SUMMARY Theme of the thesis – “Country tourism development in Siauliai region”, object of the research - Siauliai region country tourism development. Aim of the thesis – to analyze country tourism possibilities in Siauliai region. Goals of the thesis: to analyze conceptions of tourism and country tourism, to ascertain country tourism development and kinds, to explore state of country tourism in Siauliai region, to establish country tourism development perspectives in Siauliai region. The following methods were used in the thesis: analysis of literature sources, questionnaires, systemizing and comparative analysis, observation and generalization of the results. The results of questionnaires are presented in the picture. Educational material on country tourism of Lithuanian authors (A.Armaitiene, A.Astromskiene, R.Sirusiene, I.Vainiene, etc.) was used in the thesis, and also foreign literature sources, various analyses, Lithuanian tourism law, material from conferences, press and Internet. The results of questionnaires have been analyzed in the practical part of the thesis. Magistro darbo tikslas yra įvertinti UAB „Armita“ veiklos ekonominį efektyvumą bei, kaip galimą įmonės plėtros galimybę, parengti ir įvertinti investicinį projektą. Darbo konceptualiojoje dalyje aptariami įvairių autorių teoriniai siūlymai veiklos ekonominio efektyvumo vertinimui atlikti bei plėtros galimybėms įgyvendinti. Analitinėje darbo dalyje išsamiai ištiriamas ir įvertinamas UAB „Armita“ veiklos ekonominis efektyvumas, o konstruktyviojoje dalyje, remiantis antros dalies rezultatais, kaip įmonės plėtros galimybė, rengiamas ir vertinamas investicinis projektas naujo padalinio steigimui. / The main aim of this master’s degree work is to assess economic effectiveness of Armita ltd., to formulate and estimate investment plan to confirm with possible expansion of enterprise. The discussion of various authors suggestions for economic effectiveness, it’s estimation and implementation for possible expansion is in the conceptual part of this work. In the analytical part there is a thorough research/analysis of Armita ltd. economic effectiveness. In the constructive part, based on the results of second section, there is formulation and estimation of investment plan for establishment of new subdivision.

Magistro darbe yra atlikta teorinių šaltinių apie elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų plėtrą analizė, išanalizuoti pagrindiniai dokumentai, reglamentuojantys elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų plėtros galimybes, išsamiai atlikta Šiaulių miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų internetinių svetainių analizė, kuria siekiama įvertinti elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų raiškos situaciją, bei atliktas Šiaulių miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų elektroninių paslaugų vartojimo ir jų poreikio tyrimas. Lietuvoje yra nagrinėjami informacinės visuomenės iššūkiai mokyklai bei universitetui, kompiuterinio raštingumo problemos, informacinių ir komunikacinių technologijų integravimas Lietuvos švietimo sistemoje. Pasirinktos temos naujumą rodo tai, kad akivaizdžiai trūksta tyrimų, nagrinėjančių elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų plėtrą švietimo sistemoje, o ypač ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Tyrimo metu gauti rezultatai padėjo išsiaiškinti teikiamų elektroninių paslaugų plėtros galimybes ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose, bei prisidėjo tobulinant elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų teikimą ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose, tuo pačiu modernizuojant visą švietimo sistemą. Patvirtinama autoriaus suformuluota mokslinio tyrimo hipotezė, kad elektroninių viešųjų paslaugų plėtra ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose – sąlyginai naujas, lėtai besivystantis procesas. / This is an analysis of theorycal resourses about electronic public services development in this Master‘s work; also analysis of the main documents regulating the development of the possibilities of public electronic services. Made an exhaustive internet website`s analysis of Siauliai town preschool institutions. It was done for estimation of the situation of the public electonic services. Also was made a research of preschool education institutions with the public electonic usage and requirement. In Lithuania there are under consideration the society of information challenge to the school and university, literacy by computer problems and the technoligies of communication integration in Lithuanian education system. The chosen subject`s freshness shows that all the investigations about the development of the electronic public services in the education system that are already made is still not enought, especially in preschool institutions. The results made by investigation helped to make clearify the development of the public electronic services possibilities in preschool istitutions also contributed by developing electonic public services purvey to peschool systems and modernize the education system. This confirmation is made by author of this research establishment, that the public electronic services in the preschool institutions are conditionally new and slowly developing process.

PKF „Agava“ plėtros galimybių studija. Magistro darbas. 2004 – 2007 metais atlikta PKF „Agava“ plėtros galimybių studija. Išnagrinėta literatūra šia tema, ištirti įmonės išoriniai tiesioginiai ir netiesioginiai veiksniai, įmonės ištekliai. Praplečiant 2004 m. atliktą tyrimą bei norint dar geriau pažinti įmonės klientus, atlikta platesnė bei išsamesnė jų apklausa. Gauti duomenys apdoroti SPSS programa. Atlikta klientų apklausa padėjo nustatyti klientų kontingentą, jų amžių, pajamas, išlaidų paskirstymą. Ištirta, kokios prekės daugiausiai perkamos, kaip klientai vertina įmonę ir jos konkurentus, kokiomis paslaugomis dažniausiai naudojasi, kaip vertina jų kokybę. Išorinių bei vidinių veiksnių įtaka ��monei apibendrinta atliekant SSGG analizę. Remiantis tyrimų duomenimis, suformuluotas strateginis tikslas, uždaviniai bei priemonės jam įgyvendinti, nustatyti atsakingi asmenys bei terminai. Apibendrinus tyrimo duomenis, pateiktos teorinės ir praktinės išvados bei rekomendacijos. / The analysis of the potentiality expansion of the trading commercial company “Agava“ Final work on Masters‘s degree. The analysis of the potentiality expansion of the trading commercial company “Agava“ was carried out in 2004 – 2007. Literature on the given topic was analysed, direct and indirect factors, resources of the company were investigated. In order to extend the accomplished research and to know the company customers better a wider and more detailed survey was organized. The received data were processed with SSPS program.The survey for customers helped to determine the customers‘ contingent, their age, income, expense distribution. It was examined what goods are most popular, how customers evaluate this company and its competitor rivals, which services they usually use, what they think of the company. The influence of external and internal factors was summarized carrying out SSGG analysis. Strategic objective, goals and means were formulated, executives and terms were nominated on the grounds of the research data. Having summarized the research data theoretical and practical conclusions and recommendations were given.

Įvertinti Tauragės rajono gyventojų nuomonę apie specializuotų odontologinių paslaugų poreikį bei bendrosios praktikos gydytojų odontologų požiūrį į specializuotų odontologinų paslaugų plėtros galimybes Tauragės rajone; suformuluoti specializuotų odontologinių paslaugų plėtros Tauragės rajone rekomendacijas. / The opportunities for development of specialized dental care services in Tauragė district is a novel and practice-oriented issue. The necessity for management of such services is an integral part of public health management. Collaboration in health care system for favorable development of opportunities is a key task for policy-makers, health professionals, and patients themselves. In order to define patients' and dentists' needs, attitudes, and perspectives it is relevant to substantiate the opportunities for development of dental care services both scientifically and practically. Aim of the study: to assess the opportunities for development of specialized dental care services in Tauragė district. Objectives: to evaluate Tauragė district residents' views on the need for specialized dental care services; to evaluate general practice dentists' views on opportunities for development of specialized dental care services in Tauragė district; to formulate the recommendations for the development of specialized dental care services in Tauragė district.
