system. This confirmation is made by author of this research establishment, that the public electronic services in the preschool institutions are conditionally new and slowly developing process.

This master's thesis deals with the Instrumental Enrichment Method of Reuven Feuerstein. It provides an introduction to the method as well as examples of its application in institutionalized Preschool education. The aim of the thesis is to provide insight into aspects of introducing the method as a part of Preschool education. The theoretical part desribes the theoretical framework of the method and defines the method in relation to Preschool education. The theoretical part of the thesis also deals with the principles and Czech legislation of current Preschool education and related inclusive education. The practical part of the thesis derives from a qualitative research on the real practice introduction of the method in institutionalized Preschool education. Research data are based on individual interviews with the nursery school headmasters. The interviewers were from various nursery schools across the Czech Republic, which are registered in the Register of Ministry of Education. The results of the research provide the respondents's opinions and experiences of various extent. Many overlaps were found in content of testimonies, which provides method enrichment in various areas of institutionalized preschool education. Magistro baigiamajame darbe analizuojami ikimokyklinių įstaigų vadovų vaidmenys rengiant vaikų ugdymo programas. Neabejotina, kad ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos vadovo vaidmuo šiame procese labai svarbus. Tyrimo tikslas - atskleisti ikimokyklinių ugdymo įstaigų vadovų vaidmenis rengiant ugdymo programas. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti buvo suformuluoti tokie tyrimo uždaviniai: 1.Išanalizuoti ir aptarti literatūrą, nagrinėjančią ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų ugdymo programų rengimo vadybos ypatumus. 2. Išryškinti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų vaidmenį ugdymo programos kūrimo procese bei telkiant komandą ugdymo programų rengimui. 3. Remiantis ikimokyklinių įstaigų vadovų, jų pavaduotojų ugdymui ir pedagogų nuomone, išryškinti vadovų vaidmenis kuriant ugdymo programas. 4. Atskleisti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos vadovų vaidmens telkiant komandą ugdymo programų kūrimui ypatumus. 5. Išsiaiškinti ikimokyklinių įstaigų vadovų vaidmenis įgyvendinant parengtą ikimokyklinio ugdymo programą. Tyrime dalyvavo: 336 tiriamieji iš keturių Lietuvos miestų ir rajonų (Kauno, Kėdainių, Šiaulių ir Vilniaus) samprotavimai: 65 ikimokyklinių įstaigų vadovų, 75 jų pavaduotojų ugdymui, 196 ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogai. Tyrimo metu nustatyta, kad: 1.Pagrindinius ikimokyklinių įstaigų vadovų vaidmenimis vadovai ir jų pavaduotojai ugdymui, pedagogai, įvardino: stebėtojo, skatintojo. 2. Undoubtedly, the role of preschool institution’s head is very important in this process. The aim of research – to reveal the roles of preschool institution’s head organizing the programmes of children’s education. The problem of research have been formulated like that: 1. Analyse and discuss the literature which examine the peculiarities of children’s education programmes. 2.Develop the role of preschool institution’s head in the process of creating the programmes and also assisting the team for creating the programmes. 3.Develop the roles of leaders organizing education programmes according to preschool institution’s head, substitute and pedagogue’s opinion. 4.Reveal the roles of preschool institution’s head assisting the team for the peculiarities of education programmes. 5.Find out the roles of preschool institution’s head in a realization of the prepared preschool education programme.
